Fig. 1 eine Ansicht,
Fig. 2 einen Grundriss zu Fig. 1 und

The invention relates to a transition piece, in particular for electric pipes in concrete ceilings.
Transition pipes made of metal with a fastening flange that can be nailed or screwed to concrete formwork are known. However, these transition pipes have too large a radius, so that the inserted electric pipes are poorly guided. In addition, this type of construction is exposed to increased mechanical damage when concreting.
With the transition piece according to the invention, these disadvantages are to be eliminated. The nozzle is characterized in that it has a continuous cavity formed at one end with an arc of 60 degrees and at the other end with a bore, that a flange and a support are provided, the flange parallel to the plane of the edge of the arcuate cavity and has fastening eyes, the end of the support lying in the plane of the edge of the arc.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 is a view
Fig. 2 is a plan view of Fig. 1 and
3 shows a section with an inserted electrical pipe in a schematic representation.
The transition piece is provided, in particular, as a means for the precise insertion of electrical installation pipes 1 in concrete ceilings 2, the cables being led out of the concrete 2 to the outer surface of the same. The connecting piece has a continuous cavity 3, 4 which is formed at one end with an arc 3 of 60 degrees and at the other end with a straight bore 4. The transition piece is provided with a flange 5 and a support 6, which are connected to one another by a rib 7. The edge 8 of the arcuate cavity 3 and the end of the support 6 lie in one plane. The bore 4 is inclined to this at an angle of 30 degrees. The arch 3 and the bore 4 of the cavity 3, 4 are narrowed towards the inside thereof. The bore 4 is slightly conical and forms a stop 9 at its inner end.
This ensures good fixation of the electrical pipe 1. The flange 5 lies back parallel to the plane of the edge 8 and has two fastening eyes 10 protruding towards this plane.
These are provided with a hole 11 which has a thin-layer constriction 12 on the rear side of the flange 5.
The transition piece can be made of plastic by injection molding. But it can also be made of a different material.
Before concreting, the transition connection with the inserted electrical pipe 1 is nailed to the eyes 10 of the flange 5 on the concrete formwork 13. For better fixation in the concrete, the socket is provided with indentations which are formed by the flange 5 and the rib 7. So that no contaminants can get into the interior of the socket during concreting, a closure disk 14 is provided, which is partially perforated at its edge.
After concreting, the shuttering 13 is removed, the heads of the nails 15 or the fastening screws tearing away the thin-layer constriction 12 so that they can be pulled through the hole 11.
The flange 5 and the rib 7 are covered with concrete.
Only the arcuate cavity 3 and the two holes 11 remain visible. The sealing disk 14 can easily be removed so that electrical lines can be pulled through the socket.
