Fig. 1 den Aufriss, und
Fig. 2 den Grundriss des Antennenturmes.

**WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
The invention relates to a slim, high-rise building, in particular a tower, a mast or a high chimney, in which guy lines are used. In the case of a tower, e.g. be a self-radiating transmitter antenna tower, a receiver antenna tower, a tower on which the transmitter or receiver antennas are mounted, a tower between which and another tower transmitter or receiver antennas are stretched, a tower for lighting, signaling, monitoring, etc.
At present, such structures are made of metal, concrete, wood or masonry.
Towers that use metal, concrete, wood or masonry as the load-bearing material are expensive and take a long time to build.
The invention is based on the task of shortening the construction time and also reducing the material costs.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the load-bearing material consists of a compressed gas column which is held together by a flexible hose closed at both ends. It is a pneumostatic construction with bracing. The gas pressure in the hose must also generate the tensile forces that are necessary so that the wind forces cannot force the hose too far out of its vertical position, especially between the individual anchoring points.
The hose is preferably made of coated plastic fabric and should e.g. for self-radiating antenna towers have a metallized surface or a layer of metal mesh in the plastic fabric. Air can easily be used as the gas. The pressure in the hose can be kept at the required level by a permanently connected compressor or by periodic refilling. The hose can be made cylindrical, conical or tapered in any function. The hose cross-section can have different shapes depending on the task of the structure. It can also be designed so that the structure can be used as a tall chimney. The higher the pressure and the larger the diameter of the hose, the more stable the construction.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is a self-radiating, base-fed, 200 m high medium-wave transmission antenna tower.
Show it:
Fig. 1 the front view, and
Fig. 2 shows the floor plan of the antenna tower.
The antenna tower (item 1) is a coated plastic fabric hose with a diameter of 1 m and a wall thickness of 5 mm, filled with 3 atmospheric pressure. A safety factor of 5 was used for the selection of the hose wall thickness. The hose is closed at both ends. The outermost fabric layer of the hose consists of thin, copper-plated bronze wires with the exception of the bottom 2 m, which serve as an insulating section. The high frequency energy is at the bottom, i.e. Connected to the bronze wire mesh immediately above the two-meter insulating section (item 3). The guy lines (item 2) are plastic ropes with a tensile strength of 7.5 t. With these bracing, there is a safety factor of 4 for wind speeds up to 100 kmih resp. from 2 for hurricanes up to 140 kmih.
The distances from bracing to bracing are chosen so that in no section the lateral deflection is greater than 40 cm at 100 km / h wind speed or 80 cm in hurricanes of 140 km / h. The connection for the compressor controlled by a manostat is located in the insulating section (item 4). The foundation (pos. 5) must have a load of
12 t and the guy bases (item 6) must be able to withstand a pull of 11 t resulting from the 4 guy ropes during hurricanes of 140 km / h. At the top of the tower there is an air connection nozzle (item 7), which is required when the tower is erected.
The main advantages of the pneumostatic tower construction are the significantly lower costs and the extremely short assembly time. The ability to quickly fold the pneumostatic tower and set it up again is one of the notable advantages.
