Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Skistock.
Die bekannten Skistöcke bestehen aus einem Stock, an dessen oberem Ende ein Handgriff mit Schlaufe angebracht ist, während das untere Ende des Stockes mit einer Metallspitze versehen ist. Um ein zu tiefes Eindringen des Skistockes in die Schneedecke zu verhindern, weisen die bekannten Skistöcke nahe an ihrem unteren Ende einen sogenannten Teller auf, der als Kunststoffscheibe oder als mit dem Stock durch Lederriemen verbundener Kunststoff- oder Metallring ausgebildet ist. Obschon die bisher verwendeten Skistöcke den gestellten Forderungen im allgemeinen genügen können, weisen sie einen doch nicht zu übersehenden Nachteil auf. In der Tat ist der Skistock mit seiner am unteren Ende angebrachten, im allgemeinen aus Metall bestehenden Spitze sehr unfallgefährlich.
Insbesondere bei Kinderskistöcken wirkt sich diese Spitze als unfallgefährlich aus, da die Kinder mit den Skistöcken nicht immer genau kontrollierte Bewegungen ausführen.
Obschon bereits vorgeschlagen worden ist, den oben erwähnten Skistock-Teller durch andere dem gleichen Zweck dienende Mittel, beispielsweise einem zylinderförmigen Kunststoffelement, zu ersetzen, sind bis jetzt keine Vorschläge bekanntgeworden, welche die Beseitigung der an sich gefährlichen Spitze zum Ziele hatten.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun die Schaffung eines Skistockes, bei welchem die Spitze durch ein anderes, Verletzungen ausschliessendes Element ersetzt ist.
Der Skistock ist erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass am unteren Ende des Stockschaftes ein glockenförmiges, spitzenloses Element aus Kunststoff befestigt ist, das eine innere trichterförmige Ausnehmung aufweist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Die einzige Figur zeigt den unteren Teil eines erfindungsgemässen Skistockes.
Am unteren Ende des Skistockteiles 10 ist ein glockenförmiges Element 11, das aus einem Kunststoff gefertigt ist, angebracht. Das Kunststoffelement 11 weist einen Halsteil 12 auf. in welchem eine Bohrung 13 vorgesehen ist. Diese Bohrung kann durchgehend oder wie im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als Sackbohrung ausgeführt sein. In diese Bphrung wird das untere Ende des Skistockteiles 10 eingesteckt.
Der Durchmesser der Bohrung 13 ist in bezug auf den Aussendurchmesser des einzuführenden Skistockendes derart gewählt, dass das Kunststoffelement 11 infoige seiner Eigenelastizität ohne zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel am Skistockteil 10 festgehalten ist.
Am genannten Halsteil 12 schliesst sich der eigentliche glockenförmige Teil 14 an, welcher mit einer inneren, trichterförmigen Ausnehmung 15 versehen ist. Die verbleibende Wandstärke und die Art des Kunststoffes können so gewählt werden, dass der glockenförmige Teil 14 elastisch deformierbar ist, derart. dass dieser Teil Stösse oder Belastungen abfangen kann, ohne beschädigt zu werden. Der glockenförmige Teil 14 weist einen zylinderförmigen Rand 16 auf, welcher ein Eindringen des Kunststoffelementes 11 in die Schneedecke erleichtert und somit dem Skistock den gewünschten sicheren Halt verleiht. Vorzugsweise weist der glockenförmige Teil 14 einen kreisrunden Querschnitt auf; es wäre jedoch auch denkbar, einen von der Kreisform abweichenden Querschnitt zu wählen.
Die erläuterte Ausbildung ermöglicht somit den Wegfall der unfallgefährlichen Spitze, da die ursprünglich der Spitze des Skistockes zugedachte Aufgabe nunmehr vom genannten Kunststoffelement 11 übernommen wird. Zudem erübrigt sich beim erfindungsgemässen Skistock das Anbringen eines Tellers, da ein zu starkes Eindringen des Skistockes in die Schneedecke durch das Kunststoffelement 11 verhindert wird. Die Vereinigung dieser beiden wesentlichen Aufgaben des Skistockes, nämlich einerseits einen sicheren Halt des Stockes in der Schneedecke zu ermöglichen und anderseits ein zu tiefes Eindringen des Stockes in die Schneedecke zu verhinderb, werden somit erfindungsgemäss durch ein einziges Organ, nämlich das Kunststoffelement 11 erreicht.
Der hier vorgeschlagene Skistock ist mithin infolge der Vereinigung der bisher verwendeten Spitze einerseits und des Tellers anderseits in einem einzigen Element (Kunststoffelement 11) wesentlich einfacher gestaltet, als die bisher bekannten Skistöcke. Durch die einfachere Gestaltung des Skistockes wird die Herstellung desselben problemlos und daher wesentlich billiger, als dies bis dahin bei der Herstellung der an sich bekannten Skistöcke der Fall war. Zudem wird, wie bereits eingangs erwähnt worden ist, ein wichtiger Beitrag an die Unfallverhütung geleistet, was insbesondere bei der Ausbildung des vorgeschlagenen Skistockes als Kinder-Skistock von Bedeutung ist.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Skistock, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am unteren Ende des Stockschaftes (10) ein glockenförmiges, spitzenloses Element (11) aus Kunststoff befestigt ist, das eine innere trichterförmige Ausnehmung (15) aufweist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Skistock nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das glockenförmige Element (11) einen Halsteil (12) mit einer Ausnehmung (13) aufweist, in welcher das untere Ende des Stockschaftes (10) befestigt ist.
2. Skistock nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das glockenförmige Element (11) einen zylindrischen Randteil (16) aufweist, welcher zum Eindringen des Elementes (11) in eine Schneedecke bestimmt ist, um dadurch einen sicheren Halt des Skistockes in der genannten Schneedecke zu gewährleisten.
3. Skistock nach Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das glockenförmige Element kreisrunde Querschnitte aufweist.

The present invention relates to a ski pole.
The known ski poles consist of a stick, at the upper end of which a handle with a loop is attached, while the lower end of the stick is provided with a metal tip. In order to prevent the ski pole from penetrating too deeply into the snow cover, the known ski poles have a so-called plate close to their lower end, which is designed as a plastic disc or as a plastic or metal ring connected to the pole by leather straps. Although the ski poles used hitherto can generally meet the requirements made, they have a disadvantage that cannot be overlooked. In fact, the ski pole, with its tip generally made of metal and attached to the lower end, is very dangerous for accidents.
Especially with children's ski poles, this tip is dangerous for accidents, since the children do not always make precisely controlled movements with the ski poles.
Although it has already been proposed to replace the above-mentioned ski pole plate with other means serving the same purpose, for example a cylindrical plastic element, no proposals have been made known to date which aimed at eliminating the per se dangerous point.
The present invention now aims to create a ski pole in which the tip is replaced by another element which prevents injuries.
The ski pole is characterized according to the invention. that at the lower end of the pole shaft a bell-shaped, centerless element made of plastic is attached, which has an inner funnel-shaped recess.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.
The single figure shows the lower part of a ski pole according to the invention.
At the lower end of the ski pole part 10, a bell-shaped element 11, which is made of a plastic, is attached. The plastic element 11 has a neck part 12. in which a bore 13 is provided. This hole can be continuous or, as in the illustrated embodiment, be designed as a blind hole. The lower end of the ski pole part 10 is inserted into this opening.
The diameter of the bore 13 is selected in relation to the outer diameter of the end of the ski pole to be inserted such that the plastic element 11 is retained on the ski pole part 10 with some of its inherent elasticity without additional fastening means.
The actual bell-shaped part 14, which is provided with an inner, funnel-shaped recess 15, adjoins said neck part 12. The remaining wall thickness and the type of plastic can be selected so that the bell-shaped part 14 is elastically deformable in this way. that this part can absorb shocks or loads without being damaged. The bell-shaped part 14 has a cylindrical edge 16, which facilitates penetration of the plastic element 11 into the snow cover and thus gives the ski pole the desired secure hold. The bell-shaped part 14 preferably has a circular cross section; however, it would also be conceivable to choose a cross-section that deviates from the circular shape.
The explained design thus enables the tip, which is dangerous for accidents, to be omitted, since the task originally intended for the tip of the ski pole is now assumed by the plastic element 11 mentioned. In addition, with the ski pole according to the invention, there is no need to attach a plate, since the plastic element 11 prevents the ski pole from penetrating too much into the snow cover. The combination of these two essential tasks of the ski pole, namely, on the one hand, to enable the pole to be held securely in the snow cover and, on the other hand, to prevent the pole from penetrating too deeply into the snow cover, is thus achieved according to the invention by a single organ, namely the plastic element 11.
The ski pole proposed here is therefore made much simpler than the previously known ski poles due to the combination of the previously used tip on the one hand and the plate on the other in a single element (plastic element 11). Due to the simpler design of the ski pole, the manufacture of the same is problem-free and therefore much cheaper than was the case up to that point in the manufacture of the ski poles known per se. In addition, as already mentioned at the outset, an important contribution is made to accident prevention, which is particularly important when the proposed ski pole is designed as a children's ski pole.

Ski pole, characterized in that a bell-shaped, pointless element (11) made of plastic, which has an inner funnel-shaped recess (15), is attached to the lower end of the pole shaft (10).

1. Ski pole according to claim, characterized in that the bell-shaped element (11) has a neck part (12) with a recess (13) in which the lower end of the pole shaft (10) is attached.
2. Ski pole according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the bell-shaped element (11) has a cylindrical edge part (16) which is intended for the penetration of the element (11) into a blanket of snow, thereby securely holding the ski pole in said blanket of snow to ensure.
