**WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
If machines and devices that are constantly changing their location, such as construction machinery, agricultural and forestry machines etc., need to be changed or refueled, the fuels and lubricants must be stored nearby. As a result, the entire supply route does not have to be covered for every requirement. The storage of barrels and containers containing dangerous goods such as fuels and lubricants must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of environmental protection. Unintentional leakage into the ground through leaky taps, leaky containers or overflowing withdrawal vessels must be prevented. This is best done by placing all vessels, cans, containers, etc. above or in an oil-tight tub.
Such tubs are known and meet the requirements when viewed for the first time, especially if they are still covered.
However, practical experience with these tubs has shown that they are not always handled appropriately. If such a tub is to be moved, e.g. loaded onto a truck or the like, and if a puddle of liquid has accumulated in this tub, there is a risk that the tub will simply be lifted on one side and emptied for the purpose of easy transport, avoidance of contamination of the transport vehicle or to reduce weight. The emptying into a suitable receptacle can only be done with great effort given the size of the tubs, which are supposed to hold whole normal barrels. When moving, the soil can also be contaminated by partially overflowing the accumulated amount of liquid.
Likewise, tubs whose roofing is poor or defective are gradually filled with rainwater, the floating oil residues overflowing first, which again cannot be in the interests of environmental protection. Such a completely filled tub can hardly be lifted with a good hoist in such a way that no liquid overflows.
An embodiment of the invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawing. 1 shows a device which has an upper collecting trough 1, which is designed as a collecting trough or funnel, and a lower collecting tank 2. The upper collecting trough 1 and the lower collecting tank 2 are firmly and tightly connected to one another. The liquid collecting in the upper trough 1 can flow through an opening 3 into the lower tank 2. Opening 3 can be designed to be closable or open.
If the device according to FIG. 2 is raised on one side, it is no longer possible for the liquid which has collected in the tank 2 to run out. Opening 3 is arranged in such a way that it does not matter which side the device is lifted to, in each case by lifting the device on one side by e.g. 900, there is a non-pourable space for liquid in the tank 2. If a non-return valve is installed in opening 3, it is even possible to turn the device completely upside down without any liquid flowing out. Furthermore, the device can be equipped with a pump 4, which allows the majority of the liquid, for example. to fill into a barrel.
As a result, the total weight of the device can be reduced in such a way that the device can be moved by hand or with a light hoist without the temptation of inexperienced or irresponsible personnel to simply pour the contents of the tub into the ground. It is clear that this will happen all the sooner if the appropriate devices are missing, which allow simple and expedient handling. The device can also be equipped with a stand 5 for setting up barrels 6 and containers 7 of all kinds. Suspension eyes 8 allow lifting with a crane. Fastening device 9 for wheels 10 or grab points 11 for forklifts can be attached. The cover 12 of the tub can be made in such a way that access is possible from all sides.
The side walls 13 can therefore be designed in such a way that, after folding up, a rain canopy is created, which shields the workplace of the staff working on the device.
