Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines Teiles einer Webmaschine mit Antriebsgetriebe,
The invention relates to a transmission of a weaving machine for leno binding, in which one of two shafts that can be moved up and down can be moved back and forth laterally.
In a leno weaving machine, not only do the shafts move up and down, but also a shaft moves sideways to and fro, so that the warp threads guided in the needles of the shafts are laid across between two open shed positions used for weft insertion. In known weaving machines, the shafts dip completely through one another, so that one shaft is at the top in one open shed position and the other shaft in the other open shed position. In general, the aim is to achieve rapid up, down and sideways movement of the shafts, i.e. H. to work with high numbers of revolutions. However, a rapid, particularly jerky movement of the shafts can damage the warp threads if they are sensitive, e.g. B. consist of fiberglass.
It is therefore an object of the invention to create a transmission of the type mentioned at the beginning which allows a high number of revolutions with relatively slow and jolt-free movement of the shafts. Another task is to create a gear for a weaving machine that is compact and as maintenance-free as possible.
The invention provides a transmission of the type mentioned at the beginning. which is characterized in that the two shafts only dip slightly through one another, the sideways movement of one shaft taking place during this brief penetration and eccentrics being provided to control the shaft movements.
With a gear required for this purpose, the same shaft can be at the top and the same shaft at the bottom for each open compartment. so that each shaft only runs through about half the compartment height when moving up and down. This shortening of the paths of the shafts leads to an increased number of revolutions while maintaining the same speed of the shafts. The eccentrics can be designed in such a way that there are gradual changes in movement of the shafts without jerks and are preferably hardened and ground.
It is expedient and advantageous if lever arms, which can be pivoted with the eccentrics and are connected to the shafts, protrude upward out of a gear box or are attached to shafts protruding from the gear box, the gear box in a closed design being suitable for receiving an oil bath is formed and receives the rest of the transmission. In this case, the gearbox is essentially combined in a gearbox that can be sealed in a simple manner, and the lubrication of the gearbox does not cause any difficulties, since it runs in an oil bath.
Advantageously, an unavoidable control of the lever arms is provided. by means of which the shafts are driven. For this purpose, it is useful if lever arms connected to one another rest on one of the eccentrics at approximately opposite points. This allows a very precise control of the shaft movements.
A lever arm is advantageously attached to a lever arm connected to one of the shafts, which at its free end meshes with a toothing in a toothing of a lever arm. which is attached to a lever arm which is in communication with the other of the shafts. The first-mentioned lever arm can be driven by means of one of the eccentrics and the opposing movement of the two shafts is derived from one eccentric via the teeth.
The two shafts thus perform the same movements in such a transmission, which, however, take place offset from one another. This is achieved by means of an eccentric in the design of the transmission just mentioned and can also be achieved by two eccentrics offset by 180 relative to one another, one of which is used to drive one shaft and the other to drive the other shaft.
A lever arm connected to one of the shafts is preferably provided, which rests against one of the eccentrics, protrudes beyond the eccentric and is articulated with its protruding end to one end of a joint piece, which is articulated at its other end to a lever arm connected to the shaft . One eccentric thus drives two lever arms in synchronism, the two lever arms being connected to points of the shaft mentioned that are spaced apart from one another.
In an expedient embodiment of the invention, a first eccentric, which contributes to the up and down movement of the shafts, and a second eccentric, which contributes to the lateral to and fro movement of one of the shafts, are provided. The first eccentric can have a first relatively large area of constant radius, which is assigned to the open shed, as well as a second, relatively short area of constant radius, which is assigned to the shafts dipping slightly through one another. Between these two areas there are advantageously transition areas which are each larger than the second area. The second eccentric advantageously has nose-like short transition areas between an area of smaller radius and an area of larger radius.
A nose-like transition region of the second eccentric is always effective when the second region of constant radius of the first eccentric is effective.
In the drawing, a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown and shows
Fig. 1 is a view of part of a loom with drive gear,
2 shows a side view of the drive gear according to FIGS. 1 and
FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the drive gear according to FIG. 2.
According to FIG. 1, on a pedestal 1 there is a gear box 2 in a closed design, in which a drive gear is housed in an oil bath, which moves two shafts 3, 4 via a linkage. The two shafts 3, 4 are arranged one behind the other, with the rear (upper) shaft 4 somewhat, e.g. B. 15 mm shorter than the front (lower) shaft 3. Each of the shafts has continuous rods 5, between which needles 6 are arranged, which end in the middle of the heald frame and at their free ends eyelets for receiving warp threads carry. In the front shaft 3, the needles 6 protrude from top to bottom, whereas in the rear shaft they protrude from bottom to top.
At each of the shafts 3, 4 a downwardly projecting rod 7 is articulated below near the two lateral ends of the shafts. Each rod 7 of the front shaft 3 is articulated at the bottom to a lever arm 8 and each rod 7 of the rear shaft 4 is articulated to a lever arm 9. The lever arms 8, 9 lead into the gear box 2. A lever arm 10 protrudes upward from the gear box 2, to which an approximately horizontally arranged pull rod 11 is articulated at one end.
the other end is articulated to the rear (upper) shaft 3, which can be moved to and fro laterally.
According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the lever arms 8, 9 are each rotatable on a stationary shaft 12 protruding from the gearbox 2, the shaft of the lever arms 8 associated with the front shaft 3 being arranged below the shaft of the lever arms 9 associated with the rear shaft 4 .
A short lever arm 13 connected to the lever arms 8, 9 is rotatable on each of the shafts 12 and carries a curved toothing 14 at its free end.
The teeth 14 of the short lever arms 13 of two shafts 12 arranged one above the other intermesh so that the lever arms 8, 9 are always rotated in opposite directions, the lever arms 8 of the front shaft 3 being driven from the upper shaft 12, which the Lever arm 9 for the rear shaft 4 carries.
Together with one of the two lever arms 9 of the rear shaft 4, a longer lever arm 15 can be pivoted on the stationary shaft 12, to which a downwardly projecting joint piece 16 is articulated, at the lower end of which one end of a curved lever arm 17 is articulated. This curved lever arm 17 is connected at the other end to the second lever arm 9, which is assigned to the rear shaft 4, and can be rotated together with this on one of the two upper shafts 12. Approximately in the middle of the curved lever arm 17, a roller 18 is attached to it, which runs on a first eccentric 19 which is rotatable on a main shaft 20. A counter eccentric 19a corresponding to the first eccentric 19 is also seated on the main shaft 20.
The roller 18 is rotatable on a shaft 43 which is adjustably fastened to the lever arm 17 by means of a screw 44 with a lock nut in order to be able to adapt the position of the roller to the first eccentric 19.
The first eccentric 19 has an area 21 of larger radius assigned to the closed compartment, an area 22 of smaller radius assigned to the open compartment and transition areas 23 assigned to two compartment movements between these areas. Approximately opposite the roller 18, another roller 24 rests on the counter eccentric 19a, which is located on an auxiliary lever arm 25 which is connected to the curved lever arm 17 and can be rotated together with it on the shaft 12. When the first eccentric 19 rotates, the curved lever arm 17 is forcibly pivoted up and down, as a result of which the lever arms 9 of the rear shaft 4 protruding from the gear box 2 are pivoted down and up in opposite directions.
On a short shaft 26 parallel to the main shaft 20 sits a gear wheel 27 which meshes with a gear wheel 28 seated on the main shaft. The speed of the gear 27 to that of the gear 28 behaves as 2: 1. A second eccentric 29 is adjustably fastened to the gear 27 of the short shaft 26 by means of screws 30, so that its position in relation to the gear 27 and thus in relation to the first eccentric 19 can be adjusted.
The second eccentric 29 has an area 31 with a small radius, an area 32 with a larger radius and two transition areas 33 between them. which are nose-shaped and short.
A roller 34 runs on the second eccentric 29 and is attached to the lower end of the lever arm 10, which is connected to the tie rod 11 at the top. The lever arm 10 is rotatably mounted approximately in the center at 35, wherein it is forked above the bearing 35. A pin 37 is attached to a short one of the two partial arms 36, on which a tension spring 38 acts, which keeps the roller 34 always in contact with the second eccentric 29.
In the case of the second eccentric 29, the area 31 with a small radius and the area 32 with a larger radius are of equal length. The two short transition areas 33 are separated by 1800. In the case of the first eccentric 19 shown in the drawing, the area 22 of the smaller radius extends over 1800, so that the greater radius for the area 21 and the two transition areas 23 also remain 1800 together.
The area 21 of larger radius extends over approximately 400.
In the case of the first eccentric 19, the transition between the area 21 of the larger radius and the area 22 of the smaller radius takes place gradually. This transition, which corresponds to a compartment movement, is variable and extends, for example, to two times 1050 in the case of rifle chairs and gripper chairs, so that 1500 remains for the compartment standstill. For gripper chairs with a short shaft stroke, however, a shelf movement of 1800 is preferred. Under a short shaft stroke z. B. to understand a stroke of 50 mm, whereas a shaft stroke of 100 mm is referred to as normal.
To drive the transmission, a bevel gear 39 is provided on the main shaft 20, in which a bevel gear 40 meshes which is seated on a shaft 41 arranged at right angles to the main shaft. This shaft carries a gear 42 which is driven out by a motor not shown in detail. For this purpose, an endless chain is guided from above into the gear box 2 to the gearwheel 42.
