Adjustable hinge The subject of the invention is an adjustable hinge, namely an improvement of the hinge described in the claim of the main patent, in which at least one of the two hinge straps consists of a base body to be attached to a component, for example on a furniture body and a furniture door, from a The hinge pin or the hinge eyelet carrying the mounting body and consists of a clamping piece that connects the base body and the mounting body and is displaceably guided against the base body,
where in the case of the assembly body against the base body by means of a single screw supported with its head on the assembly body and screwed with its shaft into the clamping piece under pressure of the clamping piece on the base body, while on the base body or on the assembly body on opposite sides of the screw Projections are arranged, via which the base body and mounting body support one another.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the assembly of the hinge, in particular to have the screw connection of the assembly body with the clamping piece made by the manufacturer of the hinge, so that the furniture manufacturer does not have to completely loosen a screw connection during assembly, which experience has shown often leads to loss the screw or at least leads to time-consuming search work.
According to the invention, the possibility of permanent screwing of the assembly body to the clamping piece is achieved in that the sliding guides in the base body, through which the clamping piece is displaceably guided, are open at least to one side, so that the clamping piece is in this when the base body is attached to the component can be inserted and that, when the screw is inserted through the hole in the mounting body and at least partially screwed into the clamping piece, neither the projections nor other parts of the mounting body collide with the base body during said insertion, so that a common insertion of the clamping body,
Assembly body and the screw connecting these is possible. In order to prevent unintentional complete unscrewing ben the screw from the clamping piece, for example when dismantling for transport, with security, it is also proposed to provide a corresponding fuse, as they are generally known. For example, after screwing in, the last threads protruding from the clamping piece can be deformed by squeezing.
A preferred embodiment provides that the clamping piece has the shape of a base body encompassing the U, which enables production from sheet metal essentially only by bending. The support against the base body is provided by two flaps which are bent inward from the ends of the legs and which engage in corresponding lateral guides in the base body.
The inventive design of the hinge can be used particularly advantageously when the adjustment is perpendicular to the hinge axis. The two components can then be brought to rest without gaping.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the figures in an exemplary embodiment.
1 is a section through a hinge along the section line 1-I of FIG. 2, which in turn represents a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1.
The base body 1 is fixed with the help of not presented Darge, the countersunk holes 3 penetrating screws on a component, such as a furniture wall. Guide strips 2 extend from the base body 1 on both sides.
These guide strips 2 are part of the sliding guides for the clamping piece 4, which is made of sheet metal U-shaped ge and comprises the base body 1 from above, where the ends of the leg ends 5 are bent inward. The web of the U is provided with a threaded hole 6 for a screw 10.
This screw 10 passes through a bore 11 in a mounting body 7 and is supported with its head on this. The mounting body 7 is provided at one end with a bore 8 for receiving a hinge pin. At the opposite end of the assembly body 7 there is a projection 12 which is supported on the base body 1. The second support is provided by a screw 9, by means of which the distance between the bore 8 and the component can be adjusted.
Both screws 9, 10 are already screwed into the assembly body 7 or into the clamping piece 4 in the manufacturing company of the hinge, as a result of which this is connected to the assembly body 7. During the manufacture of the furniture, the base body 1 is firmly screwed to the component, the clamping piece 4 with its leg ends 5 is inserted behind the guide strips 2 and, after the component connected to the second hinge part has been aligned, the screw 9 is tightened.
If, for example, the hinge is removed for transport, the screw 10 only needs to be loosened so far that the assembly body 7 together with the clamping piece 4 can be pushed out; the screw 10 remains captive by the clamping piece 4.
