Plateau à appliquer à la hampe d'un parasol ou d'un lampadaire à pied
La présente invention a pour objet un plateau à appliquer à la hampe d'un parasol ou d'un lampadaire à pied pour constituer une sorte de petite table utilisable à des fins de collation, thé, apéritif ou pour y porter le nécessaire aux travaux féminins de couture ou les remèdes d'un malade. Ce plateau peut être immobilisé à la hauteur voulue le long de la hampe.
Le plateau selon l'invention est caractérisé par un panneau présentant une ouverture centrale recevant la hampe et par des moyens fixés à la face inférieure du panneau pour immobiliser celui-ci sur la hampe à tout niveau désiré.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécutions de l'objet de l'invention.

Le premier plateau comprend un panneau circulaire 1 présentant une entaille radiale 4 qui s'étend du bord au centre. L'extrémité centrale de l'entaille est demi-circulaire. A la face inférieure du panneau 1 sont fixés trois plots 6, 6' et 7 placés en forme de U autour de l'extrémité centrale de l'entaille 4. Ces plots 6 et 6' sont également solidement fixés au plot 7 par des vis. Le plot 7 présente un taraudage central dans lequel est engagée une vis en bois 8.
Le plateau 1 est garni d'un rebord périphérique 2 qui est interrompu au droit de l'entaille 4. Les extrémités 3 du rebord 2 sont légèrement décalées des bords de l'entaille 4.
La fig. 3 montre une languette 4' qui est destinée à être engagée dans l'entaille 4 de manière que son extrémité en arc de cercle 9 prenne la position indiquée en pointillé par 9' sur la fig. 1 et qu'un rebord 2' qu'elle porte à son autre extrémité vienne compléter le rebord 2 du plateau 1. Dans cette position de la languette 4', un plot 7' fixé à son extrémité demi-circulaire 9, vient se placer contre les faces 10 et 10' des plots 6 et 6'.
L'application du plateau sur la hampe d'un parasol ou d'un lampadaire se fait comme suit: on engage l'entaille 4 du plateau tenu horizontalement sur la hampe et on enfile la languette 4' dans l'entaille 4. A l'aide de vis on fixe le plot 7' sur les plots 6 et 6'. On règle alors le niveau du plateau et on serre la vis 8.
Le plateau selon les fig. 4 et 5 se compose d'un panneau formé de deux parties 1 et 2 ayant chacune la forme d'un demi-cercle. Chaque partie présente au milieu de son côté droit une échancrure demi-circulaire 8, respectivement 9, qui délimitent un trou circulaire au centre du plateau. Chaque partie 1 et 2 est munie à sa face inférieure d'une réglette 3, respectivement 4, s'étendant parallèlement au côté droit à proximité de celui-ci.
Chacune de ces réglettes présente, au droit des échancrures 8 et 9, une encoche en arc de cercle 11, respectivement 12, dont le rayon est inférieur à celui des échancrures 8 et 9. Dans le prolongement de ces réglettes, chaque moitié du panneau est munie d'un plot 5, respectivement 6, accolés l'un contre l'autre. Une vis 7 en bois traverse un trou du plot 5 et se visse dans un taraudage du plot 6. En serrant cette vis, on bloque les deux plots l'un contre l'autre, ce qui maintient également les deux moitiés du panneau bord à bord l'une contre l'autre. Pour appliquer le plateau à la hampe d'un parasol ou d'un lampadaire, on desserre la vis 7, ce qui permet de faire pivoter les deux extrémités 1 et 2 I'une par rapport à l'autre et de les engager de part et d'autre de la hampe en plaçant les deux encoches 8 et 9 sur la hampe.
On ramène alors les deux moitiés dans le même plan et, après avoir choisi le niveau auquel on veut placer le plateau, on serre la vis 7, ce qui provoque le serrage des encoches 8 et 9 des réglettes jouant le rôle de mâchoires, contre la hampe et le blocage du plateau sur celle-ci.
On peut prévoir également une variante selon laquelle le panneau est en une seule pièce présentant une ouverture centrale pour recevoir la hampe, et des moyens fixés à la face inférieure du panneau pour immobiliser celui-ci sur la hampe à tout niveau désiré.
L'invention n'est pas non plus limitée à ce qui est représenté. C'est ainsi que le plateau pourrait être polygonal au lieu que circulaire et que les moyens de fixation pourraient être d'un autre type, par exemple comporter une cheville traversant la hampe, ou un système à crémaillères ou à écrou coopérant avec un filetage de la hampe.

The first plate comprises a circular panel 1 having a radial notch 4 which extends from the edge to the center. The central end of the notch is semicircular. To the underside of the panel 1 are fixed three studs 6, 6 'and 7 placed in a U shape around the central end of the notch 4. These studs 6 and 6' are also firmly fixed to the stud 7 by screws. . The application of the plate on the pole of a parasol or a lamppost is done as follows: we engage the notch 4 of the plate held horizontally on the pole and we thread the tongue 4 'in the notch 4. Each of these strips has, to the right of the notches 8 and 9, an arcuate notch 11, respectively 12, the radius of which is less than that of the notches 8 and 9. In the extension of these strips, each half of the panel is provided with a stud 5, respectively 6, contiguous one against the other. A wooden screw 7 passes through a hole in stud 5 and is screwed into an internal thread of stud 6. By tightening this screw, the two studs are blocked against each other, which also keeps the two halves of the panel edge to edge. edge against each other. The invention is not limited to what is shown either. This is how the plate could be polygonal instead of circular and the fastening means could be of another type, for example comprising an ankle passing through the shaft, or a rack or nut system cooperating with a thread of the shaft.
