Signiergerät zum Auftragen von Farbstreifen auf Strassen und Plätze
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein fahrbares Signiergerät zum Auftragen von Farbstreifen auf Strassen und Plätze nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes.
Das Gerät zeichnet sich erfindungsgemäss dadurch aus, dass die Auftragwalze um eine zwischen den Walzenenden und praktisch rechtwinklig zur Walzenachse verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar und durch Betätigung eines Stützorganes aus der Arbeitsstellung in eine Ruhestellung abhebbar ist.
Im folgenden wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes näher erläutert.

Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Gerät besteht aus einem Rahmen 101, in welchem zwischen zwei Längsstreben 102, 103 ein Farbbehälter 104 angeordnet ist und aus einer Farbauftragvorrichtung 105, welche über eine Leitung 106 mit dem Farbbehälter 104 verbunden ist. Das Gerät ist je nach Transportoder Betriebslage auf drei Rädern 107, 108, 109 bzw. auf den zwei Rädern 107,108 und der Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 nach den Prinzipien einer Dreipunktauflage abgestützt. Die Längsstreben 102,103 des Rahmens 101 sind zugleich als Halterung für das Rad 107 bzw. die Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 an ihren unteren Enden und als Handgriffe 110 bzw. 111 an ihren oberen Enden ausgebildet. Die Räder 1Q8 und 109 sind an speziell vorgesehenen Halterungen gelagert, deren eine bei 112 sichtbar ist.
Das an der Halterung 112 gelagerte Rad 108 ist zudem mittels einer Schwenkvorrichtung 113 durch den Fuss des Geräteführers steuerbar.
Der Farbbehälter 104 besitzt einen entfernbaren Deckel 114, der mittels am Farbkessel 115 des Behälters angelenkten Schraubenbolzen 116 befestigt ist und ein Monometer 117 und eine Handpumpe 118 aufweist, welche zur Kontrolle bzw. zur Erstellung des notwendigen Kesseldruckes dienen.
Zum Umstellen des Gerätes von der Fahrstellung in die Betriebsstellung und umgekehrt ist ein am Farbbehälter vom Rad 109 zum Handgriff 111 verlaufender Verstellgriff 119 vorgesehen, mit dem die Lage des Rades 109 verändert werden kann.
Die vom Farbbehälter 104 zur Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 führende Leitung 106 ist mit einem Haupthahn 120 versehen, der über einen Bedienungsstab 121 von der Geräteoberseite her bedienbar ist, um die Farbzufuhr zur Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 zu regulieren. Der Leitungsabschnitt 122 zwischen dem Hahn 120 und dem Farbbehälter 104 ist ein Rohrstück, während der vom Hahn 120 zur Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 führende Leitungsabschnitt 123 zweckmässig ein Schlauchstück ist.
Die in den Fig. 2 und 3 im Einzelnen dargestellte Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 besitzt als Farbe abgebenden Teil eine in einem Trägerjoch 124 frei drehbar befestigte Farbwalze 125.
Diese ist in einem im einen Jochschenkel vorgesehenen Kugellager 126 mittels einer die Farbzufuhr erlaubenden Hohlwelle 127 gelagert. Am Aussenende der Hohlwelle 127 befindet sich ein an dieser und am Trägerjoch 124 befestigter Anschlusstutzen 128 für das Schlauchstück 123. Die Farbwalze 125 besteht aus seitlich aneinander anliegenden Filzscheiben, deren eine mit 129 bezeichnet ist. Die Filzscheiben 129 werden durch zwei seitliche Endplatten 130, 132 montiert, der als Austritts öffnungen für die durch die Hohlwelle 127 zugeführte Farbe mehrere Schlitze 133 besitzt. Diese Austrittsöffnungen brauchen nicht unbedingt Schlitze zu sein, sondern können genau so gut Löcher sein.
Zur Befestigung der Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 am Tragrohr 103 ist auf dem Joch 124 ein Halterungsansatz 134 vorgesehen, in welchen das Ende des Rohres 103 zapfenartig einsteckbar und mittels einer Gegenmutter 135 arretierbar ist. Diese Arretierung ist derart, dass die ganze Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 um die Achse des zapfenförmigen Rohrendes frei verschwenkbar ist, um sich allfälligen Bodenunebenheiten anzupassen. Auf dem Halterungsansatz 134 ist ein aufwärts gerichteter Bolzen 136 vorgesehen, auf welchen im Bedarfsfalle die Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 belastende Gewichte aufgesteckt werden können. Ein solches Gewicht ist strichpunktiert dargestellt und mit der Nummer 137 bezeichnet.
Das dargestellte Trägerjoch 124 besteht aus Gründen einer einfachen Montage bzw. Demontage der Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 sowie einer allfälligen Verstellbarkeit nicht aus einem Stück, sondern ist dreiteilig, wobei die zwei seitlichen Schenkel 138,139 mittels Flanschen 140, 141 in einer oberen Platte 142 mittels zweier Schrauben 143, 144 befestigt sind. Am Schenkel 139 des Joches 124 ist ferner eine Zielvorrichtung 145 vorgesehen. An der Rückseite des Joches 124 ist zudem eine gesamthaft mit 146 bezeichnete Bürstvorrichtung angebracht, deren Bürste 147 im Betrieb den frisch aufgetragenen Farbstreifen überstreicht und die Farbe gleichmässig verteilt.
Ein weiteres Merkmal der dargestellten Farbauftragvorrichtung 105 besteht darin, dass die äussersten zwei Filzscheiben 148, 149 einen im Vergleich zu den übrigen Scheiben 129 etwas grösseren Durchmesser besitzen, um die bereits ausgetretene Farbe, welche durch die Farbwalze 125 vor dieser hergeschoben wird gegen deren Mitte hin zusammenzudrängen und so eine saubere Strichführung zu gewährleisten.
Wie in Fig. 1 strichpunktiert dargestellt ist, kann am Rohr 103 ein sogenannter Perlenbehälter 150 befestigt sein, dessen Auslassöffnung sich hinterhalb der Bürste 147 befindet, um im Behälter 150 mitgeführte farbige oder reflektierende Perlen auf die noch frische Farbe zu streuen. Der Auslass des Perlenbehälters 150 kann wie dargestellt über einen Kabelzug 151 vom Handgriff 111 aus mittels eines Hebels 152 betätigbar sein.
Marking device for applying colored strips on streets and squares
The present invention relates to a mobile marking device for applying color strips to streets and squares according to the claim of the main patent.
According to the invention, the device is characterized in that the applicator roller can be pivoted about an axis running between the roller ends and practically at right angles to the roller axis and can be lifted from the working position to a rest position by actuating a support member.
In the following, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.

The device shown in FIG. 1 consists of a frame 101 in which a paint container 104 is arranged between two longitudinal struts 102, 103 and a paint application device 105 which is connected to the paint container 104 via a line 106. Depending on the transport or operating position, the device is supported on three wheels 107, 108, 109 or on the two wheels 107, 108 and the paint application device 105 according to the principles of a three-point support. The longitudinal struts 102,103 of the frame 101 are designed at the same time as a holder for the wheel 107 or the paint application device 105 at their lower ends and as handles 110 and 111 at their upper ends. The wheels 1Q8 and 109 are mounted on specially provided brackets, one of which is visible at 112.
The wheel 108 mounted on the bracket 112 can also be controlled by the foot of the operator by means of a swivel device 113.
The paint container 104 has a removable cover 114 which is fastened by means of screw bolts 116 hinged to the paint boiler 115 of the container and has a monometer 117 and a hand pump 118, which are used to control or generate the necessary boiler pressure.
To switch the device from the driving position to the operating position and vice versa, an adjustment handle 119 is provided which extends from the wheel 109 to the handle 111 on the paint container and with which the position of the wheel 109 can be changed.
The line 106 leading from the paint container 104 to the paint application device 105 is provided with a main tap 120 which can be operated via an operating rod 121 from the top of the device in order to regulate the supply of paint to the paint application device 105. The line section 122 between the faucet 120 and the paint container 104 is a pipe section, while the line section 123 leading from the faucet 120 to the paint application device 105 is usefully a hose section.
The paint application device 105 shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3 has, as the paint-emitting part, an inking roller 125 which is freely rotatably fastened in a support yoke 124.
This is mounted in a ball bearing 126 provided in one yoke leg by means of a hollow shaft 127 that allows paint to be supplied. At the outer end of the hollow shaft 127 there is a connection stub 128 for the hose piece 123, which is fastened to the hollow shaft 127 and to the support yoke 124. The felt disks 129 are mounted by two lateral end plates 130, 132, which have several slots 133 as outlet openings for the paint fed through the hollow shaft 127. These exit openings do not necessarily have to be slots, but can just as well be holes.
To fasten the paint application device 105 to the support tube 103, a mounting attachment 134 is provided on the yoke 124, into which the end of the tube 103 can be inserted in a pin-like manner and locked by means of a counter nut 135. This locking is such that the entire paint application device 105 is freely pivotable about the axis of the peg-shaped pipe end in order to adapt to any unevenness in the floor. An upwardly directed bolt 136 is provided on the mounting attachment 134, onto which, if necessary, the paint application device 105 can be loaded with weights. Such a weight is shown in phantom and designated by the number 137.
For reasons of simple assembly and disassembly of the paint application device 105 as well as any adjustability, the illustrated support yoke 124 is not made of one piece, but is in three parts, the two lateral legs 138, 139 by means of flanges 140, 141 in an upper plate 142 by means of two screws 143, 144 are attached. A target device 145 is also provided on the leg 139 of the yoke 124. On the back of the yoke 124, a brush device designated as a whole by 146 is also attached, the brush 147 of which, during operation, sweeps over the freshly applied paint strip and evenly distributes the paint.
Another feature of the illustrated paint application device 105 is that the two outermost felt disks 148, 149 have a slightly larger diameter compared to the other disks 129, around the color that has already emerged and is pushed in front of it by the paint roller 125 towards its center to squeeze together and thus to ensure a clean stroke.
As shown in phantom in FIG. 1, a so-called pearl container 150 can be attached to the tube 103, the outlet opening of which is located behind the brush 147 in order to scatter colored or reflective pearls carried along in the container 150 onto the fresh paint. As shown, the outlet of the bead container 150 can be actuated via a cable 151 from the handle 111 by means of a lever 152.
