Low-pressure air-conditioning convector The invention according to the patent claim of the main patent relates to a low-pressure air-conditioning convector for heating by means of combined radiation and convection and for ventilation of rooms, which is arranged on a wall of the room and consists of a radiator and an air-conditioning part, and the is characterized in that the air-technical part is arranged between the heat-technical part forming the visible radiator and the wall.
In one embodiment of the low-pressure air conditioning convector according to the main patent, the supply air enters a distribution chamber and flows from there into an air chamber. Between the supply air distribution chamber and the air chamber there is a narrowed cross-section, which is designed as a nozzle-shaped slot, one wall of this nozzle-shaped slot being designed as a resilient tongue whose distance from a fixed wall can be changed by a rotatable eccentric cam so that the flow cross-section of the nozzle-shaped slot can be adapted to the respective operating conditions.
This design of the nozzle-shaped slot has the disadvantage that on the one hand it represents a relatively expensive solution and on the other hand it does not provide sufficient insulation for the noise of the supply air ducts. Furthermore, this version has no possibility of supplying secondary air, which may be desirable in certain rooms, for example in hospitals, but not in other rooms, for example in offices.
The object of the present invention is to provide a low pressure air conditioning convector that does not have the aforementioned parts of the aforementioned embodiment according to the main patent.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a low-pressure air conditioning convector of the type described above, in which an antechamber is arranged in the flow direction of the primary air between the ventilation part and a supply air duct or supply ducts for the primary air, the outlet opening of which opens into a nozzle slot which the antechamber separates from an air chamber for primary air or primary and secondary air and is delimited by a tongue. The tongue expediently consists of sound-absorbing material and has a seal which seals a gap between the outlet opening of the antechamber and the air chamber.
This provides additional soundproofing of the Kanalge noises.
Furthermore, the antechamber, the outlet opening and the nozzle slot can have an axial extent which corresponds approximately to that of the air chamber. This achieves a particularly even distribution of air over the entire length of the ventilation part.
The antechamber is expediently set back in relation to the air chamber and the outlet of the nozzle slot is directed towards the lower end of the air chamber. This achieves further sound absorption of the duct noise.
The width of the nozzle slot is expediently adjustable by means of intermediate layers, which allows the amount of primary air to be metered.
Furthermore, the lower end of the air chamber can have an adjustable slide with which a slot for the secondary air induction can be adjusted between a fully closed and a fully open position. This allows the ratio of primary / secondary air to be set.
The rear wall of the air chamber expediently has thermal insulation, as a result of which undesired heat or radiation losses after the wall are avoided.
The invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing using an exemplary embodiment which shows a vertical section through a low-pressure air-conditioning convector and is described below.
1 with a wall is referred to, for example below a window. In front of the wall 1 there is a wall covering 2 for receiving preferably insulated heating lines 3, one or more supply air ducts 4 for the primary air and an antechamber 5, into which the supply air duct or ducts 4 open. A rotatably mounted throttle valve 6 is arranged in the supply air duct 4, with which the amount of supply air can be adjusted.
A low-pressure air-conditioning convector, designated as a whole by 7, has a radiator 8 connected to the heating lines 3 in a manner not shown, which can be designed, for example, as a heating wall, on whose rear side, which is not visible, lamellas 9 are arranged which enter the air chamber 10 protrude for primary and secondary air and serve an increased heat transfer to the air rising in the air chamber 10. The air chamber 10 is delimited from the wall 2 by thermal insulation 11. A cover grille 11a limits the air chamber 10 at the top.
The antechamber 5 has an outlet opening 12 in the form of a relatively large slot through which the supply air exits and is accelerated in a nozzle slot 13 which is formed by a wall 14 of the antechamber 5 and a tongue 15. The tongue 15 is expediently made of schallabsorbie-generating material and is attached to the wall 14 with spacers 16 by means of pins 16a. By choosing intermediate pieces 16 of different thicknesses, the size of the nozzle slot 13 and thus the desired amount of air can be adjusted. The tongue 15 is arranged such that the nozzle slot 13 is directed downwards towards the lower end 18 of the air chamber 10.
Between the Austrittsöff opening 12 and the air chamber 10, a seal 17 is arranged, which prevents a short circuit between the prechamber 5 and the air chamber 10.
The lower end 18 of the air chamber 10 has a slot 19 through which secondary air can be drawn in by induction by the primary air rising from the lower end 18. By means of a slider with a guide plate 20, the size of the slot and thus the amount of secondary air can be adjusted and the primary air can be deflected upwards into the air chamber 10 at the same time.
The low-pressure air-conditioning convector described makes it possible to effectively isolate the noises in the supply air ducts, which are also subjected to high pressure. Because the prechamber 5 is set back with respect to the air chamber 10 and the nozzle slot 13 and the tongue 15 are arranged between the prechamber 5 and the air chamber 10, the sound insulation is extremely effective. Nevertheless, the installation of the low-pressure air-conditioning convector does not require more space than is already necessary to accommodate the supply air ducts.
Due to the adjustability of the slot 19 for the supply of secondary air by means of the example, by a screw 21 lockable slide, all wishes regarding the air conditioning of rooms can be met, be it by operating with primary air alone or by operating with primary air mixed with secondary air.
