Grilliereinrichtung
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Grilliereinrichtung, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass eine Trageinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die eine mit Standfuss versehene Ständersäule besitzt, an welch letzterer wenigstens eine höhenverstellbare, gabelförmige Haltekonsole für die auswechselbare Halterung von beim Grillieren benötigten Arbeitsgeräten angeordnet ist.
Die erfindungsgemässe Grilliereinrichtung kann sowohl an Cheminees montiert oder auch an Feuerstellen im Freien aufgestellt werden und erlaubt ein müheloses und einwandfreies Grillieren von Wurst- und Fleischwaren sowie auch anderen Esswaren und Obst. Sie kann auch vorteilhaft zum Halten von Bratpfannen und Kochgeschirren aller Art sowie Tischplatten verwendet werden.

Die dargestellte Grilliereinrichtung weist eine rohrförmige Ständersäule 1 auf, welche an ihrem Unterende eine Standplatte 2 trägt, die mit einem Gewindezapfen 3 leicht demontierbar in eine Gewindebohrung der Ständersäule 1 eingreift und einen nach aussen vorstehenden Verankerungsdorn 4 trägt. An der Ständersäule list eine Haltekonsole 5 mit einem horizontal ausladenden, gegabelten Arm 5' vertikal schiebverstellbar angeordnet. Die Haltekonsole 5 stützt sich auf einem mit Arretierschraube 6' versehenen Stellring 6 ab und kann durch Verstellen des letzteren in jeder gewünschten Höhe festgestellt werden. An der Haltekonsole 5 können, wie Fig. 1, 6, 8 und 9 zeigen, verschiedene Grillier- und Arbeitsgeräte durch Einrücken ihres Griffschaftes in den Gabelschlitz 5" gehaltert werden.
Am Oberende der Ständersäule 1 ist ein Stellring 7 aufgeschoben, dessen Arretierschraube 7' durch eine Bohrung der Säulenwand an einer in die Ständersäule ausziehbar eingeschobenen Verlängerungsstange 8 mit Gummipuffer 9 angerift.
Bei der Montage der beschriebenen Grilliereinrichtung an einem Cheminee ist es zweckmässig, dieselbe möglichst nahe an die Feuerstelle heranzurücken. Für den Eingriff des Verankerungsbolzens 4 wird eine im Boden versenkt eingebaute Hülse 10 benötigt. Die Verlängerungsstange 8 wird so weit aus der Ständersäule ausgezogen, dass deren Gummipuffer 9 gegen den oberen Chemineerand 11 abgestützt werden. Bei guter Abstützung der aus der Ständersäule 1 ausziehbaren Verlängerung 8 am oberen Chemineerand 11, kann die Ständersäule 1 auch ohne Verankerungsbolzen 4 genügend Halt bieten, um alle in Frage kommenden Belastungen aufnehmen zu können. Bei dieser Montage der Grilliereinrichtung ist deren Beanspruchung jeder Belastung angepasst.
Zum Grillieren von Fleisch, Würsten und beliebigen anderen Esswaren wie auch Früchten dient ein in Fig. 1, 2 und 3 dargestellter Grillierrost 12. Bei diesem sind die Roststäbe 13 als Rinnen ausgebildet. Ihre Enden sind mit Quertraversen 14, 15 durch Schweissen verbunden, wobei die Quertraverse 15 als an beiden Enden durch Stirnwände 15' abgeschlossene Sammelrinne für das vom Grillgut 16 (Fig. 1) in die Rinnen 13 tropfende und in diesen ablaufende Fett ausgebildet ist.
Die metallenen Teile 12, 13, 14, 15, 15' und 17 des Grillierrostes 12 können mit Vorteil mit einem hitzebeständigen Kunststoffbelag z.B. Teflon versehen sein. An der Sammelrinne 15 ist der den Handgriff 18 tragende Griffschaft 17 befestigt. Der Grillierrost 12 wird an der Haltekonsole 5 durch Einrücken des Griffschaftes 17 in dem Gabelschlitz 5" gehaltert, wie dies in Fig. 1 und 6 veranschaulicht ist. Durch Verstellen des Stellrir,ges 6 kann der Grillierrost 12 in der gewünschten, der Grösse der Flamme angepassten Höhe eingestellt werden.
Für grosse Fleischstücke, insbesondere für Poulets, wird an der Haltekonsole 5 der Grilliereinrichtung ein durch einen Federmotor 19 angetriebener Grillierspiess 20 gelagert. Der Federmotor 19 ist durch eine Schraube 21, die im Abstand vom Bratspiess 20 ebenfalls wie dieser im Gabelschlitz 5" geführt ist, gegen Verdrehen gesichert.
Auch Brat- und Kochpfannen 22 bzw. 23 können wahlweise an der Grilliereinrichtung gehaltert werden. Die Pfannen 22, 23 sind auswechselbar am gabelförmigen Vorderteil 17' eines mit Handgriff 18 versehenen Griffschaftes 17 mit den Pfannenrand übergreifender Klaue 24 und Arretierschraube 25 gehaltert.
An der Grilliereinrichtung können zwei oder mehrere Haltekonsolen 5 höhenverstellbar und einzeln drehbar angebracht sein. In Fig. 1 ist die Grilliereinrichtung mit zwei Haltekonsolen 5 versehen. An der einen Haltekonsole 5 kann ein Grillierrost 12 durch Einlegen seines Griffschaftes 17 in den Gabelschlitz 5" und an der anderen Haltekonsole 5 kann eine als Anrichttisch dienende Platte 26 durch Einstecken derselben in den Gabelschlitz 5" gehaltert sein.
Zum Aufstellen der Grilliereinrichtung an einer Feuerstelle im Freien wird die Ständersäule 1 mit einem wegnehmbaren Standfuss 27 versehen.
Zur Sicherung des Griffschaftes 17 der verschiedenen Grilliergeräte gegen Herausfallen derselben aus der Haltekonsole 5, kann am gegabelten Arm 5' der Konsole 5 an der Mündung des Schlitzes 5" ein Drehriegel 28 mit Griff 28' angeordnet sein, welcher nach Einführung des Griffschaftes 17 aus seiner Horizontalstellung gemäss Fig. 7 in seine Vertikalstellung gemäss Fig. 8 und 9 gedreht wird.
Bei der in Fig. 10 und 11 dargestellten Ausführungsform des Griffschaftes 17 ist das Ende des letzteren als Gabel 17" ausgebildet, an welcher beispielsweise der mit dem Federmotor 19 versehene Grillierspiess 20 in vertikaler Stellung angesteckt werden kann, so dass das am Spiess angebrachte Grilliergut nach unten hängt. Ferner ist an diesem Grillschaft 17 nahe dem gegabelten Ende ein Aufhängehaken 29 angeordnet, an welchem beliebige Kochkessel angehängt werden können.
Fig. 12 zeigt eine mit Vorteil an den Stellringen 6 und 7 verwendbare Arretierschraube 30, welche zur Vermeidung von Kratzern an der den Klemmdruck aufnehmenden Ständersäule 1 bzw. an der schiebverstellbaren und durch die Arretierschraube 7' festzustellenden Verlängerungsstange 8 mit einer Kunststoff-Spitze oder -Kopf 31 versehen ist.
Wie Fig. 7 zeigt, kann auch die Innenfläche des auf die Ständersäule 1 aufzuschiebenden Teiles der Haltekonsole 5 teilweise oder ganz eine Kunststoffbeschichtung 32 aufweisen, so dass die Aussenfläche der Ständersäule 1 durch Verschieben oder Belasten der Haltekonsole 5 nicht zerkratzt wird.

The subject of the invention is a grilling device, which is characterized in that a support device is provided which has a stand column provided with a stand, on the latter of which at least one height-adjustable, fork-shaped holding console is arranged for the exchangeable mounting of tools required for grilling.
The grilling device according to the invention can be mounted on chimneys or set up on fire places in the open air and allows sausage and meat products as well as other food and fruit to be grilled effortlessly and properly. It can also be used to advantage for holding frying pans and all kinds of cookware and table tops.

The grilling device shown has a tubular stand column 1, which carries a base plate 2 at its lower end, which engages with a threaded pin 3 in a threaded hole in the stand column 1 and carries an outwardly protruding anchoring pin 4. A holding bracket 5 with a horizontally projecting, forked arm 5 'is arranged so that it can be shifted vertically on the upright column. The holding bracket 5 is supported on an adjusting ring 6 provided with a locking screw 6 'and can be fixed at any desired height by adjusting the latter. As shown in FIGS. 1, 6, 8 and 9, various grilling and working devices can be held on the holding bracket 5 by engaging their handle shaft in the fork slot 5 ″.
At the upper end of the stand column 1, an adjusting ring 7 is pushed, the locking screw 7 'of which engages through a hole in the column wall on an extension rod 8 with a rubber buffer 9 pushed into the stand column so that it can be pulled out.
When installing the grilling device described on a fireplace, it is advisable to move it as close as possible to the fireplace. For the engagement of the anchoring bolt 4, a sunk-in sleeve 10 is required. The extension rod 8 is pulled out of the stand column so far that its rubber buffers 9 are supported against the upper edge 11 of the fireplace. If the extension 8, which can be pulled out of the upright column 1, is well supported on the upper edge of the fireplace 11, the upright column 1 can provide sufficient support even without anchoring bolt 4 to be able to absorb all loads that may come into question. With this assembly of the grilling device, the load is adapted to each load.
A grilling grate 12 shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is used for grilling meat, sausages and any other edibles as well as fruits. In this, the grate bars 13 are designed as channels. Their ends are connected to crossbars 14, 15 by welding, the crossbar 15 being designed as a collecting channel closed at both ends by end walls 15 'for the fat dripping from the grilled food 16 (Fig. 1) into the channels 13 and draining into them.
The metal parts 12, 13, 14, 15, 15 'and 17 of the grillage 12 can advantageously be covered with a heat-resistant plastic covering e.g. Teflon be provided. The handle shaft 17 carrying the handle 18 is fastened to the collecting channel 15. The grilling grate 12 is held on the holding bracket 5 by engaging the handle shaft 17 in the fork slot 5 ″, as is illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 6. By adjusting the setting bar 6, the grilling grate 12 can be adjusted to the desired size of the flame adjusted height.
For large pieces of meat, in particular for chicken, a grilling skewer 20 driven by a spring motor 19 is mounted on the holding bracket 5 of the grilling device. The spring motor 19 is secured against rotation by a screw 21, which is also guided at a distance from the roasting spit 20 in the fork slot 5 ″.
Frying and cooking pans 22 and 23 can optionally be held on the grilling device. The pans 22, 23 are exchangeably held on the fork-shaped front part 17 'of a handle shaft 17 provided with a handle 18 with a claw 24 and a locking screw 25 that extends over the edge of the pan.
Two or more holding brackets 5 can be attached to the grilling device, adjustable in height and individually rotatable. In FIG. 1, the grilling device is provided with two holding brackets 5. On one holding bracket 5, a grilling grate 12 can be held by inserting its handle shaft 17 into the fork slot 5 "and on the other holding bracket 5 a plate 26 serving as a serving table can be held by inserting the same into the fork slot 5".
To set up the grilling device at an outdoor fireplace, the stand column 1 is provided with a removable stand 27.
To secure the handle shaft 17 of the various grilling devices against falling out of the same from the holding bracket 5, a rotary bolt 28 with handle 28 'can be arranged on the forked arm 5' of the bracket 5 at the mouth of the slot 5 ", which after the handle shaft 17 is inserted from its Horizontal position according to FIG. 7 is rotated into its vertical position according to FIGS. 8 and 9.
In the embodiment of the handle shaft 17 shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the end of the latter is designed as a fork 17 ″ to which, for example, the grilling skewer 20 provided with the spring motor 19 can be plugged in a vertical position so that the grilled food attached to the skewer Furthermore, a suspension hook 29 is arranged on this grill shaft 17 near the forked end, to which any cooking kettle can be hung.
Fig. 12 shows a locking screw 30 which can be used with advantage on the adjusting rings 6 and 7, which to avoid scratches on the upright column 1 which absorbs the clamping pressure or on the sliding-adjustable extension rod 8 to be fixed by the locking screw 7 'with a plastic tip or - Head 31 is provided.
As FIG. 7 shows, the inner surface of the part of the holding bracket 5 to be pushed onto the stand column 1 can partially or completely have a plastic coating 32 so that the outer surface of the stand column 1 is not scratched by moving or loading the holding bracket 5.
