  Zusammenklappbare Palettschachtel aus Wellkarton oder imprägniertem Festkarton
Die handelüblichen Zuschnitte von Gebrauchsschachteln für den allgemeinen Güterversand sind in ihrer Anlage symmetrisch. Zieht man durch die zusammenhängenden Seitenwandteile eines solchen Schachtelzuschnittes horizontal eine Mittellinie, misst der Abstand von dieser Mittellinie zum Aussenrand des Deckelteiles oben gleich viele Zentimeter wie der Abstand von der Mittellinie zum Aussenrand des entgegengesetzten unteren Deckelteiles oder Bodens. Alle vier oberen und unteren Deckelteile weisen dabei ein Tiefenmass auf, das der halben Breite der Schachtel entspricht.



  Damit wird erreicht, dass sich beim Schliessen der Schachtel die beiden, den äusseren Abschluss bildenden Längsseiten Deckelteile, in der Mitte bündig begegnen. So entsteht der bei diesen Gebrauchs- oder Versandschachteln so begehrte, äusserst sparsame Zuschnitt.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine zusammenklappbare Palettschachtel aus Wellkarton oder imprägniertem Festkarton. Dieselbe zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie aus mindestens einem Zuschnitt gebildet ist, bei dem die Seitenwandteile in Bodenteile übergehen, wobei die Bodenteile an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandteilen mit Falzungen versehen sind und mittels den Teilen zwischen den Falzungen Tragbalken gebildet sind.



   In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:

   Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte einteilige, in bezug auf die Mittellinie m asymmetrische Wellkarton-Zuschnitt ist durch die Anordnung eines Doppelfalzes 5" zwischen den Seitenwandteilen 1-4 und den Deckelteilen 11-14 zur Bildung einer oben offenen Palettschachtel geeignet. 21, 22, 23 und 24 sind die Bodenteile der Palettschachtel. Die Bodenteile 22 und 24 sind mit Falzungen 5 versehen und gestatten die Anformung der Tragbalken 2' (Fig. 2), wobei die Endlappen 22, 24 zwischen die Bodenteile 21 und 23 zu liegen kommen und mit ihren Endkanten gegeneinanderstossen (Fig. 3).



  Der Bodenteil 21 ist an beiden Breitseiten durch Aussparungen 21" von den Bodenaussenkanten diestanziert, welche Aussparungen 21" als Sitz der Tragbalken 2' dem Durchmesser angepasst sind, Fig. 2 und 4. Der Bodenteil 23 bildet den Innenboden und ist nahe an seinen Breitseitenrändern auf der Unterseite mit Führungsrinnen 28 versehen, welche als Einfräsungen, Einschnitte oder Stanzschnitte gemäss Fig. 6 ausgebildet sein können. Die Führungsrinnen 28 dienen nach Fig. 2 und 10 dem Eingriff der Scheitelkante der V-Profile, die als Stützelemente in den Hohlraum der Tragbalken 2', 4' eingeschoben werden. Die Seitenwandteile 1,   2, 3,    4 sind durch Falzungen 6 gegeneinander, durch Doppelfalzungen 5" gegen die Deckelteile 11, 12, 13, 14 und durch Falzungen 5 bzw. 5' die Bodenteile 21, 22, 23, 24 abgegrenzt.



  Nach der Fertigung des Zuschnittes werden die Seitenwandteile 1 und 4 durch den Klebelappen 4" wie bei einer gebräuchlichen Faltschachtel maschinell fest verbunden und der so geschlossene Zuschnitt in der gewohnten Faltlage ab Fabrik geliefert.



   Bei der Aufstellung der Palettschachtel werden die Seitenwandteile 1, 2, 3, 4 an ihren Falzungen 6 je um 90  gegeneinander abgewinkelt. Hierauf wird der Bodenteil 23 im rechten Winkel eingeschlagen, mittels der Bodenteile 22, 24 durch Abwinkelung derselben in den Falzungen 5, 5' die Tragbalken 2', 4' angeformt und deren Endlappen durch Einschlagen des Bodenteiles 21 zwischen diesem und dem Bodenteil 23 festgelegt. Der äussere Rand des Bodenteiles 21 wird durch Klebband mit dem Seitenwandteil 3 fest verbunden. Anschliessend werden die Deckelteile 11, 12, 13, 14 nacheinander an ihren Doppelfalzungen 5" um 180 Winkelgrade auf die Innenseite der Seitenwandteile 1, 2, 3, 4 eingeschlagen und durch Einlegen eines Einlagebodens 30 (Fig. 2, 3 und 10) in ihrer Anlagestellung gesichert.  



   Dank der Anordnung der Doppelfalzungen 5" zwischen den Seitenwandteilen 1-4 und den Deckelteilen 11-14 kann aus dem auch für eine normale, oben verschliessbare Palettschachtel verwendbaren Zuschnitt eine offene Palettschachtel hergestellt werden. Für besonders kräftige offene Behälter ist eine Wandverstärkung durch Einlage eines   Wellkartonringes    zwischen die Seitenwandteile und die zu ihrer Doppelung dienenden Deckelteile möglich. Wie aus Fig. 7 und 9 ersichtlich ist, kann sowohl das V-Profil 10 als auch der den Abstützbalken 2' bzw. 4' bildende Teil des Bodenteiles 22, 24 je mit einer Kunststoff-Folie 29 verkleidet sein.

  Der Einlageboden 30, Fig. 11, besteht aus kräftiger, doppellagiger Wellpappe und weist an zwei diagonal einander gegenüberliegenden Ecken abgeschnittene Eckstellen 30' auf, welche als Griff beim Herausnehmen des Bodens und als Luftabzug beim Einlegen des Bodens dienen. In die Hohlräume der Tragbalken 2' bzw. 4' können gemäss Fig. 2, 3 oder 7, 8 V-Profile 10 aus Wellkarton, Festkarton oder Vierkantstäbe 10' aus Holz, Hartschaum usw. eingewickelt werden.



   Die Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 4 zeigt einen in bezug auf die Mittellinie m der Seitenwandteile 1, 2, 3, 4 asymmetrischen Wellkarton-Zuschnitt aus zwei Teilen. Durch Verbinden der Seitenwandteile 4 und 1 sowie 2 und 3 miteinander mittels der angestanzten Klebelappen 1", 3" ist der Zuschnitt montagefertig. Dieser Zuschnitt unterscheidet sich von jenem gemäss der ersten Ausführungsform lediglich darin, dass anstelle der Aussparungen 21" Distanzhalterzungen 21' an den Seitenwandteil 1 angestanzt sind, welche als schmale Bodenteile den Bodenteil 21 ergänzen, wie dies aus den Querschnitten in Fig. 7 und 8 ersichtlich ist. Durch Eingriff der inneren Seitenwand des Tragbalkens 2' bzw.



  4' zwischen die Zunge 21' und den Bodenteil 21 ist eine Sicherung der Querschnittsfläche des Tragbalkens 2' bzw.



  4' erreicht. Bei Fehlen der Zungen 21' gemäss den Fig. 1, 2, 3, 9 und 10 sind die Führungsrinnen 28 auf der Unterseite des Bodenteiles 23 vorgesehen. Die Führungsrinnen 28 auf der Unterseite des Bodens 23 oder der Distanzhalterzungen 21' dienen dem Eingriff der Scheitelkante der in den Hohlraum der Tragbalken 2' bzw. 4' eingeschobenen V-Profile 10. Bei Verwendung von Vierkantstäben 10' als Stabilisierungselemente bleiben die Führungsrinnen 28 ungenutzt und können in diesem Fall auch weggelassen werden.



   Fig. 5 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des Wellkarton-Zuschnittes, welcher in vier getrennten Teilen gestanzt wird, wobei an den Seitenwandteilen 2 und an den Seitenwandteilen 4 je zwei Verbindungs- oder Klebelappen 2" bzw.



  4" angestanzt sind. Die Klebelappen 2" dienen der Verbindung des Seitenwandteiles 2 mit den Seitenwandteilen 1 und 3, während die Klebelappen 4" die Verbindung des Seitenwandteiles 4 mit den Seitenwandteilen 3 und 1 erlauben. Bei dieser ebenfalls zur Mittellinie m der Seitenwandteile 1, 2, 3, 4 asymmetrischen Ausführungsform des Zuschnittes ist der Bodenteil 21 in zwei Teile 21 und drei Zungen 21' aufgeteilt, wobei die beiden äusseren Zungen dem Sitz der aus den Bodenteilen 22 und 24 geformten Tragbalken 2' bzw. 4' dienen, während die mittlere Zunge 21' dem Sitz eines aus einem separaten Zuschnitt gebildeten Tragbalkens dient. Auch hier sind alle drei Zungen 21' je mit einer Führungsrinne 28 für den Eingriff der Scheitelkante eines in den Hohlraum des Tragbalkens eingeschobenen V Profils 10 versehen.



   Die auf der Unterseite der Distanzhalterzungen 21' bzw.



  auf der Unterseite des inneren Bodens 23 vorgesehenen Führungsrinnen können als Einpressungen, Einschnitte oder Schlitz-Perforationen gemäss Fig. 6 ausgebildet sein. Besonders für den als Gegenfalz 5' auszubildenden Falz in Fig. 1, 4 und 5 empfiehlt sich die Anordnung einer Schlitzperforation gemäss Fig. 6.



   Bei der beschriebenen Palettschachtel werden die hohlkörperartigen Tragbalken 2', 4' bei der Montage gebildet, diese bestehen vorzugsweise aus mindestens zweiwelligem Wellkarton und sind abreissicher. Sie sind somit wesentlich stärker und erhöhen die Tragkraft der Palettabstützung ganz erheblich. Da sie die ununterbrochene Fortsetzung zweier Aussenwände bilden, ergeben sich ausserordentlich günstige statische Verhältnisse. Diese ermöglichen vor allem bei kleineren Behältern eine genügende Bodenabstützung mit nur zwei Tragbalken. Dies bedeutet eine weitere Verbilligung und Vereinfachung.

 

   Der Wellkartonzuschnitt ist in einem einzigen Stanzschnitt hergestellt. Bei Fehlen genügend grosser Stanzmaschinen für die Erzeugung eines einteiligen Zuschnittes, kann der Zuschnitt auch auf kleineren Stanzmaschinen in zwei oder vier getrennten Teilen hergestellt werden. Diese Teile können dann untereinander durch an die Seitenwandteile angestanzte Klebelappen oder auf bekannte Weise durch Klebebänder oder Heftklammern verbunden werden. 



  
 



  Collapsible pallet box made of corrugated cardboard or impregnated rigid cardboard
The customary cuts of utility boxes for the general shipment of goods are symmetrical in their layout. If you draw a center line horizontally through the connected side wall parts of such a box blank, the distance from this center line to the outer edge of the upper part of the lid measures the same number of centimeters as the distance from the central line to the outer edge of the opposite lower lid part or base. All four upper and lower lid parts have a depth that corresponds to half the width of the box.



  This ensures that when the box is closed, the two long sides of the lid parts, which form the outer closure, meet flush in the middle. This creates the extremely economical cut that is so popular with these utility or mailing boxes.



   The present invention relates to a collapsible pallet box made of corrugated cardboard or impregnated rigid cardboard. The same is characterized in that it is formed from at least one blank, in which the side wall parts merge into base parts, the base parts being provided with folds on two opposite side wall parts and supporting beams being formed by means of the parts between the folds.



   In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely show:

   The one-piece corrugated cardboard blank shown in Fig. 1, asymmetrical with respect to the center line m, is suitable for forming a pallet box open at the top by arranging a double fold 5 "between the side wall parts 1-4 and the lid parts 11-14. The bottom parts of the pallet box are 23 and 24. The bottom parts 22 and 24 are provided with folds 5 and allow the support beams 2 '(FIG. 2) to be molded on, the end tabs 22, 24 coming to lie between the bottom parts 21 and 23 and with them their end edges butt against each other (Fig. 3).



  The bottom part 21 is punched on both broad sides by recesses 21 "from the bottom outer edges, which recesses 21" as the seat of the supporting beams 2 'are adapted to the diameter, FIGS. 2 and 4.   After the blank has been produced, the side wall parts 1 and 4 are mechanically firmly connected by the adhesive flap 4 ″ as with a conventional folding box, and the blank thus closed is delivered from the factory in the usual folded position.



   When the pallet box is set up, the side wall parts 1, 2, 3, 4 are angled at 90 relative to each other at their folds 6. The bottom part 23 is then hammered in at a right angle, the supporting beams 2 ', 4' are formed by bending them in the folds 5, 5 'by means of the bottom parts 22, 24 and their end flaps are fixed by knocking in the bottom part 21 between this and the bottom part 23. The outer edge of the bottom part 21 is firmly connected to the side wall part 3 by adhesive tape. Subsequently, the cover parts 11, 12, 13, 14 are hammered one after the other at their double folds 5 "by 180 degrees on the inside of the side wall parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and by inserting an insert base 30 (Fig. 2, 3 and 10) in their Position secured.



   Thanks to the arrangement of the double folds 5 "between the side wall parts 1-4 and the lid parts 11-14, an open pallet box can be made from the blank, which can also be used for a normal, top-lockable pallet box. As can be seen from FIGS. 7 and 9, both the V-profile 10 and the part of the base part 22, 24 forming the support beam 2 'or 4' can each be provided with a Plastic film 29 covered.

  The insert base 30, FIG. 11, consists of strong, double-layered corrugated cardboard and has corner points 30 'cut off at two diagonally opposite corners, which serve as a handle when removing the base and as an air vent when inserting the base.    The embodiment according to FIG. 4 shows a corrugated cardboard blank made of two parts, which is asymmetrical with respect to the center line m of the side wall parts 1, 2, 3, 4. By connecting the side wall parts 4 and 1 and 2 and 3 to one another by means of the punched-out adhesive tabs 1 ", 3", the blank is ready for assembly.    Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of the corrugated cardboard blank, which is punched in four separate parts, with two connecting or adhesive flaps 2 ″ or 2 ″ on each of the side wall parts 2 and 4.

   In the case of the pallet box described, the hollow-body-like support beams 2 ', 4' are formed during assembly; these preferably consist of at least two-wall corrugated cardboard and are tear-proof. They are therefore much stronger and considerably increase the load-bearing capacity of the pallet support. Since they form the uninterrupted continuation of two outer walls, there are extremely favorable static conditions. These enable adequate floor support with only two support beams, especially for smaller containers. This means a further reduction in price and simplification.

 

   The corrugated cardboard blank is produced in a single die cut. In the absence of sufficiently large punching machines to produce a one-piece blank, the blank can also be produced in two or four separate parts on smaller punching machines. These parts can then be connected to one another by means of adhesive flaps punched onto the side wall parts or in a known manner by means of adhesive tapes or staples.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH PATENT CLAIM Zusammenklappbare Palettschachtel aus Wellkarton oder imprägniertem Festkarton, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus mindestens einem Zuschnitt gebildet ist, bei dem die Seitenwandteile (1, 2, 3, 4) in Bodenteile (21-24) übergehen, wobei die Bodenteile (22, 24) an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandteilen mit Falzungen (5,5') versehen sind, und mittels den Teilen zwischen den Falzungen Tragbalken (2' bzw. 4') gebildet sind.
