Fig. 2 die Einwegflasche.
spray bottle
The invention relates to a spray bottle by means of which liquid is sprayed out under gas pressure in a conventional manner. The contents of this spray bottle therefore extend in the same way to beverages as well as to liquids which are merely sprayed for various purposes.
Consistent with the previously known spray cans or spray bottles, such as these z. B. are known under the term Airosol bottles, is the use of a pressurized gas cartridge, which can be attached or screwed in a specially provided screw container on the bottle neck.
Lately, bottles of the type referred to have been introduced on a large scale. However, two significant disadvantages characterize the previous design and use of such bottles:
On the one hand, filling the contents and the required pressure or propellant gas is relatively complicated. Special equipment is required for this and the procedure for filling the bottle and putting on the gas pressure cartridge is not without risk. In addition, the walls of the bottle themselves must withstand a pressure of up to about 10 atmospheres. Should therefore for these purposes of the type mentioned z. If, for example, plastic bottles are used, their walls must be kept exceptionally thick and stable or, as is often the case, a metal bottle must be used.
It has also turned out to be disadvantageous that, according to the operating instructions, the bottle volume can never be used 100%, since at least 1/4 of the bottle content had to be excluded from the filling for the addition of pressurized gas etc. These disadvantages also give rise to relatively high acquisition costs and the manufacture of such vessels has proven increasingly uneconomical over the years.
The object of the invention is to provide a remedy here, on the one hand in such a way that particularly economical production and dispensing of filled bottles is used as mass-produced articles and that, on the other hand, full utilization of the bottle volume can be achieved.
The invention solves this problem in a bottle of the aforementioned type in that it has a container which is at least two-part, in which the disposable bottle made of thermoplastically deformable materials and filled with a liquid is exchangeably inserted, one in a pressure device The gas pressure cartridge used causes the spraying process. The spray bottle itself can be shaped in such a way that the container is provided with conical side surfaces, in such a way that the upper part tapers in the direction of its neck and the lower part tapers in the direction of its bottom. Furthermore, the upper and lower parts of the spray bottle can be separated from each other and these parts can be joined together firmly but detachably by means of screw threads or bayonet locks.
Furthermore, the spray bottle can expediently have a circumferential collar or a ring-like reinforcement at the dividing line between the upper and lower parts of the container. The container can have a closure which is formed by a pressure device which has a channel for the inflow of compressed air and a riser pipe with an opening for the spraying of the liquid. The pressure device can be actuated by means of a central push button on the front.
Simultaneously with the design of the spray bottle it can be provided that the disposable bottle has the dimensions of the inner surfaces of the container on the outside and that the disposable bottle consists of a bottle top and a bottle bottom, which are connected to one another by means of a horizontally circumferential edge flange. Finally, the edge flange can be inserted into a free inner groove of the container in a stabilizing manner.
Details of the invention are explained in more detail in the accompanying drawing using a preferred embodiment.
The drawings show, each in section:
1 shows the spray bottle according to the invention, consisting of the container, the pressure device and the disposable bottle,
Fig. 2 the disposable bottle.
1 with the container of the spray bottle and 2 with the pressure device that can be placed on it.
The container 1 consists of two components, namely the upper part 3 and the lower part 4 and is preferably made of metal. The neck 5 is widened somewhat for the purpose of a particularly durable use of the printing device 2.
Upper and lower parts 3, 4, which are each conical, overlap and form an annular reinforcement 6 as a union, by means of which the named parts are either screwed onto one another or firmly pressed against one another by means of a bayonet catch, not shown in the drawing.
In the interior of the container 1, the disposable bottle 8, which is completely filled with liquid 7, is arranged tightly enclosed. For the purpose of particularly efficient and advantageous production, in the exemplary embodiment this is composed of two pieces from the bottle top and bottle bottom 9, 10 and has a horizontal, outwardly protruding edge flange 11 (FIG. 2). The latter makes a decisive contribution to the stabilization of the disposable bottle 8 and promotes a firm and tight fit in the container 1, in which a corresponding groove 12 remains free on the bottle assembly. The disposable bottle 8 is available with liquids of any content as a beverage bottle or as a spray bottle. It is closed with a plug 13 of a conventional type. The pouring resp.
Spray pressure producing pressure device 2 is essentially composed of previously known components:
In the handle 14, the pressure or
Gas cartridge 15 let in or embedded. With the screwing or plugging of the handle 14 into the pressure device 12, the bottle is practically ready for use. The mouthpiece is denoted by 16 and the mouth of the riser pipe 18 is denoted by 17. The two-way pressure device 2, which is composed of the stuffing cone 21 loaded for the spring 20 for the gas supply pipe 22 and the closure cone 23, is actuated via the front push button 19.
The valve base 24 is used for a hermetic seal in each case.
With the invention described above, it is possible to use a disposable bottle that can be delivered at a one-time low price.
If the contents of a disposable bottle are used up, the spray bottle is opened by unscrewing the top part from the bottom part of the container, the empty disposable bottle is thrown away and replaced with a new one. The container therefore has a continuous permanent use, as does its printing device.
