Fig. 4 eine Vorderansicht einer Ausführungsvariante des Fadenführers,
Thread guide for a winding device of textile machines, in particular machines for crimping textile threads by false twist
The present invention relates to a thread guide for a winding device of textile machines, in particular machines for crimping textile threads by false twist.
Previous thread guides used on textile machines for guiding fibers, yarns and threads to the take-up bobbin are mounted on guide rods which perform a rectilinear, reversible movement along the wound bobbin. whereby the thread is stretched between the lay-up and the wound bobbin.
The thread is often drawn into this thread guide by hand. whereby it often comes to its unthreading.
The present invention now aims to eliminate this deficiency and to create a thread guide which takes care of the threading itself and at the same time secures the drawn-in thread against undesired unthreading, as well as allowing reliable thread distribution during the winding process.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the guide part of the thread guide is formed by a contact edge which, at its end, merges via a rounding into an inclined surface which, together with an opposing arcuate projection, the radius of which is approximately five times the radius of the rounding between the contact edge and of the inclined surface, forms a slot which opens into a guide groove with a semicircular or flat groove base surface inclined at an angle in the range from 0 to 200.
In a preferred embodiment, the contact edge can thus have a curved or straight run-up zone, in which case the straight run-up zone should then be inclined at an angle of 150 to 300 with respect to a plane containing the yarn guide foot. Furthermore, the guide groove can be inclined towards the inclined surface and enclose an angle of 0 to 250 with a perpendicular on the thread guide foot and the inclined surface forming a slot with the curved projection can be curved in section. preferably run in a semicircle.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 is a side view, partially in section, of a thread guide used in a winding device,
FIG. 2 shows a front view of the thread guide according to FIG. 1, in the direction of movement of the thread,
3 shows a longitudinal section through the thread guide according to FIG. 2,
4 shows a front view of a variant embodiment of the thread guide,
Fig. 5 is a front view of a further Ausfüh approximately variant of the thread guide,
6 shows a front view of a further variant embodiment of the thread guide and
7 shows a side view of a further embodiment variant of the thread guide.
As FIG. 1 shows, the thread guide 1 is fastened on a holder 2 by means of a screw 3 and a locking nut 4. A groove 2 'is provided in the holder 2, by means of which the thread guide 1 is adjusted with respect to a take-up bobbin 5 and thus the angle? can be changed in the range from 0 to 150. The holder 2 with the thread guide 1 is arranged between a feed roller 6 and a take-up roller 7 with co-operating with this take-up reel 5 and attached to a known guide rod, not shown, which performs a rectilinear, reversible movement. The actual thread guide 1 consists of a foot 8 (FIG. 3) and a guide part 9, which parts enclose an angle of 10 to 1800 with one another.
In the foot 8 an opening 10 for the countersunk head of the screw 3 and a groove 11 (Fig. 2) for the holder 2 (Fig. 1) is provided. The guide part 9 has a contact arc 12 (FIG. 2) with a large radius which, due to its shape, enables the thread running up from the side to slide off effortlessly. This arc 12 merges at its end over a very narrow rounding into a flat inclined surface 13 which forms an angle s s with the horizontal plane of the foot 8. This angle enables the thread to slide easily along the inclined surface 13, the size of the angle A being in the range from 10 to 600. Opposite the inclined surface 13 there is an arcuate projection 14 of medium radius which, together with the inclined surface 13, forms a slot 15.
This slot opens into a guide groove 16, the groove base surface of which can be semicircular or flat and which is inclined in an upward direction in order to increase a projection 17 at the mouth of the slot 15 in the groove 16. This prevents the thread located in the groove 16 from sliding out or being pulled out. The base of the guide groove 16 is inclined at an angle r (FIG. 3) in the range from 0 to 20 relative to the horizontal.
In the second embodiment according to FIG. 4, the guide part 9 of the thread guide 1 is formed by a straight run-on surface 12 'which is inclined at an angle in the range from 150 to 300 with respect to the horizontal foot of the thread guide 1. This run-on surface 12 'also enables the thread running up from the side to slide off effortlessly.
In the third embodiment according to FIG. 5, the guide groove 16 'is inclined towards the inclined surface 13 (FIG. 5) and forms an angle of 0 to 25 with a perpendicular on the foot 8, which also causes the thread to slide out or pull out of the Guide groove 16 'is prevented.
In the fourth embodiment according to FIG. 6, instead of the flat inclined surface 13 which forms the slot 15 with the arcuate projection 14, a curved surface 13 'of e.g. Semicircular shape is provided for the purpose of achieving favorable conditions for drawing the thread into the guide groove 16.
In the fifth exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 7, the guide part 9 ′ is inclined with respect to the foot 8 at an angle of less than 900.
The yarn guide works as follows:
The thread guide 1 runs onto the thread 18 with its contact arc 12 (FIGS. 2 and 5) or with its run-up surface 12 '(FIG. 4) in position P (FIG. 1). In this position P, the thread 18 slides onto the other side, that is to say onto the right edge (FIG. 2) of the thread guide 1.
When the thread guide 1 moves back, its inclined surface 13 (FIGS. 2 and 5) or 13 '(FIG. 6) runs onto the thread 18, along which inclined surface the thread 18 passes through the slot 15 into the guide groove 16 or 16 'slides down and as a result of its tension is placed in the upper part of the groove, where the thread is also held by this tension. The thread 18 thus occupies the lape P '(FIG. 1), in which it is distributed by the thread guide 1 in the direction of the arrow on the winding roller 7 and brought onto the winding spool 5.
The advantage of the thread guides described above is, in particular, that they guarantee reliable, independent drawing in of a yarn, fiber or thread at all tension values used during this processing.
