Apparatus for the production of evenly dyeable rayon It is
known that when spinning rayon threads the strength and ductility
of the finished threads can be influenced by the fact that one waives the threads according to your ''

Runs glass rods under more or less strong kinking and stretching. at
This way of working, however, has never paid attention to the one that occurs here
To make the stress on train completely uniform for all threads, because
there was a lack of knowledge that precisely because of such uneven loading,. the
Parb absorption capacity of the finished threads is influenced in various ways.
To avoid the harmful effects of uneven thread tensions between
Spinneret and winder on the dyeing ability of the finished threads entirely
off, it has already been suggested to avoid any tension at all,
by moving the thread perpendicularly in front of the spinning bath to the bobbin with practically no kinks
allowed to rise: This gives a flawless colorability in terms of colorability
Silk, but has to accept a very high degree of elasticity. For many purposes, e.g.
B. in weaving, but such an excessively high elasticity is not desired,
especially since at the same time finite with the increase in extensibility there is a decrease in strength
and also a decrease in wet strength is associated.
In the textile industry it was often sought after, the thread guide
to make resilient. However, these processes only pursue the purpose of the finished product
Thread to ensure an even flow. With an influence on the thread material
during its creation these procedures have nothing to do with.
Material, z. B. säurefester Stahl, Verwendung findet. It has now been shown that one can also with the application of tension
can achieve perfectly dyeable silks in which at the same time -..- the stretchability
is reduced to the desired level, provided that one is not a rigid, but rather
a resilient tensioning element is used. This happens, for example, by
that the thread before it runs up on the winder to one of the

wherein the thread guide is so resiliently suspended that temporarily stronger

angle of inclination is changed accordingly. You can

Hang the thread guide either on an elastic band or on a helical spring,
expediently one that is invulnerable to the influences of the precipitation bath liquid
Material, e.g. B. acid-proof steel is used.
The eyelet of the thread guide must also be guided in such a way that it
although, as described above, yields to the different strengths of the tensile forces,
Otherwise, however, as a result of their leadership, not in a lateral direction from their position
can be brought so that the correct even winding of the winder
is guaranteed.
Diese Öse a
In the drawing, Fig. I gives a side view of such a thread guide
again, Fig. z a section from Fig. i under go ° and Fig. 3 a view from above.
a is the thread guide loop through which the thread moves between the spinneret
and Aufwickelv device is performed. This eyelet is attached to a cross bar b,
which in turn is connected to two pipe pieces cl and c2. These two
Pipe sections cl and c2 run on the actual yarn guide frame d and serve
only for guidance, so the thread guide eyelet when thread guides go back and forth
a cannot be moved sideways. The frame d is provided with a bead h,
by which the thread guide piece c ,, is prevented from sliding down from the supporting frame.
The thread guide is attached to the machine with an extension f. This eyelet a
is attached to an eyelet c by means of a spring or an elastic band g,
whereby with strong pulling action of the thread in eyelet a. yielding is made possible.
Berührungsfläche am Haken a kleiner. Der umgekehrte Fall ist in Abb. q. C wiedergegeben.
The work of the thread guide on the spinning machine can be seen in Fig.
