  Aus zwei Hälften bestehende Rohrschelle
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine aus zwei Hälften bestehende Rohrschelle, wobei jede Hälfte zwei Flanschen aufweist.



   Bei den bekannten Rohrschellen sind entweder alle Flanschen miteinander verschraubbar oder zwei Flanschen sind über ein Scharnier miteinander verbunden, während nur die anderen beiden Flanschen miteinander verschraubbar sind. Die erfindungsgemässe Rohrschelle zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der eine Flansch ihrer einen Hälfte abgekröpft ist, während ein Flansch der andern Hälfte einen Schlitz zum Einführen des abgekröpften Teiles aufweist, und dass die anderen Flanschen der beiden Hälften miteinander durch eine Schraube verbindbar sind.



   Nachfolgend wird anhand einer Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer solchen Rohrschelle beschrieben.



   Die einzige Figur dieser Zeichnung zeigt perspektivisch eine für die Fixierung eines Rohres in einer Betonwand oder -decke bestimmte Rohrschelle.



   In der Zeichnung ist mit 1 die eine Hälfte und mit 2 die andere Hälfte der   Rohrschelie    bezeichnet. Die mit 2 bezeichnete Hälfte weist zwei Flanschen 2a und 2b auf, an die sich je ein zum Befestigen bestimmter Lappen 2c bzw. 2d anschliesst. Auch die Hälfte 1 weist zwei Flanschen auf, die mit la und   lb    bezeichnet sind. Der Flansch   ib    weist einen abgekröpften Teil lc auf, der in einen am Flansch 2b vorgesehenen Schlitz 2f einführbar ist. Der Flansch 2a und der Flansch la weisen je eine Bohrung 2e bzw. le auf. Die beiden Flanschen   1a    und 2a sind miteinander durch eine Schraube verbindbar, wozu eine Schraube mit Mutter oder nur eine Schraube vorgesehen ist, die in die zuvor mit einem Gewinde versehene Bohrung 2e geschraubt werden kann.



   Zum Montieren wird die mit 2 bezeichnete Hälfte der Rohrschelle mit den beiden eventuell umgebogenen Lappen 2d und 2c direkt oder indirekt auf einer Verschalung befestigt. Darauf wird das nicht dargestellte Rohr in diese Schelle gelegt, und dann wird die Hälfte 1 mit ihrem gekröpften Teil   lc    in den Schlitz 2f geschoben, worauf der Flansch   la    gegen den Flansch 2a gedrückt und festgeschraubt wird. Alsdann kann das so fixierte Rohr einbetoniert werden.



   Die mit 2 bezeichnete Hälfte der Rohrschellen kann, falls es sich nicht um eine einzubetonierende Rohrschelle handelt, anstelle der beiden Lappen 2c und 2e auch einen einzigen Dorn oder eine Schraube zur Befestigung in Mauerwerk oder Holz aufweisen.



   Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemässen Schellen gegenüber den vorbekannten Schellen liegt einerseits in den billigeren Herstellungskosten, da eine Schraube bzw. ein Scharnier eingespart werden kann, und andererseits in der bequemeren Handhabung beim Montieren.

The present invention relates to a pipe clamp consisting of two halves, each half having two flanges.



   In the known pipe clamps, either all of the flanges can be screwed together or two flanges are connected to one another via a hinge, while only the other two flanges can be screwed together. The pipe clamp according to the invention is characterized in that one flange of its half is bent, while a flange of the other half has a slot for inserting the bent part, and that the other flanges of the two halves can be connected to one another by a screw.



   An exemplary embodiment of such a pipe clamp is described below with reference to a drawing.



   The only figure in this drawing shows in perspective a pipe clamp intended for fixing a pipe in a concrete wall or ceiling.



   In the drawing, 1 denotes one half and 2 denotes the other half of the pipe clip. The half labeled 2 has two flanges 2a and 2b, each of which is adjoined by a flap 2c or 2d intended for fastening. Half 1 also has two flanges, which are labeled la and lb. The flange ib has an offset part lc which can be inserted into a slot 2f provided on the flange 2b. The flange 2a and the flange la each have a bore 2e and le. The two flanges 1a and 2a can be connected to one another by a screw, for which purpose a screw with a nut or just a screw is provided which can be screwed into the previously threaded hole 2e.



   For assembly, the designated 2 half of the pipe clamp is attached directly or indirectly to a casing with the two possibly bent lugs 2d and 2c. Then the tube, not shown, is placed in this clamp, and then half 1 is pushed with its cranked part lc into the slot 2f, whereupon the flange la is pressed against the flange 2a and screwed tight. The pipe fixed in this way can then be concreted in.



   The designated 2 half of the pipe clamps can, if it is not a pipe clamp to be set in concrete, instead of the two tabs 2c and 2e also have a single mandrel or a screw for fastening in masonry or wood.



   The advantage of the clamps according to the invention over the previously known clamps is, on the one hand, the cheaper manufacturing costs, since a screw or a hinge can be saved, and, on the other hand, the more convenient handling during assembly.

Pipe clamp consisting of two halves, each half having two flanges, characterized in that one flange of one half of the pipe clamp is bent, while a flange of the other half has a slot for inserting the bent part, and that the other flanges are connectable to each other by a screw.
