Description

The invention relates to articulated pipe clamps as screw pipe clamps with threaded nut connection for fastening pipes to ceilings or walls.

The two clamp halves: called lower part (1) and upper part (2).

A threaded socket nut (3) is riveted or spot-welded to the AiP lower part (1) and is used to attach it to the threaded dowels inserted into the ceiling or wall. The upper part (2) is hooked onto the lower part (1) on one side using a hinged joint (7).

The screw cap (11) is mounted opposite the hinged joint (7).

Screw caps are known that make it possible to connect the coupling to the upper part without having to unscrew the screw from the lower part.

However, the well-known articulated pipe clamps with screw closure, of the type described above, all require a lower part that consists of two parts. This creates a second pivot point, which now enables a coupling between the lower part and the upper part using a screw.

The object of the invention is therefore to produce an articulated pipe clamp which allows the above-mentioned assembly simplifications to be achieved with simpler means.

This task is solved by the fact that the leg arm (9) for the screw cap (11) has an elongated hole (10) on the lower part and is shaped as a "U" (8).

This "U" (8) shape serves as a twist protection for the inserted threaded nut (4) (preferably a square nut according to DIN 562)

A threaded screw ',£) is screwed into the threaded nut (4) through the slotted hole (10) in the handle arm (9) of the clamp lower part (11), so that the screw shaft (5) protrudes slightly from the nut (4).

The previously assembled articulated coupling (7) of the clamp base (1) and clamp top (2) now enables a coupling at the screw coupling point (11) _by pivoting the threaded screw (5) with the screwed-in threaded nut (4) sideways using the elongated hole (10) in order to slide into the open elongated hole (6) of the clamp top arm (9) and thus create the screw coupling.

Self-locking pipe clamp as a screw pipe clamp with threaded nut connection for fastening pipes to ceilings or walls, characterized in that a screw (5) with a threaded sleeve (4) is screwed into the clamp base (1) with screw-on leg (9), which can be swung out sideways by means of an elongated hole (10)» 2. Articulated pipe clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the threaded nut (4) (preferably a square nut according to DIN 562) is protected against twisting by the shape of the screw closure arm (9) on the clamp base (2). 3. Articulated pipe clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-twisting device is shaped as an open or also as a closed "U" at the top (8). 4. Joint pipe clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-twisting device as an almost closed "U" (8) allows a lateral displacement of the threaded nut (4) with the screw (5) and the threaded nut (4) cannot thereby slip out of the guide. 5.
