Unterputzdose mit darin befestigtem elektrischem Installationsapparat
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Unterputzdose mit darin befestigtem elektrischem Installationsapparat mit an der Innenwandung der Dose senkrecht zur Dosenachse verlaufenden sägezahnförmigen Einkerbungen.
Unter Installationsapparate sind Schalter, Steckdosen und dergleichen zu verstehen.
Es sind schon verschiedene derartige Befestigungsvorrichtungen, insbesondere unter Verwendung von Sprei2kralilen, bekannt, die als elastisch federnde, in Richtung auf die Öffnung der Unterputzdose abgebogene Blechteile ausgebildet sind, deren vorstehende Krallen sich an der Innenwand der Unterputzdose selbst festhalten.
Auch sind starre, also nicht federnde Spreizkrallen bekannt, welche durch Anziehen einer Schraube in Richtung auf die Innenwand der Unterputzdose ausgeschwenkt werden können, wobei durch die abstehenden Spitzen bzw. Krallen beim Federn von Rillen an der Innenwand nur eine Art Klemmbefestigung erzielt wird.
Bei Einwirkung starker Zugk fte, z. B. bem Herausziehen eines stramm in einer Steckdose sitzenden Steckers, kann der Installationsapparat, also die Steckdose mitsamt der Abdecsscung, herausgezogen werden bzw. ist bei zu starkem Anziehen der Schrauben mit einer Beschädigung der Dosenwand zu rechnen.
Diese Nachteile behebt die erfindungsgemässe Unterputzdose mit darin befestigtem Installationsapparat durch unverdrehbar am Installationsapparat federnd abgestützt angebrachte Befestigungsteile, wobei jeder dieser Befestigungsteile mit dem abgewinkelten Ende hinter eine der sägezahnförmigen Einkerbungen eingreift und jeder Befestigungsteil an dem anderen Ende ein Innengewinde aufweist, in das eine Schraube eingreift, die im angezogenen Zustand den Installationsapparat in der Unterputzdose festhält.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand einer dasselbe darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Befestigungsteiles, und
Fig. 2 einen Vertikalschnitt durch die Unterputzdose mit einem darin befestigten Installationsapparat.
Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Befestigungsteil 1 ist vorzugsweise aus einem nicht zu harten Federstahlblech gestanzt, sein langer Schenkel 2 ist leicht durchgebogen und weist ein hakenförmig abgewinkeltes Ende 3 auf, wobei das andere Ende zu einer offenen Büchse 4 gerollt und mit einem Innengewinde 5 versehen ist.
Die Unterputzdose 6 nach Fig. 2 mit ihren an der Innenwandung senkrecht zur Dosenachse verlaufenden, sägezahnförmigen Einkerbungen 7 ist im Mauerwerk 8 bündig eingelassen.
In die Unterputzdose 6 ist ein nur schematisch dargestellter und nicht beschriebener Installationsapparat 9, beispielsweise ein Schalter, eingedrückt, welcher mit in den Traglappen 10 und 10a unverlierbar eingesetzten Schrauben 11 und 11a versehen ist, die im Innengewinde 5 der Büchsen 4 und 4a eingeschraubt sind, wobei die Befestigungsteile 1 und la, welche sich in Nuten 12 und 12a im Installationsapparat 9 unverdrehbar mit ihren Schenkeln 2 und 2a abstützen, durch weiteres Anziehen bzw. Einschrauben der Schrauben 11 und 11a in die Innengewinde 5 und 5a die abgewinkelten Enden 3 und 3a hinter eine der sägezahnförmigen Einkerbungen 7 unter Zugspannung eingreifen und dadurch den Installationsapparat 9 in der Unterputzdose 6 vollkommen festhalten.
Bei einer eventuell notwendigen Demontage müssen nur die Schrauben 11 und 11a wieder ganz aus den Innengewinden 5 und 5a herausgeschraubt werden, so dass nach dem Herausziehen des Installationsapparates 9 die Befestigungsteile 1 und la lose aus der Unterputzdose 6 herausgenommen werden können.
Wie üblich ist die Unterputzdose mit dem darin befestigten Installationsapparat 6 mit einer Abdeckung 13, welche auf der Wandfläche des Mauerwerkes 8 aufsitzt, versehen.

Various such fastening devices are already known, in particular using Sprei2kralilen, which are designed as elastically resilient sheet metal parts bent in the direction of the opening of the flush-mounted box, the protruding claws of which hold on to the inner wall of the flush-mounted box themselves.
Rigid, so non-resilient expanding claws are also known, which can be pivoted towards the inner wall of the flush-mounted box by tightening a screw, only a type of clamp fastening being achieved by the protruding tips or claws when grooves spring on the inner wall.
When exposed to strong tensile forces, e.g. B. bem pulling out a tightly seated plug in a socket, the installation apparatus, so the socket including the cover, can be pulled out or the wall of the socket can be damaged if the screws are tightened too much.
These disadvantages are remedied by the flush-mounted box according to the invention with the installation apparatus fastened therein by fastening parts attached to the installation apparatus in a non-rotatable manner with resilient support, each of these fastening parts engaging with the angled end behind one of the sawtooth-shaped notches and each fastening part at the other end has an internal thread into which a screw engages, which holds the installation device in the flush-mounted box when tightened.
In the following, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to a drawing showing the same. It shows:

The fastening part 1 shown in Fig. 1 is preferably punched from a spring steel sheet that is not too hard, its long leg 2 is slightly bent and has a hook-shaped angled end 3, the other end being rolled into an open bush 4 and provided with an internal thread 5 is.
The flush-mounted box 6 according to FIG. 2, with its sawtooth-shaped notches 7 running perpendicular to the socket axis on the inner wall, is embedded flush in the masonry 8.
An installation apparatus 9, for example a switch, which is only shown schematically and is not described, is pressed into the flush-mounted box 6 and is provided with screws 11 and 11a which are captively inserted in the support tabs 10 and 10a and which are screwed into the internal thread 5 of the bushings 4 and 4a the fastening parts 1 and la, which are supported non-rotatably in grooves 12 and 12a in the installation apparatus 9 with their legs 2 and 2a, by further tightening or screwing the screws 11 and 11a into the internal threads 5 and 5a, the angled ends 3 and 3a behind one of the sawtooth-shaped notches 7 engage under tensile stress and thereby hold the installation apparatus 9 completely in the flush-mounted box 6.
If dismantling is necessary, only the screws 11 and 11a have to be completely unscrewed from the internal threads 5 and 5a so that after pulling out the installation apparatus 9, the fastening parts 1 and 1 a can be loosely removed from the flush-mounted box 6.
As usual, the flush-mounted box with the installation apparatus 6 fastened therein is provided with a cover 13 which sits on the wall surface of the masonry 8.
