Fig. 2 eine Schnittansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles II in Fig. 1,
6' in Fig. 1) aufweisen.
The invention relates to a kit for the construction of barriers, for example for construction sites and traffic diversions, and for the construction of obstacles for driving and riding tournaments.
Known barriers are nailed together from wooden rods and slats or consist of wooden slats that are held in iron bars that are forked above and driven into the ground or on iron tripods.
The wooden poles and slats cannot be reused indefinitely. The iron bars are heavy, the tripods are also bulky during transport, they have a considerable destructive power in rear-end collisions and the barriers built with them can easily be dismantled without authorization.
The invention is based on the object of assembling barriers which do not have these disadvantages from practically unlimited reusable, unitary parts which can be made essentially of plastic so that they are light in weight and cause less damage in rear-end collisions than iron bars or tripods and are less easy to dismantle without authorization. This is achieved by the kit according to the invention, which is characterized by rods provided with a central longitudinal hole and at least at the ends with transverse holes, bolts fitted with transverse bores for connecting the rods and each through a hole in a rod Pegs that can be inserted into a transverse hole in the bolts to fix the bolts in the rods.
In the following, an embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a partly in half section (I-I in Fig. 2) and partly broken out side of a hollow profile rod for the construction of barriers,
Fig. 2 is a sectional view in the direction of arrow II in Fig. 1,
FIGS. 3 to 5 each have a bolt for connecting the rods according to FIGS. 1 and 2,
6 shows a section along the line VI-VI in FIG. 3, on a larger scale,
7 and 8 each have a pin for fixing the bolts according to FIGS. 3 to 6 in the rods according to FIGS. 1 and 2,
9 to 12 ends of rods according to FIGS. 1 and 2 connected to one another by bolts according to FIGS. 3 to 6 and pins according to FIGS. 7 and 8, in a simplified representation on a smaller scale.
The rod 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a hollow profile with a cylindrical jacket 2, a hollow cylindrical core 3 and four ribs 4 which hold the core 3 centrally in the cavity enclosed by the jacket 2. The cavity of the core 3 forms a longitudinal hole 5 which extends from one end face of the rod 1 to the other. The rod 1 is provided with crossing transverse holes 6 at both ends and further such transverse holes (e.g.
6 'in Fig. 1). The transverse holes go through the jacket 2 and the core 3. Their diameter d is equal to the diameter d of the longitudinal hole 5. The hole axis of each of the transverse holes 6 at the ends of the rod 1 has a distance D / 2 from the adjacent end face, which is equal to half the diameter D of the rod 1 or with regard to the Connecting the rods tolerances to be observed are only slightly smaller than this.
The connecting bolt 7 according to FIG. 3 consists of a plastic tube 8 with two pressed-in, metallic, cylindrical inserts 9. The outer diameter d of the tube 8 is adapted to the diameter d of the holes 5, 6 (and 6 ') of the hollow profile rod 1, so that the Connecting bolt 7 can be inserted into these holes. Two transverse holes 10 each go through an insert 9 and through the wall of the tube 8. The distance between the hole axes of the two holes 10 is equal to the diameter D of the rod according to FIGS. 1 and 2 or greater than this by a small tolerance to be observed for connecting the rods.
The connecting bolt 11 according to FIG. 4 differs from the connecting bolt 7 according to FIG. 3 in that its plastic tube 8 'is longer and that it has three inserts 9 and, accordingly, three transverse holes 10. wherein the distance between the hole axes of adjacent holes is equal to the rod diameter D or greater by a small tolerance.
The connecting bolts 7 and 11 according to FIGS. 3, 4 and 6 and the connecting bolt 17 according to FIG. 5, described below, are intended to be inserted into the holes 5 or 6 of mutually abutting rods 1 and to be fixed in these holes by pins which can be inserted through other of these holes 5 and 6 into the holes 10, as will be explained below with a few examples in connection with FIGS. 9 to 12.
7 shows a pin 12, which consists of a plastic tube 13 with a pressed-in insert 14. The outside diameter d of the tube 13 is adapted to the diameter of the holes 5, 6 (and 6 '). The insert 14 has a projection 15 which can be fixed in each of the holes 10 of the connecting bolts 7, 11 and 17 according to FIGS. 3 to 6. For this purpose the extension 15 can either be a threaded pin, as shown in FIG. 7, and the holes 10 can be corresponding threaded holes, which FIGS. 6 and 7 show. However, the approach can also be a mandrel that can be wedged into the hole in question. In this case, simpler pins 16 made of plastic according to FIG. 8 can also be used.
The connecting bolt 17 according to FIG. 5 has two inserts 9 and corresponding transverse holes 10 as well as an insert 14 with a projection 15 in a plastic tube 8 ″. The statements made above in connection with FIGS. 3 and 7 apply to these inserts 9 and 14. The distance the axis of the holes of the holes 10 is again D. The length of the extension 15 is d and the distance of the axis of the hole 10 of the insert 9 adjacent to the insert 14 from the center of the length of the extension 15 is also D.
According to FIG. 9, the abutting ends la and lb of two aligned rods are connected to one another by a connecting bolt 7 which is inserted into the holes 5 (FIGS. 1 and 2) of both rods. The connecting bolt 7 is fixed in the rods by pins 12 (Fig. 7) or 16 (Fig. 8), which are each inserted through a hole 6 (Fig. 1 and 2) of the rods and in a hole 10 (Fig. 3) of the connecting bolt 7 are fixed.
According to Fig. 10, two mutually perpendicular rod ends 1c and 1d are connected to one another by a connecting bolt 7 which sits in the longitudinal hole 5 (Fig. 2) of the rod 1c and in a transverse hole 6 or 6 '(Figs. 1 and 2) of the rod 1d and is fixed by a pin seated in a transverse hole 6 of the rod 1c and a pin seated in the longitudinal hole 5 (or in a transverse hole 6 or 6 ') of the rod 1d.
Fig. 11 shows a corresponding connection of T-shaped assembled rods le, lf, Ig. Crossing rods can be put together, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 11 at lf '.
12 shows a corresponding connection of three rods lh, li, lk which are at right angles to one another, wherein each of the rods li and lk, as indicated by dash-dotted lines for the rods li at li ', can also be continuous.
Connecting bolts can also be provided, the transverse holes 10 of which, unlike in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, are not parallel, but z. B. at right angles to each other.
In the case of the pin 12 according to FIG. 7, the plastic tube 13 can be so long that it can be grasped by hand for screwing in and unscrewing the threaded attachment 15 into a threaded hole 10 of a connecting bolt seated in a rod. The plastic tube 13 can, however, also be shorter and, at its end opposite the insert 14, be provided with an insert (not shown) for attaching a key, e.g. B. with an insert with a screw slot, cross recess or hexagon socket. This can prevent unauthorized dismantling. For this purpose, pins 16 designed as a mandrel according to FIG. 8 can be made so short that they do not protrude from the rod, or so little when hammered in (e.g. by hand), that they only protrude from the other side can be pushed out with the help of a pen.
With the connecting bolt 17 according to FIG. 5, three rods can be connected to one another, of which the first and second form a right angle and the third with the first and second oblique angle. The first and second rods are connected to one another by the part of the bolt 17 corresponding to the bolt 7 (FIG. 3), as explained in connection with FIG. 10. In the longitudinal hole of the third rod, a bolt, for. B. the bolt 7 or 11 (Fig. 3 or 4) inserted so that one of its holes 10 is aligned with a transverse hole in the third rod. In this hole 10, the projection 15 of the bolt 17 is screwed or inserted.
Of course, only two rods can be connected to one another at an oblique angle, and the bolt 17 can be shorter (with only one insert 9). Furthermore, bolts can also be provided which, in contrast to bolts 17, have a shoulder 15 at each end.
The number of possible rod connections is of course not restricted to the above examples.
A suitable plastic for the hollow profile rods 1 and plastic pipes 8, 8 ', 8 "and 13 is, for example, hard PVC.
In the case of barriers for road traffic, signal boards and in the case of barriers for other purposes, boards with other information (e.g. instructions, prohibitions, warnings) can be easily attached to the poles and removed again if necessary. The fastening means can be screws that are screwed through a hole 6 or 6 'of a rod into a hole 10 of a bolt, or clamps (pipe clamps).
The rods can e.g. B. in sections alternately red and white, as usual for traffic barriers.
The hollow profile bars can be made of transparent translucent or translucent) material, e.g. B. Rigid PVC, and in the cavity between the core and jacket or in the central core hole outside the area of the En can be arranged lamps that light up the rods when they are in operation. Such a barrier is much more noticeable in the dark than the usual barriers with lamps arranged at a distance from one another or at the ends and corners. It is simple and with the same effect requires considerably less electrical energy than barriers illuminated with spotlights. The lamps can be permanently installed and provided with connections led out at the ends of the rods or they can be fastened at intervals to a cable which is drawn into the cavity as required. The lamps can be operated continuously or flash lamps.
They can be lit up one at a time to indicate a direction, e.g. B. in bypasses.
