Es sind substituierte s-Triazine der allgemeinen Formel
EMI1.1

If appropriate, the basic compounds obtained in this way can be converted into their salts.
When carrying out the procedures according to the invention, one can proceed, for example, that one reactant is dissolved or suspended in an organic solvent and the other reactant is also dissolved or suspended, optionally in the presence of an acid-binding agent, and the desired reaction temperature is achieved by cooling or heating adjusts. The substituents to be introduced into the triazine compound should be used in at least stoichiometric amounts. Depending on the reactivity of the partner, it is advisable in some cases to reflux for a longer period of time. In general, the starting triazine compound is initially introduced for these reactions and the other reactant is added dropwise to the solution or suspension.
When introducing the piperazino residues, however, it is advisable to proceed in the reverse order. It is also possible to use one reactant, e.g. B. introduce the alkylamine in gaseous form. Suitable solvents or suspending agents are acetone, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, lower alcohols and the like.
The subsequent introduction of the acyl groups into the piperazino radicals can be carried out in a completely analogous manner.
The acids customary in the manufacture of medicaments can be used for the conversion into the salts. Examples are sulfuric, phosphoric, hydrogen halide, sulfamine, benzyl sulfonic, p-toluenesulfonic, maleic, fumaric, succinic, tartaric, lactic, citric, ascorbic, glycol, salicylic acids, etc.
As alkaline reacting surface-active substances which are used for procedure g, 4.), z. B. Substances such as Trilon2 'or Triton (0 can be used.
Example 1 a) 184 g (1 mol) of cyanuric chloride are dissolved in 1,300 mol of ethyl acetate and, for this purpose, a solution of 120.1 g (1 mol) of benzalhydrazone and 121.2 g (1 mol) of collidine in 200 ml of ethyl acetate were added dropwise over the course of 90 minutes. The triazine compound formed continuously precipitates from the solution together with the collidine hydrochloride until the end of the reaction. The precipitate is filtered off with suction, washed with a little ethyl acetate and then thoroughly stirred with ice water so that the collidine hydrochloride can be dissolved and separated off by filtration.
After the residue has been dried, 214 g of 2,4-bis-chloro-6-benzalhydrazono-s-triazine are added

The clear solution is then refluxed for a further 45 minutes. When standing overnight, by-products (dimers) separate out, which are filtered off.
After the alcohol has been distilled off, the residue is dissolved in methylene chloride, the majority of the excess piperazine being deposited on top as an oil. After washing with water and drying, the methylene chloride is distilled off, the triazine compound being obtained in crystalline form. There are 22.8 g of 2,4-bis-piperazino-6-benzalhydrazono-s-triazine
