Le dispositif pour couper le beurre objet du brevet principal comporte d'une part un instrument de coupe de ce beurre constitué par un archet sur lequel est tendu un fil de coupe et d'autre part un support plan pour une plaque de beurre présentant au moins une butée d'appui pour cette plaque, la ou lesdites butées étant constituées par des saillies que présente ce support.
Ce dispositif fonctionne parfaitement bien lorsque le beurre présente une consistance dure telle que celle qu'il a lorsqu'il sort d'un réfrigérateur. Toutefois ce beurre laissé à température ambiante perd rapidement cette dureté et il devient difficile de le couper au moyen de ce dispositif.
Le dispositif pour couper le beurre selon la revendication du brevet principal, objet de l'invention, obvie à ces inconvénients. Il est caractérisé par le fait que ledit support plan pour la plaque de beurre présente au moins une creusure dans laquelle est introduite une matière servant d'accumulateur de frigories.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution d'un dispositif selon l'invention dans lequel: la figure unique est une vue en coupe partielle du support du dispositif objet de l'invention.
Le support 1 représenté à la figure est muni de deux butées d'appui 2, 3 pour la plaque de beurre. Ce support présente une creusure 4 dans laquelle est introduit un sachet 5 contenant une matière destinée à servir d'accumulateur de frigories. Cette matière peut être de la gélatine, de l'eau glycérinée ou alcoolisée. etc.
Cette creusure est fermée par un couvercle 7, celui-ci peut soit être fixé définitivement au support, soit être amovible afin de pouvoir retirer le sachet.
L'emploi de ce support est très simple, pour maintenir le beurre dur on met le support entier dans le congélateur d'un réfrigérateur ou bien dans le cas d'un sachet amovible on met uniquement ce dernier. De cette façon la matière accumule les frigories qu'elle restituera petit à petit.
On pose ensuite sur ce support ainsi refroidi la plaque de beurre durci qui se maintiendra ainsi beaucoup plus longtemps dure.
REVENDICATION
Dispositif pour couper le beurre selon la revendication du brevet principal, caractérisé par le fait que ledit support plan pour la plaque de beurre présente au moins une creusure dans laquelle est introduite une matière servant d'accumulateur de frigories.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que ladite creusure est fermée par un couvercle.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que ladite matière est contenue dans un sachet.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication et les sous-revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit couvercle est amovible.

The device for cutting the butter which is the subject of the main patent comprises on the one hand an instrument for cutting this butter consisting of a bow on which a cutting line is stretched and on the other hand a flat support for a plate of butter having at least a support stop for this plate, said stop or stops being formed by projections that this support presents.
This device works perfectly well when the butter has a hard consistency such as it has when it comes out of a refrigerator. However, this butter left at room temperature quickly loses this hardness and it becomes difficult to cut it by means of this device.
The device for cutting butter according to the claim of the main patent, object of the invention, obviates these drawbacks. It is characterized by the fact that said flat support for the butter plate has at least one recess into which is introduced a material serving as a frigory accumulator.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of a device according to the invention in which: the single figure is a partial sectional view of the support of the device which is the subject of the invention.
The support 1 shown in the figure is provided with two support stops 2, 3 for the butter plate. This support has a recess 4 into which is introduced a bag 5 containing a material intended to serve as a cold accumulator. This material can be gelatin, glycerin or alcoholic water. etc.
This hollow is closed by a cover 7, the latter can either be permanently fixed to the support, or be removable in order to be able to remove the bag.
The use of this support is very simple, to keep the butter hard we put the entire support in the freezer of a refrigerator or in the case of a removable bag we put only the latter. In this way, the material accumulates the frigories which it will gradually restore.
The sheet of hardened butter is then placed on this support thus cooled, which will thus remain hard for much longer.
