Description

  

      Charnière       La présente invention a pour objet une charnière  comprenant un premier élément en forme de U à  travers les     extrémités    des branches latérales duquel  s'engage une     cheville    autour de laquelle est monté       rotativement    un second élément.  



  Cette charnière est caractérisée en ce que le pre  mier élément comprend une lame élastique partant  de la base du U et s'étendant parallèlement à un  plan formé des     branches    latérales du U jusqu'au voi  sinage de     l'extrémité    de ces dernières et le     second     élément présente un prolongement au-delà de sa par  tie entourant la cheville et prenant appui contre la  dite lame élastique, le tout étant agencé de façon  que, lors de     l'actionnement    de la     charnière,    les deux  éléments soient amenés sous l'action de la lame élas  tique dans au moins l'une des deux positions relatives  extrêmes.  



  Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme  d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue d'ensemble en plan dans  l'une des positions relatives des éléments de la char  nière.

  La charnière représentée au dessin     comprend    un  premier élément 1 en forme de U à travers les extré  mités des branches latérales duquel s'engage une che-    ville 2 autour de laquelle est montée     rotativement     un second élément 3.  



  Ce premier élément 1 comprend en outre un pro  longement formant une lame élastique 4 s'étendant  dans un plan parallèle au U formé par les branches  jusqu'au voisinage de l'extrémité de     ces        dernières.     Le second élément présente un prolongement 5     au-          delà    de ses parties 6 entourant la     cheville    2, ledit  prolongement 5 de     l'élément    3 prenant appui     contre     la lame 4 de façon que lors de     l'actionnement    de la  charnière les éléments 1 et 3 soient amenés sous  l'action de la lame 4 dans deux positions extrêmes  correspondant,     par    exemple,

   à     l'ouverture    et à la  fermeture totale d'une     porte    montée au moyen de  ladite     charnière.    Ces deux positions stables extrêmes  de     l'élément    3 par rapport à l'élément 1 sont repré  sentées respectivement en traits pleins et en traits  mixtes à la     fig.    2 du dessin et obtenues, la     première     par l'appui d'un     coude    7 de     l'élément    3 contre la  lame     élastique    4 et la     seconde    par l'appui d'une bor  dure 8 de l'élément 3     contre    des oreilles 9 constituées  par des prolongements,

       repliés    vers l'intérieur, des       branches    latérales du U.

  The hinge shown in the drawing comprises a first U-shaped element 1 through the ends of the lateral branches of which engages a dowel 2 around which a second element 3 is rotatably mounted.



  This first element 1 further comprises a protrusion forming an elastic blade 4 extending in a plane parallel to the U formed by the branches up to the vicinity of the end of the latter. The second element has an extension 5 beyond its parts 6 surrounding the ankle 2, said extension 5 of the element 3 bearing against the blade 4 so that when the hinge is actuated, the elements 1 and 3 are brought under the action of the blade 4 in two corresponding extreme positions, for example,

   on the total opening and closing of a door mounted by means of said hinge. These two extreme stable positions of the element 3 relative to the element 1 are represented respectively in solid lines and in phantom lines in FIG. 2 of the drawing and obtained, the first by the support of an elbow 7 of the element 3 against the elastic blade 4 and the second by the support of a hard bar 8 of the element 3 against the ears 9 formed by extensions,

Claims

CLAIM Hinge comprising a first U-shaped element through the ends of the lateral branches of which engages a peg around which a second element is rotatably mounted, characterized in that the first element comprises an elastic blade extending from the base of the U and extending parallel to a plane formed of the lateral branches of the U up to the vicinity of the ends of the latter,

and the second element has a protrusion beyond its part surrounding the ankle and bearing against said elastic blade, the whole being arranged so that, when the hinge is actuated, the two elements are brought under the action of the elastic blade in at least one of two extreme relative positions. i
