La présente invention concerne une poubelle com- prenant un corps et un sac destiné à la réception des ordures.
Dans les poubelles connues de ce genre, la capacité des sacs est relativement faible, compte tenu de ce que la hauteur des sacs correspond, à peu de choses près, à la hauteur du support généralement constitué par un réceptacle, et qu'il faut laisser vide la partie supérieure du sac afin de lui garder une zone de préhension pour l'enlever de la poubelle et pouvoir le fermer.
La présente invention a pour but de pallier cet inconvénient et à cet effet la poubelle selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce que le sac est de longueur sensiblement supérieure à la hauteur du corps pour permettre le rabattement de la portion excédentaire du sac autour du bord supérieur du corps, et en ce qu'elle comprend un couvercle mobile coiffant la partie du corps recouverte par la portion rabattue du sac, pour la cacher.
L'avantage de la poubelle selon l'invention consiste en ce qu'elle permet de faire correspondre sensiblement la hauteur de l'appareil avec la hauteur utile du sac, tout en laissant subsister la longueur du sac nécessaire à son étranglement, cette partie du sac étant rebordée à l'extérieur du support et cachée par l'écran amovible.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la poubelle objet de l'invention.

La poubelle représentée comprend un corps 1, de section généralement carrée, dont le bord supérieur est bordé par un joint 2 présentant une gorge de réception d'une capeline 4 fermant le corps à sa partie supérieure.
Le bord supérieur du corps 1 présente un rebord interne 5 sur lequel repose, par un rebord externe 6, un réceptacle 7 de hauteur supérieure à celle du corps 1, et de section généralement rectangulaire à bords arrondis. A l'intérieur du réceptacle 7 est disposé un sac 8 de réception des détritus, dont la longueur est nettement supérieure à celle du réceptacle 7, de façon à présenter une portion 9 repliée autour du bord supérieur du réceptacle, portion qui servira, lorsque le sac sera plein, à permettre l'étranglement du sac au moyen d'un lien, pour sa fermeture.
A sa partie inférieure, le corps 1 présente une paire de tenons 10 sur lesquels sont montés à pivotement les bras 1 1 d'une pédale 12. Sur l'un des bras 1 1 est articulée une bielle 13 montée d'autre part sur un levier 14 articulé sur la paroi du corps 1 en 15. Le levier 14 présente un tenon 16 butant contre une plaque 17 formant bloc avec un couvercle 18 articulé en 19 à la partie supérieure de la capeline 4, au-dessus du réceptacle 7.
La partie 24 du corps, non occupée par le réceptacle 7 constitue un magasin de réserve de sacs. Cette réserve est constituée par une gaine en matière plastique 25 présentant à distances régulières correspondant à la longueur d'un sac, des bandes transversales le long desquelles les deux couches de la gaine sont soudées entre elles pour constituer le fond d'un sac 8. La gaine 25 est enroulée sur un distributeur 27 comprenant deux bobines parallèles 28 dont les arbres 30 sont montés à rotation dans une paire de montants 29. L'enroulement de la gaine est tel qu'il contourne successivement les arbres 30 des deux bobines, de façon à obtenir une recharge plus haute que large, ce qui convient en raison des dimensions du magasin 24.
La recharge est placée de façon amovible par coulissement des montants 29 dans des rainures prévues dans des colonnes 31 dont l'une est fixée à la paroi 32 du corps et l'autre à la base 33 d'une cloison en V dont les flans 34 sont fixés à la paroi arrière 32' du corps 1.
Le magasin 24 comprend un couvercle amovible 35 reposant sur le rebord 6 du réceptacle 7 où il est bloqué par une saillie 58 et sur le rebord 5 du corps 1.
L'extrémité libre de la gaine 25 traverse un orifice 36 ménagé dans le couvercle 35 et est retenue sur ce couvercle par deux lames courbes élastiques 37 montées sur une embase 38 fixée au couvercle 35. Celui-ci présente une gorge intérieure longitudinale 39 recouverte par une plaque 40 présentant une ouverture 41 pour le passage d'une lame 42 montée sur un dispositif de coupe 43 de sacs, dispositif dont la base 44 coulisse dans la gorge 39.
I1 est clair que, lorsqu'un sac 8 est rempli d'ordures, la ménagère devra enlever la capeline 4, redresser la portion repliée 9 du sac, fermer le sac au moyen d'un morceau de ficelle pris d'une bobine 55 disposée sous le couvercle 35 mais dont un bout 56 y affleure, enlever le sac du réceptacle 7, tirer une longueur de gaine 25 équivalente à un sac, la découper en faisant coulisser le dispositif de coupe 43 dans la gorge 39 le long d'une bande transversale de la gaine et placer le nouveau sac dans le réceptacle, après quoi la capeline 4 peut être remise en place.
Lorsqu'une recharge de sacs est vide, la ménagère doit enlever le couvercle 35, retirer l'ensemble constitué par des bobines 28 et les montants 29 et replacer, par coulissement vertical dans les colonnes 31, une recharge pleine.
Au lieu d'un réceptacle complet, le support peut être constitué par un appareil plus rudimentaire tel qu'un collier d'accrochage des sacs.

The bin shown comprises a body 1, of generally square section, the upper edge of which is bordered by a seal 2 having a groove for receiving a hood 4 closing the body at its upper part.
The upper edge of the body 1 has an internal rim 5 on which rests, by an external rim 6, a receptacle 7 of greater height than that of the body 1, and of generally rectangular section with rounded edges. Inside the receptacle 7 is disposed a bag 8 for receiving the refuse, the length of which is significantly greater than that of the receptacle 7, so as to present a portion 9 folded around the upper edge of the receptacle, which portion will be used when the bag will be full, to allow the constriction of the bag by means of a tie, for its closure.
At its lower part, the body 1 has a pair of tenons 10 on which are pivotally mounted the arms 1 1 of a pedal 12. On one of the arms 1 1 is articulated a connecting rod 13 mounted on the other hand on a lever 14 articulated on the wall of the body 1 in 15. The lever 14 has a tenon 16 abutting against a plate 17 forming a block with a cover 18 articulated at 19 to the upper part of the hood 4, above the receptacle 7.
The part 24 of the body, not occupied by the receptacle 7 constitutes a reserve store for bags. This reserve is formed by a plastic sheath 25 having at regular distances corresponding to the length of a bag, transverse bands along which the two layers of the sheath are welded together to form the bottom of a bag 8. The sheath 25 is wound on a distributor 27 comprising two parallel coils 28, the shafts 30 of which are rotatably mounted in a pair of uprights 29. The winding of the sheath is such that it successively bypasses the shafts 30 of the two coils, of in order to obtain a refill that is higher than it is wide, which is suitable due to the dimensions of magazine 24.
The refill is removably placed by sliding the uprights 29 in grooves provided in columns 31, one of which is fixed to the wall 32 of the body and the other to the base 33 of a V-shaped partition whose blanks 34 are attached to the rear wall 32 'of the body 1.
The magazine 24 comprises a removable cover 35 resting on the rim 6 of the receptacle 7 where it is blocked by a projection 58 and on the rim 5 of the body 1.
The free end of the sheath 25 passes through an orifice 36 formed in the cover 35 and is retained on this cover by two elastic curved blades 37 mounted on a base 38 fixed to the cover 35. The latter has a longitudinal internal groove 39 covered by a plate 40 having an opening 41 for the passage of a blade 42 mounted on a bag cutting device 43, a device whose base 44 slides in the groove 39.
It is clear that, when a bag 8 is filled with garbage, the housewife will have to remove the hood 4, straighten the folded portion 9 of the bag, close the bag by means of a piece of string taken from a spool 55 placed under the cover 35 but one end 56 of which is flush with it, remove the bag from the receptacle 7, pull a length of sheath 25 equivalent to a bag, cut it by sliding the cutting device 43 in the groove 39 along a strip cross section of the sheath and place the new bag in the receptacle, after which the hood 4 can be put back in place.
