Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch ein Federelement,
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt in Richtung A von Fig. 1.

Spring element and procedure for its operation
The present invention relates to a spring element, in particular for the elastic support of heavy structures. The invention also relates to a method for operating such a spring element.
It is already known to arrange a number of elastic support elements between a substructure and a structure to be supported. A disadvantage, however, is the fact that it causes considerable difficulties in properly supporting the structures, which are initially only temporarily supported, on the elastic elements. Expensive devices with a considerable amount of space are required.
The invention is based on the object of eliminating the shortcomings of the known.
This object can be achieved if, according to the invention, the spring element consists of a base plate, which is provided with at least one threaded bushing for receiving an adjusting element, and also of a pressure plate and a set of springs, which is arranged between the pressure plate and a head plate.
The method according to the invention for operating the spring element characterized above consists in first placing a hydraulic tensioning element between the base plate and the pressure plate and putting it under pressure until the spring set has a predetermined pressure, and then readjusting the adjusting elements in the direction of the raised pressure plate and in fixed in their position.
The advantages of the invention are in particular that the spring element has a compact design so that the space requirement is low. Furthermore, the structures can be stored safely and quickly from their temporary support on the spring elements.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. It shows:
1 shows a longitudinal section through a spring element,
FIG. 2 shows a cross section in direction A of FIG. 1.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a foundation substructure, 2 a base plate, 2 'denotes holes in this base plate and 3 threaded bushings welded to the base plate 2, which receive setting bolts 4 which are fixed in their respective positions by means of adjusting nuts 5. A pressure plate 7, to which first guide bushings 8, which enclose the ends 6, is welded, is supported on the part-spherical ends 6 of the adjusting bolts 4 provided with screw heads 4 '. A set of springs 10 is arranged between a second guide bush 9 of the pressure plate 7 and a head plate 12 which is provided with a cylindrical extension 11 which engages in the guide bush 9. The reference numeral 13 denotes a structure to be supported, which is only hinted at.
From FIG. 2, in which the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 and which corresponds to a section in direction A of FIG. 1, it can be seen that three adjusting bolts 4 and thus three threaded bushings 3 are provided on the base plate 2 are. In this way, a statically determined storage is achieved. Of course, more than three support points can also be provided.
As soon as the structure to be stored is temporarily supported, a number of spring elements are brought to predetermined locations between the substructure and the structure. The individual spring elements are then tensioned. This can either be done in such a way that they are immediately tensioned to their final load or loaded in any selectable levels. In the latter case, impermissible stresses or deformations of the structure can be avoided with certainty. By gradually tensioning or, if necessary, releasing the spring elements, one can not only influence the tension states of the structure, but also set its end position in the simplest way. As a result of the bores 2 'in the base plate 2, the adjustment range of the bolts 4 is large.
If the spring characteristics are known, the easily measurable height of the spring set 10 is a measure of the load on the individual spring element. These can be added or reduced at any time or replaced in the event of a defect.
In principle, it is also possible to provide only one centrally arranged threaded bushing 3.
