Description
Tübbing
Die Abdichtung von Tübbingen gemäss Hauptpatent gestattet noch weitere Verbesserungen. Mit der vorliegenden Zusatzerfindung wurde versucht, eine Vereinfachung und Verbesserung der für die Gewährleistung der Abdichtung notwendigen Arbeitsgänge herbeizuführen.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Tübbing, bei dem von der inneren Betonschale in die äussere ragende, die Dichtungsschicht durchdringende Verankerungsteile vorgesehen sind und der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Verankerungsteile beidseitig an die Dichtungsschicht angepresste, kompressible Verbindungselemente aufweisen.
Als Verankerungsteile zwischen den beiden Betonschalen des Tübbings wurden bisher vorzugsweise Zugschrauben mit umschliessendem Dichtungskörper verwendet, die zur kontinuierlichen Abdichtung des Tübbings dienten.
Die Verankerungsteile im erfindungsgemässen Tübbing werden nun beidseitig der Dichtungsschicht mit Verbindungselementen aus kompressiblem Material versehen. Bei einer zweckmässigen Ausführungsform werden beim Anziehen der Schrauben diese Verbindungskörper mittels Gegenkörpern der Zugschraube so stark an die Dichtungsschicht gepresst, dass die lükkenlose Abdichtung wieder gewährleistet ist. Dabei wird auch die Dichtungsschicht nicht durch harte Teile der Dichtungskörper verletzt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Tübbings wird anhand der Zeichnung im folgenden beschrieben. Die Verankerungsteile (1), hier Zugschrauben, ragen in die äussere (2) und die innere Betonschale (3) des Tübbings und durchdringen die Dichtungsschicht (4). Beim Anziehen der Schraubenmuttern (5) wird der Gegenkörper (6) in Richtung der Dichtungsschicht gedrückt und presst die kompressiblen Verbindungsstücke (7) so stark an die Abdichtungsschicht, dass ein Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten an der Durchdringungsstelle nicht möglich ist.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Tübbing gemäss Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, wobei von der inneren Betonschale in die äussere ragende, die Dichtungsschicht durchdringende Verankerungsteile vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsteile beidseitig an die Dichtungsschicht angepresste, kompressible Verbindungselemente aufweisen.

The invention relates to a segment in which anchoring parts protruding from the inner concrete shell into the outer, penetrating the sealing layer are provided and which is characterized in that the anchoring parts have compressible connecting elements pressed against the sealing layer on both sides.
As anchoring parts between the two concrete shells of the tubbing, tension bolts with an encircling sealing body were preferably used so far, which served for the continuous sealing of the tubbing.
The anchoring parts in the tubbing according to the invention are now provided with connecting elements made of compressible material on both sides of the sealing layer. In an expedient embodiment, when the screws are tightened, these connecting bodies are pressed so strongly against the sealing layer by means of counter bodies of the tension screw that the gap-free seal is ensured again. The sealing layer is not damaged by hard parts of the sealing body.
An exemplary embodiment of the tubbing according to the invention is described below with reference to the drawing. The anchoring parts (1), here lag screws, protrude into the outer (2) and inner concrete shell (3) of the tubbing and penetrate the sealing layer (4). When the screw nuts (5) are tightened, the counter body (6) is pressed in the direction of the sealing layer and presses the compressible connecting pieces (7) so strongly against the sealing layer that liquids cannot penetrate the point of penetration.
