Rotary handle with continuously adjustable central attachment
Rotary handles are fixed in a known manner in the radial direction by means of shoulder or ring cutting screws or pins, in the axial direction with central mountings on round or profiled axle ends. It is difficult and cumbersome to bring a selected position of a radially marked rotary handle exactly in accordance with the alignment points of the front panels and then to establish the positive connection between the axis and rotary handle in this position with the aforementioned fastening means.
The innovation relates to a rotary handle with a central attachment that allows simple. Means in each position a positive connection between. Axis and rotary handle
EMI1.1
l shown in section. Dar-tightening the frictional connection between the axis and the rotary handle is brought about.
In Fig. 2, the mounting plate 2 is shown in plan, where 2 'is the toothed bore and 2 "is one of the anti-rotation locks The marking is aligned with the alignment point of the front plate, held in place and the screw 4 is tightened. The clamping bush 3, which is pulled up as a result, now comes into contact with the internal toothing 2 ′ of the mounting plate 2 on its conical surface, while simultaneously clamping the axis dig in the material and thus enable power transmission.
At the same time, according to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the anti-rotation locks 2 ″ of the laying plate 2 are pulled tangentially mirror-free into the corresponding beveled depressions of the rotary handle 1 and thereby ensure a mirror-free and safe power transmission.
In order to be able to transmit a high torque between the axis and the clamping bush, the axis is given a profile deviating from the circle in a manner known per se and likewise the opening of the clamping bush.
In this way it is possible to transfer up to 25 kg / cm from the axis to the rotary handle in the embodiment according to the invention, thanks to the many points of contact between the toothing 2 'and the conical surface.
