Tunnelschild
Fig. 1 einen erfindungsgemäss ausgeführten Schild;
Fig. 2 eine Kraftübertragungseinrichtung gemäss der Erfindung;
Tunnel shield
The invention relates to a tunnel shield for the construction of tunnels with a monolithic concrete lining.
There are known shields for the construction of tunnels with monolithic concrete lining, which press the lining material by the reaction force of shield feed presses by means of a pressing ring placed behind the shield support ring.
When the concrete mix is pressed, especially when the shield moves along crooked sections, the press ring tilts, causing the piston rod ends of the shield feed presses and the end face of the press ring to move against each other. This phenomenon causes the piston rods to bend transversely, which greatly reduces the efficiency of the shield feed presses and even causes them to fail due to impermissible deformations.
The transfer of the forces of the shield feed presses to the press ring by means of articulated devices does not relieve the piston rods of the shield feed presses from transverse bending in the known shields, since at the high specific pressures these devices do not guarantee a radial displacement of the piston rod ends of the feed presses with respect to the face of the press ring (see e.g. Copyright certificate of the USSR, No. 141177, class 19f, 3/02).
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages inherent in the known shields and to produce suitable power transmission devices between the feed piston rods and the press ring on the running surface.
The tunnel shield according to the invention is characterized in that force transmission devices are arranged between the piston rods of the shield feed press and the press ring, which are in contact with the piston rods and the press ring.
Rollers with spherical end faces, which are enclosed in a mount rigidly fastened in the press ring, can be used as power transmission devices, the end faces of the rolls being in contact with intermediate bodies, one of which is fastened to the press ring and the other to the piston rod end of the shield feed press.
To center the rollers within the frame of the power transmission devices and to return them to their original position when the load is removed, a spring-loaded ring insert can be provided.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It shows:
1 shows a shield designed according to the invention;
2 shows a power transmission device according to the invention;
3 shows the same device with the position of the press ring displaced with respect to the shield.
The shield (Fig. 1) consists of a body with a knife ring 1 and a support ring 2. In the head part of the shield body, horizontal platforms 3 are mounted on which devices 4 for mechanized dismantling are housed.
A ring 5 (hereinafter referred to as a press ring) is attached behind the support ring, with the aid of which the lining material is pressed.
Hydraulic feed presses 6 are housed in the support ring 2, which are supported against the press ring 5 and press the lining material.
The press ring can have any shape, which depends on the tunnel cross section.
Power transmission devices 8 are arranged between the piston rods 7 (FIGS. 1, 2 and 3) of the hydraulic feed presses 6 and the press ring 5. Rollers 9 (FIGS. 2 and 3) with spherical end faces 10 and 11 serve as the transmission element in the device 8.
Each roller 9 is enclosed in a mount 12 which is rigidly fastened in the press ring 5.
The end faces of the rollers 9 are in contact with the planar intermediate bodies 13, 14, one of which 13 is attached to the press ring 5 and the other 14 to the piston rod end 7.
To center the rollers 9 within the mount 12, spring-loaded ring inserts 15 are provided, which are rigidly connected to the rollers 9 in question.
When the hydraulic feed presses 6 are in operation, the axial forces of the piston rods 7 are transmitted to the press ring via the intermediate bodies 14, the rollers 9 and the intermediate bodies 13. If the ring 5 is tilted, the rollers 9 roll with their spherical end faces 10 and 11 on the intermediate bodies 13 or
14, whereby bending of the piston rods of the hydraulic feed presses is reduced.
When returning the piston rods 7 from the ring 5, the rollers 9 are relieved, whereupon they are returned to their original position under the action of springs 16 which act on the ring inserts 15.
