Oberbekleidungsstück
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Oberbekleidungsstück, wie Hose oder Schoss (Frauenrock), mit eingesetzten, bis zum Bundabschluss reichenden Keilen aus in Bundrichtung elastischem Material.
Bei bekannten Hosen dieser Art waren im Bundstreifen im Bereich der beiden Seitennähte längliche Ausnehmungen und von diesen ausgehend keilförmige Ausnehmungen in Richtung der Seitennähte vorgesehen.
In diese Ausnehmungen wurde ein elastisch dehnbares Material eingesetzt; zusätzlich wurden die eingesetzten Keile von einem feststellbaren Gummiband überspannt.
Die beschriebene Anordnung hat die Wünsche der Verbraucherschaft nicht erfüllt, weil die Stückelung der Hose durch die eingesetzten Teile von aussen leicht erkennbar ist und weil bei Ermüdung der Elastizität der eingesetzten Stücke Falten entstehen, die ebenfalls von aussen sichtbar sind. Man hat sich daher bemüht, Bekleidungsstücke mit dehnbarem Bund zu schaffen, bei welchen die Mittel, die die Dehnbarkeit bewirken, von aussen unsichtbar sind. Bei einer bekannten Hose dieser Art überlappen die Bundteile der Vorderhose und der Hinterhose einander im Bereich von Seiten nahttaschen und sind durch ein elastisches Zugband miteinander verbunden; weiters sind auch die vorderen Enden der Hinterhose durch ein lösbares Zugband miteinander verbunden.
Auch diese Anordnung ist nicht völlig zufriedenstellend, denn es hat sich als Schwierig keit ergeben, dass die einander überlappenden Bundteile nach längerem Gebrauch in Seitennahtrichtung verzogen werden und dann keinen gleichmässigen Schluss mehr bilden. Ein weiterer Nachteil bestand auch darin, dass komplizierte Massnahmen, z. B. ein Ausschneiden an der Oberkante des Taschenfutters, notwendig waren, um die Bewegung der Seitentaschenkanten beim Dehnungsvor gang zu ermöglichen. Schliesslich ist als weiterer Nachteil zu bemerken, dass an einem durch bewegliche Über- lappungsteile gebildeten Tascheneingriff keine Reissverschlüsse angebracht werden können.
In neuerer Zeit sind Textilmaterialien bekanntgeworden, die eine verhältnismässig hohe Dehnbarkeit von 60-80 S in einer Richtung besitzen. Solche Stoffe sind z. B. die bekannten Elastikcorde, die LYCRA > -Fasern enthalten, wobei unter LYCRA > -Faser ein volisynthe- tischer, mindestens 85 % Urethan enthaltender Faden zu verstehen ist.
Die Erfindung bezweckt die Vermeidung der oben geschilderten Nachteile und Schwierigkeiten durch Schaffung eines Oberbekleidungsstückes, bei dem der Dehnungsmechanismus von aussen nicht sichtbar ist und keine einander überlappenden Teile vorhanden sind.
Das erfindungsgemässe Bekleidungsstück ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Vorder- und Hinterteil des Bekleidungsstückes, Bundstreifen und die eingesetzten Keile aus in einer Richtung elastisch dehnbarem Textilmaterial, wie Elastikcord mit einem Gehalt an Urethanfasern, bestehen, wobei die Elastizitätsrichtung des Vorder- und Hinterteils des Bekleidungsstückes sich mit der Elastizitätsrichtung der Keile und des Bundstreifens kreuzt und wobei ausserhalb der Keilbereiche die Elastizität des Bundstreifens durch Unterlegen und Verbinden mit nichtelastischem Material aufgehoben ist.
Vorteilhaft sind hierbei die Keile als Teile des Vorderteils, wie Vorderhose bzw. Vorderschoss, ausgebildet und von der Seitennaht begrenzt, wobei die Vorderkanten der Keile durch schräge Taschenkanten abgedeckt sind.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, wobei Fig. 1 eine Seitenaussenan sicht einer Herrenhose darstellt und Fig. 2 eine Innenansicht des gleichen Teiles.
Mit 1 ist der Hinterhosenteil bezeichnet, der aus in einer Richtung elastischem Material, z.B. Elastikcord, besteht. Die Elastizitätsrichtung ist durch den Pfeil a angedeutet. Der Vorderhosenteil ist mit 2 bezeichnet und besteht aus dem gleichen Material, dessen Elastizitätsrichtung wieder durch den Pfeil a angedeutet ist. In den Vorderhosenteil 2 ist ein Keil 3 aus dem gleichen Material eingesetzt, welcher Teil aber so geschnitten ist, dass die Elastizitätsrichtung, die mit Pfeil b angedeutet ist, die Richtung der Pfeile a kreuzt, und zwar annährend im rechten Winkel. Der Keil 3 ist durch die Seitennaht 4 mit dem Hinterhosenteil 1 und durch die Naht 5 mit dem Vorderhosenteil 2 verbunden. Ein durchgehender Bundstreifen 6, der wieder aus dem gleichen Material besteht, schliesst die Hose nach oben ab.
Die Elastizitätsrichtung des Bundes ist mit c bezeichnet und verläuft in gleicher Richtung wie die des Keiles 3. Der Bundstreifen ist durch die Naht 7 mit dem Vorderhosenteil 2, mit dem Keil 3 und mit dem Hinterhosenteil 1 fest verbunden. Mit 8 ist die den Tascheneingriff begrenzende Kante des Vorderhosenteiles bezeichnet, der bei 9 und 10 abgeriegelt ist. Es wäre natürlich auch möglich, statt der Abriegelung bei 9 den Tascheneingriff bis zur Unterkante des durchgehenden Bundstreifens 6 zu führen. Der Tascheneingriff kann in bekannter Weise durch einen Reissverschluss verschliessbar sei.
Aus Fig. 2 ist ersichtlich, dass die Elastizität des rundumlaufenden Bundstreifens 6 ausserhalb des Keilbereiches durch Aufnähen einer nicht dehnbaren Fütterung, wie mit 12 bezeichnet, aufgehoben ist. Diese Aufhebung der Elastizität ausserhalb des Keilbereiches hat den Vorteil, dass die Hose stramm sitzt und am Schluss einen stabilen, haltbaren, formschönen Abschluss gibt. Mit 11 ist die Tasche bezeichnet.
Outer garment
The invention relates to an item of outer clothing, such as trousers or lap (woman's skirt), with inserted wedges made of elastic material in the direction of the waist and reaching up to the waistband.
In known trousers of this type, elongated recesses were provided in the waistband in the area of the two side seams and, starting from these, wedge-shaped recesses in the direction of the side seams.
An elastically stretchable material was used in these recesses; In addition, the wedges used were spanned by a lockable rubber band.
The arrangement described did not meet the needs of consumers because the denomination of the trousers is easily recognizable from the outside through the inserted parts and because when the elasticity of the inserted pieces becomes fatigued, wrinkles arise which are also visible from the outside. Efforts have therefore been made to create items of clothing with a stretchable waistband, in which the means that cause the stretchability are invisible from the outside. In known trousers of this type, the waistband parts of the front trousers and the rear trousers overlap one another in the area of the side seam pockets and are connected to one another by an elastic drawstring; Furthermore, the front ends of the back pants are connected to one another by a detachable drawstring.
This arrangement is also not completely satisfactory, because it has turned out to be a problem that the overlapping waistband parts are warped in the side seam direction after prolonged use and then no longer form a uniform seal. Another disadvantage was that complicated measures, e.g. B. a cutting at the top of the pocket lining, were necessary to allow the movement of the side pocket edges when Dehnungsvor gear. Finally, it should be noted as a further disadvantage that no zips can be attached to a pocket opening formed by movable overlapping parts.
More recently, textile materials have become known that have a relatively high stretchability of 60-80 S in one direction. Such substances are e.g. B. the known elastic cords which contain LYCRA> fibers, whereby LYCRA> fiber is to be understood as meaning a fully synthetic thread containing at least 85% urethane.
The invention aims to avoid the disadvantages and difficulties outlined above by creating an item of outer clothing in which the stretching mechanism is not visible from the outside and there are no overlapping parts.
The item of clothing according to the invention is characterized in that the front and rear part of the item of clothing, waistband strips and the wedges used are made of textile material that is elastically stretchable in one direction, such as elastic cord with a content of urethane fibers, the direction of elasticity of the front and rear part of the item of clothing also being the direction of elasticity of the wedges and the waistband crosses and wherein outside the wedge areas the elasticity of the waistband is canceled by placing underneath and connecting with non-elastic material.
The wedges are advantageously designed as parts of the front part, such as the front trousers or front lap, and are delimited by the side seam, the front edges of the wedges being covered by inclined pocket edges.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, wherein Fig. 1 is a Seitenaussenan view of men's pants and Fig. 2 is an interior view of the same part.
With 1 the hind trouser part is indicated, which is made of material elastic in one direction, e.g. Elastic cord. The direction of elasticity is indicated by the arrow a. The front trousers part is denoted by 2 and consists of the same material, the direction of elasticity of which is again indicated by the arrow a. A wedge 3 made of the same material is inserted into the front trousers part 2, but this part is cut in such a way that the direction of elasticity, which is indicated by arrow b, crosses the direction of arrows a, namely approximately at right angles. The wedge 3 is connected to the rear pants part 1 by the side seam 4 and to the front pants part 2 by the seam 5. A continuous waistband strip 6, which again consists of the same material, closes the trousers at the top.
The direction of elasticity of the covenant is denoted by c and runs in the same direction as that of the wedge 3. The waistband strip is firmly connected to the front trousers part 2, to the wedge 3 and to the hind trousers part 1 through the seam 7. The edge of the front pants part which delimits the pocket opening and is sealed off at 9 and 10 is denoted by 8. It would of course also be possible, instead of locking at 9, to guide the pocket opening to the lower edge of the continuous waistband 6. The pocket opening can be closed in a known manner by means of a zipper.
From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the elasticity of the circumferential collar strip 6 outside the wedge area by sewing on a non-stretchable lining, as indicated by 12, is canceled. This suspension of elasticity outside the wedge area has the advantage that the trousers fit tightly and at the end give a stable, durable, elegant finish. With 11 the bag is designated.
