Verfahren zum Ablösen von Belägen, insbesondere von Tapeten, Farb- oder Lackanstrichen und Apparat zur Ausübung desselben Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Ablösen von Belägen, insbesondere von Tapeten, Farb- oder Lackanstrichen, welches unter erheblicher Zeitein sparung ein rasches, sauberes und müheloses Ablösen von Tapeten, Farb- und Lackanstrichen ermöglicht.
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren besteht darin, dass man den abzulösenden Belag mittels eines mobilen Wärmestrahlers mit in den Belag eindringenden Infra rotstrahlen behandelt.
Das Kennzeichen des zur Ausübung des Verfahrens besonders geeigneten Apparates besteht darin, dass ein Infrarotstrahler als Handgerät ausgebildet ist, welches Mittel enthält, um diese in bestimmte wählbare Wirk stellungen zu bringen.
In der Technik ist die Behandlung von Werkstoffen durch Infrarotstrahlen bekannt, zwar werden diese be sonders für die Beschleunigung von Trockenvorgängen verwendet.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausfüh rungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. <B>1</B> eine Seitenansicht in der Nichtgebrauchs- stellung, teilweise im Schnitt, Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des Wärmestrahlers beim Erhitzen von abzulösenden Tapeten oder Farb- bzw. Lackanstrichen, Fia. <B>3</B> eine Vorderansicht des Wärmestrahlers, Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht des Apparates als Wärme strahler und Fig. <B>5</B> eine Seitenansicht des Apparates beim Ge brauch als Kocher.
Der Apparat weist ein zweiteiliges, schalenförmiges Gehäuse<B>1,</B> 2 als Wärmestrahler auf, wobei die Teile <B>1,</B> 2 an ihren nach aussen bzw. nach innen abgebogenen Rändern<B>l'</B> bzw. 2' durch Schrauben<B>3</B> miteinander ver bunden sind. 4 ist ein auf der Rückseite des Ge häuses<B>1</B> befestigter Handgriff für die frei mobile Hand habung des Wärmestrahlers bei der Entfernung von haftenden Belägen wie Tapeten, Farb- oder Lackanstri- chen. Auf der Rückseite des Gehäuseteiles<B>1</B> ist eine Aufsteckhülse<B>5</B> befestigt.
Auf der Innenseite des Ge- häuseteiless 2 ist mittels der Schrauben<B>3</B> auf dem Ge häuserand 2' zur Vermeidung von Strahlungsverlusten ein flach geformter Reflektor<B>6</B> und auf diesem mittels einer Schraube<B>7</B> eine schlangenförmige Infrarotröhre als Heizkörper<B>8</B> befestigt.
Die Stromzufuhr zu letzterem erfolgt durch ein einerseits an einer Steckdose<B>9</B> und anderseits an einer Steckdose des Stromnetzes an- schliessbaren Steckerkabel <B>10.</B> Der Gehäuseteil 2 ist ringförmig und weist einen erweiterten Mündungsrand- teil 2" auf, welcher an seiner übergangsstelle eine Auflageschulter<B>11</B> bildet. Zum Aufstellen des Wärme strahlers<B>1,</B> 2,<B>8</B> für den Nichtgebrauch, sowie als Raumstrahler und als Kocher dient ein topfförmiger Untersatz 12, welcher mit seinem Bodenteil 12' auf dem Fussboden, Schemel oder Tisch aufstellbar ist.
Der bei Nichtgebrauch mit der Strahlöffnung nach unten ge kehrte, auf dem oberen Rand des Untersatzes 12 ab- stellbare Wärmestrahler kommt in diesem Fall mit seiner Schulter<B>11</B> auf dem genannten Gefässrand auf zusitzen. Am ringförmigen Teil 2, 2" sind Haken<B>13</B> und am Untersatz 12 Spannvorrichtungen 14 angeord net, welche mit ihren Ringösen 14' an den Haken<B>13</B> angreifend, durch nach unten Klappen den Wärme strahler dem Untersatz 12 anpressen, so dass der Appa rat an seinem Handgriff 4 leicht getragen und trans portiert werden kann.
Auch zum Erkaltenlassen des Wärmestrahlers nach der Arbeit ist diese Abstellmög- lichkeit von Vorteil und die Brandgefahr wird bei un sachgemässem Abstellen ausgeschaltet.
Auf dem Boden 12' des Untersatzes 12 ist eine aus Flachprofil bestehende winkelförmige Konsole<B>15</B> ge festigt, deren vertikaler Schenkel<B>15'</B> um<B>90</B> Winkel grade verdreht und mit einer Spannschraube<B>16</B> ver sehen ist. Auf dem Gewindeteil<B>16'</B> der Spannschraube <B>16</B> ist zwischen dem Schenkel<B>15'</B> der Konsole<B>15</B> und dem Griffkopf der Spannschraube<B>16</B> ein ebenfalls aus einem Flachprofil bestehender Halter<B>17</B> verschwenkbar und mittels der Spannschraube<B>16</B> in jeder gewünschten Schwenkstelleung feststellbar gelagert.
Der Endteil<B>17'</B> des Halters<B>17</B> ist um<B>90</B> Winkelgrade verdreht und dient zum Aufstecken des Wärmestrahlers mittels seiner Aufsteckhälse<B>5,</B> wie dies aus Fig. 4 hervorgeht.
An der Innenwand des Untersatzes 12 ist ein Stell- arm <B>18, 19,</B> 20 an seinem Befestigungsteil<B>18</B> mittels Schrauben 21 an der Innenseite des ersteren befestigt. Am Befestigungsteil<B>18</B> ist mittels Scharniere 22 das Zwischenstück<B>19</B> und an diesem mittels eines Schar niers<B>23</B> ein U-förmig gebogener Anschlagteil 20 an- gelenkt. Der Stellarm <B>18, 19,</B> 20 dient zur Sicherung des Wärmestrahlers in einer auf den Mündungsrand des Untersatzes 12 aufgesetzten Stellung bei vertikal nach oben gerichteter Strahlungsrichtung, wie dies in Fig. <B>5</B> veranschaulicht ist.
In dieser Stellung des Wärmestrah lers kann der Apparat als Kocher benutzt werden, in dem auf seinen Mündungsrand passende Kochgefässe aufgesetzt werden.
Soll der Apparat zum Entfernen von alten Tape ten benutzt werden, so wird die Tapete zuerst mit Was- scr bestrichen. Hierauf wird der Wärmestrahler an sei nem Handgriff erfasst, vom Untersatz 12 abgehoben und mit seinem Mündunasrandteil 2", wie Fig. 2 zeigt, gegen die Tapete 24 gerichtet, wobei gleichzeitig mit dem Wärmestrahler in hin und her, auf und ab gehenden oder kreisenden, langsamen Bewegungen die Tapete er hitzt wird. Bei beginnender Verdampfung des in der Tapete enthaltenden Wassers löst sich der Klebstoff respektive Haftung und die erstere ist mühelos von der Wand abziehbar.
Hierbei kann der Wärmestrahler während seiner Bewegungen in kleinstem Abstand von der Wand gehalten werden. Das Berühren des, Mün- dungsrandteiles 2" mit der Wand ist ohne Nachteil.
Bei Verwendung des Apparates zum Ablösen respek tive Entfernen von Farb- und Lackanstrichen von einer Grundfläche wird der Wärmestrahler bis zur Berührung seines Mündungsrandteiles 2" dem Anstrich genähert, und letzterer so lange unter Einwirkung der Hitze ge halten, bis die Abbrennung der Farb- oder Lackschicht eintritt und dadurch ein Abschaben, Abschälen oder Abkratzen der brennenden Schicht leicht möglich ist.
An dem Mündungsrandteil 2" kann ein relativ zu letzte rem verstellbarer Distanzrahmen angeordnet sein, so dass die Distanz des Heizkörpers<B>8</B> zum Behandlungsgat nach Wunsch eingestellt werden kann, was besonders, beim Abbrennen von Farben und Lack zweckmässig ist.
