Description

  

  Rohr-     bzw.        Schlauchverbindung       Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rohr- bzw. Schlauchver  bindung, bei der die Anschlussteile durch eine über  wurfmutter miteinander verbunden sind.  



  Die Abdichtung bekannter Rohr- bzw. Schlauch  verbindungen dieser Art erfolgt durch einen Dichtungs  ring, der zwischen die stirnseitigen, ebenen     Stossflächen     der Anschlussteile lose eingelegt     wird.     



  Die Erfindung bezweckt die Schaffung einer     Rohr-          bzw.    Schlauchverbindung     mit    verbesserter Abdichtung  und besteht darin, dass die Anschlussteile an der Ver  bindungsstelle konisch     ineinandergreifen,    und dass der  innere Konus mit einer einen Dichtungsring aufnehmen  den Ringnut versehen ist.  



  Auf diese Weise lässt sich bei gleicher, durch die  Verschraubung erzeugter Spannkraft ein mehrfach hö  herer     Anpressdruck    der Dichtung erzielen als bei der  herkömmlichen Anordnung des Dichtungsringes. Über  dies hat die erfindungsgemässe Anordnung des Dich  tungsringes in einer Ringnut den Vorteil, dass der Dich  tungsring beim Lösen der Verbindung nicht verloren  gehen kann.  



  In der Zeichnung ist als Ausführungsbeispiel der  Erfindung eine Schlauchverbindung dargestellt. Es zei  gen:       Fig.    1 und 2 die beiden voneinander getrennten     An-          schlussteile    der Schlauchverbindung im Querschnitt,       Fig.    3 eine Ansicht der kompletten Schlauchverbin  dung.  



  Die beiden Anschlussteile 1 und 2 nach den     Fig.    1  und 2 besitzen je einen in herkömmlicher Weise ausge-    bildeten Anschlussstutzen 3 bzw. 4 zum Aufziehen der  miteinander zu verbindenden Schlauchenden. Der     An-          schlussteil    1 ist mit einem Gewindekopf 5 versehen, der  an der Verbindungsstelle eine konische Bohrung 6 auf  weist. Der Kopf 7 des Anschlussteils 2     besitzt    eine ko  nische Aussenfläche 8 und nahe seinem Ende eine Ring  nut 9 zur Aufnahme eines Dichtungsringes 10.  



  Der Zusammenschluss der beiden Anschlussteile 1  und 2 erfolgt mit     Hilfe    einer auf dem Anschlussteil 2  lose angebrachten     Überwurfmutter    11 mit Griffzapfen  12     (Fig.3),    welche auf den Gewindekopf 5 des     An-          schlussteils    1 aufgeschraubt wird und welche sich an  der Schulter 13 des Anschlussteils 2 abstützt. Dabei  kommt der konische Kopf 7 des Anschlussteils 2 in die  konische     Bohrung    6 des Anschlussteils 1 zu liegen, und  der Dichtungsring 10 wird unter der Einwirkung der  durch die Verschraubung erzeugten Spannkraft an die  Wandung der konischen Bohrung 6 gepresst.  



  Bei der Rohrverbindung unterscheiden sich die     An-          schlussteile    gegenüber der dargestellten Schlauchver  bindung lediglich durch entsprechend anders ausgebil  dete Anschlussstutzen.



  Pipe or hose connection The invention relates to a pipe or hose connection in which the connecting parts are connected to one another by a nut.



  The sealing of known pipe or hose connections of this type is carried out by a sealing ring which is loosely inserted between the front, flat abutment surfaces of the connecting parts.



  The invention aims to create a pipe or hose connection with improved sealing and consists in that the connecting parts at the connection point interlock conically, and that the inner cone is provided with a sealing ring to accommodate the annular groove.



  In this way, with the same clamping force generated by the screw connection, a multiple higher contact pressure of the seal can be achieved than with the conventional arrangement of the sealing ring. In addition, the inventive arrangement of the sealing ring in an annular groove has the advantage that the sealing ring cannot be lost when the connection is released.



  In the drawing, a hose connection is shown as an embodiment of the invention. It shows: FIGS. 1 and 2 the two separate connecting parts of the hose connection in cross section, FIG. 3 shows a view of the complete hose connection.



  The two connection parts 1 and 2 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 each have a connection piece 3 or 4 designed in a conventional manner for pulling on the hose ends to be connected to one another. The connection part 1 is provided with a threaded head 5 which has a conical bore 6 at the connection point. The head 7 of the connection part 2 has a conical outer surface 8 and, near its end, an annular groove 9 for receiving a sealing ring 10.



  The connection of the two connection parts 1 and 2 takes place with the aid of a union nut 11 loosely attached to the connection part 2 with a grip pin 12 (FIG. 3), which is screwed onto the threaded head 5 of the connection part 1 and which is attached to the shoulder 13 of the connection part 2 supports. The conical head 7 of the connection part 2 comes to rest in the conical bore 6 of the connection part 1, and the sealing ring 10 is pressed against the wall of the conical bore 6 under the action of the clamping force generated by the screw connection.



  In the case of the pipe connection, the connection parts differ from the hose connection shown only in that the connection pieces are designed differently.

PATENT CLAIM Pipe or hose connection in which the connecting parts are connected to one another by a union nut, characterized in that the connecting parts interlock conically at the connection point, and that the inner cone is provided with an annular groove receiving a sealing ring .
