Setup device for cookware on electric cookers The invention relates to a setup device for cookware on electric cookers with several separately switchable electric heating elements.
In these electric cookers, the installation surfaces of the electric radiators are usually much higher than those between the hotplates and the parts of the plate forming the upper end of the cooker that lie between them and the edge of the cooker, so that the cookware cannot be moved onto a shelf without lifting it off can. In addition, the cover plate is too thin and connected to the hotplates in a manner that does not conduct heat enough to be able to use it to continue cooking food for some time after the boiling process with less heat. The same applies to keeping a cooked food warm until it is served.
There are also electric stoves with several electric heating bodies known whose footprints are at the same height as the upper cover plate of the stove, which continues to the side. The radiators themselves are hinged on the frame and rest in the position of use with a protruding upper edge on a recessed edge of the cover plate surrounding them.
In this case, too, the cook cannot continue to cook or keep warm a dish with reduced heat supply, because the type of connection between the electric radiators and the sheet metal is insufficient for the transfer of a significant amount of heat.
The setting up device forming the subject of the invention allows this disadvantage of such electrical stoves to be remedied. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the electric heating elements are covered by a substantially flat, heat-resistant, oxidation-proof, metallic set-up plate that is in good heat-conducting connection with the electric heating elements. In this way, zones that are heated directly from below and are suitable for boiling and other zones that are only heated by horizontal heat conduction are created on the support plate, which are suitable for cooking or cooking.
Keeping the food warm can be used. The cookware can be moved horizontally from one zone to the other without having to lift it off.
The mounting plate can be firmly connected to the or the electric radiators; But it can also be detachable and see ver with heat-insulated handles and have a completely smooth, preferably sanded surface above and below to achieve good heat transfer from the covered hotplate (s) to the plate or from the plate to the cookware.
In order to ensure that a removable plate sits well on the electric heating element, the plate can preferably have height-adjustable feet outside the parts intended to be placed on the hob, preferably at the four corners, to support the plate against the upper end wall of the cooker.
According to a further embodiment, in the area of at least one electric heater, a part of the set plate that is smaller than the surface of the heating body, preferably a circular radiator concentric disk below, designed to be lifted off. In this way it is possible if an un indirect contact of the cooking vessel with the electric radiator to accelerate the cooking process he wishes to remove this removable part and put the cookware directly on the radiator.
In order to achieve a good heat-conducting contact of the liftable part of the mounting plate, this is preferably provided with a downwardly narrowed edge with which it rests on a correspondingly ge shaped seat of the cutout of the mounting plate.
Examples of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show an electric cooker schematically table in elevation and floor plan, Fig. 3 and 4 the upper part of a cooker with ge separate mounting plate, also in elevation and floor plan.
Fig. 5 shows a vertical section through the set-up plate, which rests troheizkörper on a drawn in elevation Elek, on a larger scale.
On the top of the hearth three electric heaters 1, 2, 3 are distributed over the surface angeord net, on which a single, continuous plate 4 made of heat-resistant and corrosion-free material, for. B. 5 mm thick cast aluminum, is firmly attached. It can be seen that there is no direct heating by one of the radiators 1, 2, 3 in area 5 of the plate, but this area is only heated by hori zontal conduction of heat, so that the plate will be much less warm here and is therefore suitable for continuing to cook or keeping food warm.
The heat gradient can be increased by slots 6, which also prevent the plate from being pulled at the same time.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the stove has the usual design with three hotplates 11, 12, 13. With 14 is a rectangular top plate made of heat-resistant, corrosion-free material, for. B. denotes cast aluminum, which has thermally insulated handles 15 on the narrow sides and about half the surface of the stove it stretches. Height-adjustable feet 16 are attached to the corners of the plate.
The feet can hold a spring so that they can be flexibly attached to the plate, or they can be designed as a screw, so that secure contact between the attachment plate and the upper surface of the electric heater can be achieved. The plate 14 can, for example, be placed on the two front hotplates 11 and 12, as shown in full lines. But it can also be placed on the rear hob 13, as shown by dash-dotted lines. Of course, there is also the option of placing the plate in the transverse direction from front to back, depending on which position is preferred.
There are always directly or indirectly heated areas that are suitable for the various purposes mentioned. The plate 14 is ground flat at the top and bottom in order to achieve the best possible heat transfer from the hotplate via the mounting plate to the cookware. It is clear that the installation plate can also cover the entire stove and that the shape of the same is not limited to the illustrated exemplary embodiments.
In the embodiment of Fig. 3, the approximately 5 mm thick metallic mounting plate 22 has a concentric to the underlying radiator 21 rule, circular cutout with upward he widening conical seat 23. On this seat area rests one of the same material and with unge Disk 25 with its corresponding, conically shaped edge 26, which is made about the same wall thickness, is in such a way that it rests snugly not only on the seat 23, but also on the surface of the radiator 21.
In the middle of the disk 25 there is a small cutout 27 which widens downwards and which serves to enable the disk with a hook 28 to be easily lifted off by lateral pushing. The mounting plate 22 can be firmly connected to the edge part of the Heizkör pers 21 or lie on it snugly. In normal use of the electric cooker, the disc 25 remains in the position shown and thus provides the heat transfer between the heating body 21 and the cookware.
At the same time, the side of the radiator be sensitive parts of the mounting plate 22 are also heated, since they are in their area adjacent to the cutout with the radiator 21 firmly and with good thermal conductivity connected. If, however, you want to achieve particularly rapid heating of the food, you remove the disc 25 and place the cookware directly on the heating element 21.
