  Zylinderförmiger Behälter mit Stülpdeckel aus Kunststoff
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein zylinderförmiger, mittels Abreissmembrane und Gummidichtung verschlossener Behälter mit glatter Innenwand und äusserem, die Dichtung tragendem Rundbord und mit einem Stülpdeckel aus Kunststoff.



   Bei Behälter mit kleinerem Volumen, beispielsweise für flüssige Farbe, wirkt es sich nachteilig aus, wenn eine Schliessicke oder ein Rundbord in das Innere des Behälters ragt. Da aber ein dichter Deckelverschluss nur erreicht werden kann, wenn der Behälterrand als genügend starkes Bord ausgeführt ist, kann oftmals nicht vermieden werden, dass die Innenwand einen vorstehenden Randteil aufweist. Wenn kein Rundbord gemacht wird, so kann man mit den heute, z. B. für Blechbüchsen, zur Anwendung gelangenden dünnen Blechen nur schwer einen dichten Deckelverschluss herstellen. Ein solcher Verschluss ragt gewöhnlich teilweise in das Innere des Behälters hinein und ist bei mehrmaligem Wiederverschliessen leicht verschmutzbar.



   Durch Verwendung des erfindungsgemässen Stülpdeckels können einerseits Behälter mit völlig glatter Innenwand mit einem dichten Deckelverschluss versehen werden und andererseits der einmal geöffnete Behälter wiederholt dicht abgedeckt werden. Der erfindungsgemässe Behälter ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylinderische Teil des Stülpdeckels zwei halbkreisförmige Innennuten aufweist und die Innenfläche des Deckelbodens mit einer zu einer weiteren Abdichtung bestimmten Schicht versehen ist, zum Zwecke, die Diffusion von leicht flüchtigen Bestandteilen des Einfüllgutes zu verhindern.



   An Hand der beliebigenden Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 zwei mit dem Stülpdeckel verschlossene Behälter aufeinandergestellt.



   Fig. 2 ein Detail des Deckelverschlusses mit Stülpdeckel im Schnitt und vergrössertem Masstab bei verschlossenem Behälter.



   Fig. 3 das gleiche Detail wie Fig. 2, jedoch der Stülpdeckel als Wiederverschlussdeckel.



   In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 der zylinderförmige Behälter, beispielsweise eine Blechbüchse, und mit 2 der Stülpdeckel aus Kunststoff bezeichnet. Die beiden Behälter sind aufeinander gestellt dargestellt, wobei am oberen Stülpdeckel ein mit 3 bezeichneter vorstehender ringförmiger Steg sichtbar ist. Dieser Steg hat einen Aussendurchmesser, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser des Bodens des Behälters. Da das Bodenstück in das Innere des Behälters hineinragt und die Höhe des Steges 3 kleiner ist als die Tiefe des Bodenstückes, können die gedeckten Behälter ohne zusätzliche Zwischenlagen gestapelt werden.



   Der Stülpdeckel ist aus plastifiziertem Kunststoff, z. B. Polyäthylen mit Weichmacher, hergestellt und besitzt eine solche Elastizität, dass er mit leichtem Druck über den Verschlussrand des Behälters gepresst werden kann. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, besteht der Stülpdeckel im wesentlichen aus dem Deckelboden 4 und dem zylinderförmigen Teil 5. In Fig. 2 ist ein Teil des Deckelverschlusses an einem versandbereit verschlossenem Behälter dargestellt. Der Behälterrand ist mit einem Rundbord 6 ausgeführt, auf welchem eine Gummidichtung 7 durch den Bördelrand 8 der Deckmembrane 9 festgehalten wird. Der zylinderische Teil 5 des Stülpdekkels besitzt auf der Innenseite zwei im Querschnitt halbkreisförmige Nuten 10 und 11 (Fig. 3), wobei die Nute 10 mit der Innenfläche des Deckelbodens bündig ausläuft. Der Radius der Nute 10 ist dem Radius des Rundbordes 6 entsprechend angepasst.

   Die Nute 11 ist im Abstand von der Nute 10 am Ende des zylinderförmigen Teiles angeordnet und besitzt einen dem Bördelrand angepassten Radius. Die Innenseite des Deckelbodens 4 ist zwecks Verhinderung der Diffusion von leicht flüchti  gen Bestandteilen des Einfüllgutes mit einer zum Abdichten bestimmten, entsprechend ausgebildeten Oberflächenschicht versehen. In der vorliegenden Ausführung wird diese Kaschierung durch Aufleimen einer lackierten Aluminiumfolie 12 erreicht, was während der Herstellung des Stülpdeckels oder nachträglich erfolgen kann. Es ist auch möglich, mittels Oberflächenbehandlung, beispielsweise durch galvanischen Auftrag, eine dichtende Schicht zu erhalten.



   In Fig. 2 ist der Behälter mittels einer dünnen aufreissbaren Plombiermembrane 9, die leicht mit Hilfe eines vorstehenden seitlichen Lappens aufgerissen werden kann, verschlossen. Da sich ein solcher Verschluss wegen der dünnen Blechdecke der Membrane für den Versend nicht eignet und leicht verletzbar ist, wird dem verschlossenen Behälter der Stülpdeckel aufgesetzt, wobei der Bördelrand 8 in die Innennut 11 einschnappt und der Deckel damit einen sauberen und dichten Verschluss bildet. Für den Gebrauch wird die Membrane 9 beim ersten Öffnen des Behälters weggerissen und dadurch das Rundbord 6 freigelegt, worauf der Stülpdeckel 2 beim   Wiederverschliessen    bis zum Einschnappen in die Nute 10 auf den Behälter gesetzt werden kann und wiederum einen dichten und sauberen Verschluss bildet.

The subject matter of the present invention is a cylindrical container, closed by means of a tear-off membrane and a rubber seal, with a smooth inner wall and an outer round rim carrying the seal and with a plastic slip-on lid.



   In the case of containers with a smaller volume, for example for liquid paint, it is disadvantageous if a closing bead or a round rim protrudes into the interior of the container. However, since a tight lid closure can only be achieved if the container edge is designed as a sufficiently strong rim, it is often impossible to avoid the inner wall having a protruding edge part. If no round board is made, you can use the today, z. B. for tin cans, used thin sheets difficult to produce a tight lid closure. Such a closure usually protrudes partially into the interior of the container and is easily soiled if it is reclosed several times.



   By using the slip lid according to the invention, on the one hand, containers with a completely smooth inner wall can be provided with a tight lid closure and, on the other hand, the once opened container can be repeatedly tightly covered. The container according to the invention is characterized in that the cylindrical part of the hooded lid has two semicircular inner grooves and the inner surface of the lid base is provided with a layer intended for a further seal, for the purpose of preventing the diffusion of volatile constituents of the contents.



   An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to any drawing. It shows:

   FIG. 3 shows the same detail as FIG. 2, but the slip-on lid as a reclosable lid.



   In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the cylindrical container, for example a sheet metal can, and 2 denotes the plastic slip-on lid. The two containers are shown placed one on top of the other, with a protruding annular web labeled 3 being visible on the upper slip lid. This web has an outside diameter which is smaller than the inside diameter of the bottom of the container. Since the bottom piece protrudes into the interior of the container and the height of the web 3 is smaller than the depth of the bottom piece, the covered containers can be stacked without additional intermediate layers.



   The slip lid is made of plasticized plastic, e.g. B. polyethylene with plasticizer, made and has such elasticity that it can be pressed with light pressure over the closure edge of the container. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the slip-on lid consists essentially of the lid base 4 and the cylindrical part 5. In FIG. 2, part of the lid closure is shown on a container which is closed and ready for dispatch. The container edge is designed with a round rim 6, on which a rubber seal 7 is held in place by the beaded edge 8 of the cover membrane 9. The cylindrical part 5 of the hooded lid has two grooves 10 and 11 (FIG. 3) with a semicircular cross section on the inside, the groove 10 ending flush with the inner surface of the lid base. The radius of the groove 10 is adapted to the radius of the round rim 6 accordingly.

   The groove 11 is arranged at a distance from the groove 10 at the end of the cylindrical part and has a radius adapted to the flange edge. The inside of the lid base 4 is provided with a correspondingly designed surface layer intended for sealing, in order to prevent the diffusion of easily volatile constituents of the contents. In the present embodiment, this lamination is achieved by gluing on a lacquered aluminum foil 12, which can be done during the manufacture of the slip lid or afterwards. It is also possible to obtain a sealing layer by means of surface treatment, for example by electroplating.



   In FIG. 2, the container is closed by means of a thin, tearable sealing membrane 9, which can be easily torn open with the aid of a protruding lateral flap. Since such a closure is unsuitable for shipping because of the thin sheet metal cover of the membrane and is easily injured, the lid is placed on the closed container, with the flanged edge 8 snapping into the inner groove 11 and the lid thus forming a clean and tight seal. For use, the membrane 9 is torn away when the container is opened for the first time, thereby exposing the round rim 6, whereupon the lid 2 can be placed on the container when it is closed until it snaps into the groove 10 and again forms a tight and clean seal.
