Drilling device The present invention relates to a drilling device.
In the main patent no. 456 302 a Bohrvorrich device is described, which has a fixable to a workpiece or a workpiece holder, at least one drill sleeve contained carrier which is provided on a carriage whose longitudinal axis is at right angles to the axis of the drill sleeve and in the direction the longitudinal axis is slidably guided in a cross support, the cross support on its part being displaceable on a longitudinal guide. Cross support, longitudinal guide and slide advantageously have cooperating measuring scales and setting marks and also have clamping means that allow the slide to be determined with respect to the cross support and the cross support with respect to the longitudinal guide.
The present invention relates to a drilling device, with a mountable to a workpiece or a workpiece holder, containing at least one drill sleeve, which is provided on a Schlit th, the longitudinal axis of which is at right angles to the axis of the drill sleeve and in the direction of the longitudinal axis in a cross support is displaceably guided, the cross support in turn being displaceable on a longitudinal guide and clamping means are provided which fix the slide with respect to the cross support and the cross support with respect to the longitudinal guide, and is characterized in that the drill sleeve is set up by means of gauge blocks on Slide and the longitudinal guide stops are provided,
which each work together with a stop surface of the cross support.
The inventive drilling device thus allows a hole center, starting from a loading reference point on a workpiece, for. B. from a corner or an already existing hole as well as a surface according to the coordinate system so that the workpiece together with the Bohrvorrich device only has to be moved until the axis of the drill sleeve coincides with that of the drill. Such a drilling device has the advantage that, due to its versatile applicability, it is particularly suitable for the production of individual pieces and, of course, due to the interchangeable arrangement of the drill sleeve, it allows the production of drill holes of different diameters.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the drilling device according to the invention is shown. There are shown: FIG. 1 the drilling device in elevation, and FIG. 2 a plan view of the drilling device according to FIG. 1.
1 with the jaw of a vice is referred to in Fig. 1, which is formed in a known manner for exchangeable ble or releasable attachment to a vice. On its one end face, which is at right angles to the clamping surface!, The jaw 1 carries a stop 2 formed by the head of a snub, the meaning of which will be explained in more detail later.
A longitudinal guide 3 is fastened to the upper side of the clamping jaw by means of screws (not shown), the longitudinal guide carrying a dovetail-shaped guide part 4 on its upper side. On the longitudinal guide is a with the guide part 4 in a handle standing cross support 5 in the longitudinal direction ver slidably arranged by means of a screwed in this a clamping screw 6 and a not presented, with a cheek of the guide part cooperating clamping plate on the longitudinal guide bar . On the side of the guide part 4 facing the cross support 5, a stop 33 is arranged on the end of the longitudinal guide 3 lying above the stop 2. The stop 33 is assigned to a stop surface 34 of the cross support 5.
The cross support carries a slide 9 which is guided displaceably in this and which runs transversely to the extent of the longitudinal guide. The carriage 9 is formed at one end as a carrier 10 (Fig. 2) for a drill sleeve 11 which is releasably inserted into the same, the axis of the drill sleeve 11 extends at right angles to the axis of the carriage, and by means of a clamping screw 12 can be secured. On the side facing away from the cross support 5 of the carriage 9, a stop pin 32 is fastened.
With the carriage 9, provided guide strips 13 and 14 cooperate on the cross support, of which the bar 13 can be biased by means of a clamping screw 15 ge conditions the carriage 9 to determine the same with respect to the cross support 5. The guide bar 14 is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the Schlit least 9 adjustable by loosening the fastening screws 16 (FIG. 2), the heads of which are located in elongated holes 17 of the guide bar 14. Fixed to the guide bar 14 is the slide 9 partially overlapping to stop element 30 is connected. The stop element 30 has a stop surface 36 (FIG. 2) facing the bolt 32 and interacts with it.
If the drilling device is mounted on the vice via the jaw 1, the drill sleeve 11 can be set to a predetermined drilling center so that the workpiece, which is, for example, rectangular in plan, is clamped between the jaws of the vice in such a way that one end of which abuts the stop formed by the screw head 2.
Since in the drawing (Fig. 2) hori zontal distance between the stop surface 34 of the cross support 5 and the center of the drill sleeve 11 corresponds to the horizontal distance between the stop 33 and the contact surface of the stop 2, the cross support 5 can rule using between the stop 33 and the stop surface 34, a gauge block 35 placed in the horizontal direction is adjusted to the predetermined measured value,
which corresponds to the ge desired horizontal distance of the hole center from the face of the workpiece touching the stop 2. In the same way, the vertical distance in the drawing between the stop surface 36 facing the bolt 32 of the stop element 30 and the clamping surface of the clamping jaw 1 can be adapted to the vertical distance between the side of the stop 32 facing away from the drill sleeve 11 and the center of the drill sleeve .
The slide can therefore be adjusted using gauge blocks 35, which are placed between the stop 32 and the stop surface 36, so that the axis of the drill sleeve is at a predetermined distance from the surface of the workpiece clamped by the jaw 1 that the hole center sought is defined by the axis of the drill sleeve. In the set position, the cross support and slide can be fixed using the clamping screws 6 and 15.
It is obvious that the drilling device described can also be used on other workpiece clamping devices; it is also easily possible to clamp the drilling device directly onto the workpiece.
