Es sind solche Vorrichtungen zum Schleifen der Schneiden von Spiralbohrern nach der DE-C-28 33 420 bekannt, bestehend aus einer Grundplatte, auf der mittels einer Gewindespindel ein Schlitten waagrecht verschiebbar geführt ist, der einen Ständer trägt, welchet gegenüber dem Schlitten um eine lotrechte Achse verschwenkbar ist und an seinem oberen Ende eine horizontale Achse trägt, auf der eine Einspanneinrichtung für den zu schleifenden Bohrer schwenkbar Belagert ist, wobei im Schlitten eine vertikale Gewindebohrung angeordnet ist, in der eine ein Langloch in einer Bodenplatte des als Winkelstück ausgebildeten Ständers durchsetzende Spannschraube eingeschraubt ist, die zur Lagenfixierung des Ständers dient und daß ein nach oben ragender Schenkel der L-förmigen Grundplatte ein Spannauge zur Aufnahme des Lagerhalses einer Handbohrmaschine aufweisen kann. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe kennzeichnet sich die Einrichtung der Erfindung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 dadurch, daß das Standstück parallel zum Achsbolzen eine Zustellschraube als Anschlag für die Prismen aufweist, wodurch auch in einfacher Weise eine hohe Genauigkeit der Schleifsymmetrie beim Umstecken des Haltestücks mit Prismen für die Bohreraufnahme zum beidseitigen Nachschliff der Bohrerspitze ergibt, und ferner, daß die Prismen beidseits unterschiedliche Längsnuten in Form von Winkeleinschnitten zur Aufnahme unterschiedlicher Bohrerdurchmesser aufweisen, wodurch sich Bohrer unterschiedlichster Durchmessergröße mit derselben Vorrichtung nachschleifen lassen.To achieve this object, the device according to the preamble of
Weitere Einzelheiten der Haltevorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung sind an Hand der Zeichnung an bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen beschrieben und zwar zeigen:

Wie beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 ersichtlich wird, ist hier eine Heimwerkermaschine 1 mit einer Schleifscheibe 2 bestückt und mittels Halter 3 am Tisch 4 befestigt. Demgegenüber ist die erfindungsgemäße Einspanneinrichtung 5 angeordnet, deren Grundplatte 6 mittels Spanner 7 ebenfalls am Tisch 4 zu halten ist. Hierauf (6) ist das Standstück 8 senkrecht hierzu mittels Schraubenachse 9 dreh-, höhenverstell- und feststellbar angeordnet und dient mit rechtwinkligem Achsbolzen 10 zum Aufstecken der Einspanneinrichtung 5. Diese Einspanneinrichtung für den zu schleifenden Bohrer 11 besteht aus dem U-förmigen Führungsstück 12, an dessen Schenkelenden 13 ein querliegendes, äußeres Prisma 14 mit beidseitigen U-Nuten 15 einschieb- und mittels Schrauben 16 festlegbar ist und ein zweites querliegendes, inneres Prisma 17 mit beidseitigen U-Nuten 18 innheralb des U-förmigen Führungsstücks 12 zum ersten Prisma im Abstand a einstellbar ist. Eine Druckschraube 19 am Querschenkel des Führungsstücks 12 dient bei zwischen den Prismen 14 und 17 eingelegtem Bohrer 11 zu dessen Festspannung in den winkelförmigen Längsnuten 20 bzw. 21. Diese Längsnuten 20 bzw. 21 sind unterschiedlich groß und so durch Umsetzen für unterschiedliche Bohrerdurchmesser verwendbar. Die Sacklöcher 22, 23 an den Stirnflächen 24, 25 der Prismen 14 und 17 dienen dem Umstecken der Einspanneinrichtung 5 in Verbindung mit den Achsbolzen 10. Die Stirnflächen 24, 25 sind hier rechtwinklig zur Längsnutachse 20 an den Prismen 14 und 17 angeordnet, wobei die Zustellschraube 26 als tiefeneinstellbarer Anschlag der umsteckbaren Prismen 14 und 17 dient. Hiermit läßt sich der Bohrer 11 durch Verdrehen A des Standstücks 8 auf die Fläche F oder dem Umfang U der Schleifscheibe 2 einstellen und durch Verschwenken B der Einspanneinrichtung 5 einerseits im Spitzenbereich und nach dem Umstecken mittels Sacklöcher 22, 23 auf dem Achsbolzen 10 andererseits schleifen.As can be seen in the first exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, here a

Die Einspanneinrichtung 35 ist hier mittels winkelförmiger Grundplatte 36 an der Schlitzführung 37 des Schleifbocks 31 verstellbar gehalten, welche Schlitzführung 37 am Schleifbock 31 sonst der Befestigung der Schleifauflage dient, die hier abgenommen ist. Im übrigen entspricht hier die Einspanneinrichtung 35 derjenigen 5 nach Figur 1 und den Teilen 8 bis 10 und 12 bis 23 zum Schleifen des Bohrers 11; lediglich die Stirnflächen 38,39 sind hier winklig an den Prismen angeordnet, sodaß sich in Zusammenwirkung mit der einstellbaren Zustellschraube 40 bei der Schwenkbewegung C eine Schraubbewegung zum Schliff ergibt.
