Room closure, in particular window, with stick frame and casement made of plastic hollow profiles The invention relates to a room closure, in particular a window, with stick frame and sash frame made of plastic hollow profiles with a protruding approach.
It has already been proposed to form the Stockrah men and the casement of windows made of plastic profiles with a honeycomb division of the inner cross-section, which are made by extrusion and have a protruding approach on a longitudinal edge that acts as a stop when the frame to the window are composed. The plastic profiles used for frame formation are relatively complex and expensive. It is also not possible to accommodate fittings in them.
The invention is based on the object to create a room closure, in particular a window, with Stockrah men and casement frames made of plastic profiles, in which the profiles are easy to manufacture, have a simple shape and allow concealed fittings to be accommodated without impairing the appearance as well the frames can be tightly closed.
To solve this problem, frames made of box profiles with a free cavity made of plastic are provided according to the invention, in which the protruding from a longitudinal edge and acting as a stop or rollover approach is aligned on the outside with the outer surface of the profile or is essentially aligned and box-shaped cross-section to form a has a chamber suitable for receiving fittings.
The frames are expediently made of plastic based on copolymers of polyvinyl chloride and chlorinated polyethylene.
Box sections made of plastic on the basis of mixed polymers of polyvinyl chloride and chlorinated polyethylene can be produced by injection molding and meet the requirements placed on the strength of the frame without excessive wall thickness and thus without uneconomical expenditure on plastic. The cavities in the box profiles provide very good insulation. The overlapping or the overlap is used to accommodate the fittings, which also has the advantage that the insulation achieved by the cavities in the frame profiles is not impaired by the fitting of the fittings.
It is useful as mounting strips for the glass panes of plastic strips U-shaped cross-section with inner projections at the ends of the U-legs attached to the profile sides facing the glazing th tabs U-shaped cross-section with the U-opening on the pane side and with to reach behind the Internal projections of the mounting strips, specific external projections are clamped on the ends of the U-legs. In this way, the socket strips can be easily attached and removed again. In addition, when designing the frame profiles, no consideration needs to be given to the mounting strips to be attached later for the glass panes.
The frame profiles can have flat and smooth surfaces.
From the engagement sides of both frames, i.e. of the opposite frame sides when the sash frame is closed, the engagement side of the Stockrah mens can be equipped with an elastic sealing profile intended to interact with the impact of the profile frame and to this after the side facing away from the flap, the engagement side of the sash frame equipped with an elastic sealing profile be, the sum of the mutually protruding heights of the two sealing profiles is less than the distance between the two frames, and can be a stop for the sealing profile on the engagement side of the sash serving elastic sealing profile on the stick frame.
The arrangement of the sealing profiles results in a closed air cushion in the closed position of the sash, so that the desired thermal insulation is also provided in the rebate. Above all, the three sealing profiles result in a particularly good seal against the ingress of water. Since the height of the two first-mentioned sealing profiles is only so large that the sum of the heights is less than the distance between the two frames, the sealing profile on the wing frame can be moved over the sealing profile on the stick frame when the wing frame is opened. The sealing profile can be made of rubber, for example.
On the sealing profiles an edge lip is advantageously provided, which is embedded in the associated frame profile to hold the sealing profiles.
The drawing illustrates two Ausführungsbei games of the invention.
Fig.l reveals a section through the frame of a closed window on the side of the sill.
FIG. 2 shows a section corresponding to FIG. 1 through the second exemplary embodiment.
The stick frame 1 and the wing frame 2 are each formed from hollow profiles, box-shaped cross-section made of plastic. The hollow profile of the casement is designated with 3 and the hollow profile of the stick frame with 3 '. Both hollow profiles are identical to each other, so that the same hollow profiles can be used for the formation of the sash frame and the formation of the stick frame. Plastic based on copolymers of polyvinyl chloride with chlorinated polyethylene is chosen as the plastic.
The frame profiles are box profiles with free, i.e. empty cavity and smooth outer surfaces. At one longitudinal edge they have a discharge denden approach 4 and 4 '. The outer surface 5 or 5 'of the approach that is perpendicular to the basic profile is aligned with the outer surface 6 or 6' of the basic profile. The approach forms a box profile, the Kam mer 21 in the sash frame to accommodate fittings.
On the engagement side of the stick frame, an elastic cal sealing profile 9 is provided, which is intended to cooperate with the approach 4 together. After the side facing away from the approach 4, a sealing profile 10 is provided offset from the sealing profile 9 on the engagement side of the sash frame. The sum of the mutually protruding heights of the sealing profiles 9 and 10 is less than the size of the distance 11 between the two frames, so that when the wing is opened, the sealing profile 10 can move over the sealing profile 9. In addition, an elastic sealing profile 12 is provided on the engagement side of the stick frame, which is intended to be used together with the sealing profile 10.
The sealing profiles can be hollow. These three sealing profiles also result in a particularly good seal against the ingress of water.
The sealing profiles have a lip 13 on one longitudinal edge. This lip is embedded in the frame profiles for fastening the sealing profiles. The sealing profiles can also be glued or additionally glued.
The strips 14 made of plastic are provided to enclose the panes. The preferred plastic is plastic based on the mixed polymers of polyvinyl chloride and chlorinated polyethylene. The strips 14 have a U-shaped cross section. Your opening is turned towards the profile of the sash. At the ends, each of the U-legs has an inner projection 15 which is formed by a bead or a rib. The riders 16 are attached with their backs on the sash profile. The tabs have an approximately U-shaped cross-section.
The ends of their legs have external projections 17 and are beveled at 18. The inner projections 15 of the Fassungslei most engage behind the outer projections 17 of the rider when the socket strips are clamped onto the rider. The riders can also be glued and / or fixed to the frame profiles with or without gluing by means of a plug that extends through the rider's back and engages in a hole in the frame profile.
The embodiment shown is equipped with double glazing. The disks are labeled 19. A U-shaped rail 20, for example made of metal, is arranged between the panes at their edge. The strips are located between the frame strips in a cement bed (not shown) or the like.
The plastic profiles are mitred to form a frame and, for example, welded together.
The riders can be made of polyamide plastic.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from the embodiment according to FIG. 1 in that, in the stick frame, the profiles 3 'are arranged in reverse as in FIG. 1, so that the projection 4' also forms a stop in the stick frame. In this embodiment, the sealing profile 12 is eliminated.
