Revisionsrah men Teile von rechtwinkligen Prismen.
Fig. 5 zeigt demgegenüber den glei chen Wandausschnitt mit eingesetztem Revisionsrah men 10.
Device for covering arranged in a wall flush-mounted devices The invention relates to a device for from cover from arranged in a wall flush-mounted devices that are used for revision, repair or control of the devices, eg. B. to trigger the water flush in a concealed cistern, must be accessible sen.
To solve this problem, especially taking into account repairs to the flush-mounted device, the size of the cover plate must not fall below certain minimum dimensions, which in turn means that the cover is usually disruptive to the outside, for example when it is in the Tile surface of a tiled bathroom must be arranged.
In addition, the cover should be able to be assembled and disassembled with little effort, but still has to sit firmly in its position in the inserted state in order to exclude unintentional loosening with certainty and that the cover also has more or less high pressure forces - e.g. the actuation of the flush-mounted device by means of a release device leading through the cover - should be able to take on. Special fastening devices, such as screws, hinges, brackets, etc., are usually ruled out here because they require additional effort and, as a rule, also worsen the appearance of the cover plate.
In the device according to the invention for covering flush-mounted devices arranged in a wall, these disadvantages are avoided. The device with which this is achieved is characterized by a mounting frame open at both ends, into which an inspection frame can at least partially be inserted and fixed by spring clips, which inspection frame covers one open side of the mounting frame.
For a more detailed explanation, reference is made to the drawing, in which an embodiment is shown schematically. It shows: Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a mounting frame and a revisionsrah mens, Fig. 2 is a section through the revision frame of Fig. 1 along the line II-11, Fig. 3 is a vertical section through the device inserted into a wall ,
Fig. 4 is a plan view of a tiled wall surface with inserted mounting frame and Fig. 5 is a plan view of the wall surface according to FIG. 4, wherein the opening in the wall is closed by an inspection frame.
Fig. 1 shows on the left a prismatic mounting frame 1, the side surfaces 2, 3 form the sides of a right-angled prism. The mounting frame 1 is adapted in shape and dimensions to the size of wall tiles, as they are, for. B. come to use in the bathroom and toilet. Openings 4 are seen for the lateral attachment of the mounting frame 1 in a wall.
In the mounting frame 1, a revision frame 10 can be inserted, its likewise prismatic Be ten surfaces 12, 13 come to lie within the side surfaces 2, 3 of the mounting frame 1. On the sides surfaces 12 of the revision frame 10 are clamped as a spring leaf springs or spring plates 11 attached. In their place, however, other elastic inter mediate members can be used. When the revision frame 10 is fully inserted into the mounting frame 1, it rests with an edge part 21 on the latter, so that of the entire cover only the edge part 21 and the wall tiles 14 attached to the front of the revision frame 10 are visible.
With the transfer number 15 part of the adjustable ble support elements for the wall tiles 14 is referred to. In the embodiment is on the front of the cover from an operating button, for. B. a pusher 16, for a flush-mounted device, not shown, recognizable.
As already mentioned, the side surfaces 2 and 3 or 12 and 13 of the mounting frame or Revisionsrah men parts of right-angled prisms. It goes without saying that instead of the shown prismatic frames with four mutually perpendicular side surfaces, frames with more or fewer side surfaces can also be used that are not perpendicular to each other or - in the limiting case of a prism with an infinite number of side surfaces - completely or partially approximate the circular shape. It is only essential that the dimensions of the inspection frame 10, insofar as the water is inserted into the mounting frame 1, are chosen to be somewhat smaller than the dimensions of the mounting frame in order to achieve sufficient play between the frame.
Installation frame 1 and inspection frame 10 are expediently made of metal to achieve sufficient strength. By at least the inspection frame 10 at least superficially made of rust-free material, a reduction in the appearance of the cover due to corrosion is avoided. Aluminum is advantageously used to manufacture the metal parts of the cover.
Fig. 2 shows a section through the Revisionsrah men 10 of FIG. 1 along the line II-11. The essential support structure of the inspection frame 20 is formed by a T-profile 20 made of aluminum, the webs 12 of which represent the side surfaces and the base 21 of which represents the edge part of the inspection frame 10. To take on the wall covering, with which the wall is also provided outside half of the cover, the revision frame in the exemplary embodiment support plates 19 for wall tiles 14 to be arranged in it, the support plates being formed by screws 15, 17 opposite that formed from the T-profiles Edge part 20 are displaceable.
In this way, the wall tiles 14, which can be glued to the support plates 19, fully press against the base surfaces 21 of the aluminum profiles 20 and thereby obtain a firm fit within the inspection frame 10. The adjustment means 15, 17 for the support plates 19 are at least partially stored in an intermediate web 18 of the inspection frame.
Essential for the convenient assembly of revision frame and mounting frame are in addition to their appropriate shape, the spring clips 11, which are Darge in the embodiment as arched leaf springs. When the inspection frame 10 is pushed into the installation frame 1, the spring steel sheets 11 attached to the inside of the web 12 of the aluminum profiles 20 rest against the inside of the side surfaces 2 of the installation frame 1 and cause their spring force and the coefficient of friction present between leaf springs 11 and installation frame 2 provides a sufficiently strong connection between the two frames 1 and 10.
Fig. 3 shows the device with each other gescho surrounded frame, the mounting frame 1 by unspecified fasteners, for. B. screws, bolts, etc., is held in the masonry 24. The outer edges of the mounting frame 1 protrude from the wall 24 so far that they can serve as a standing board for the tiles 30 of the wall covering.
A prerequisite for this function of the outer edges of the installation frame 1 is of course that it is adapted to the edge length of the wall tiles 30 in the dimensions of its side surfaces 2, 3 and 12, 13. As can be clearly seen from FIG. 3, the inner sides of the base surfaces 21 of the aluminum profiles 20 therefore rest directly on the wall tiles 30 after the inspection frame 10 has been completely inserted. Since the wall tiles 14 held in the inspection frame - as already stated - are pressed against the inside of the aluminum profiles 20, a completely level alignment of the wall tiles 14 in the inspection frame 10 and the wall tiles 30 outside the inspection frame is obtained.
In order to give an even better impression of the function and appearance of the device, a wall section with wall tiles 30 is shown in FIG. 4, with an inspection opening for a flush-mounted device not being provided by the mounting frame 1. In contrast, FIG. 5 shows the same wall section with the revision frame 10 inserted. Of the frames 1 and 10 of the covering device, only the edge 20 can still be seen. The appearance of the wall is thus not adversely affected by the re vision frame 10.
It should also be emphasized that no special processing of the wall tiles 30 surrounding the installation frame is required. This eliminates the expense of attaching fastening means in the tiles, as well as the cracks and breakouts of the tiles, which experience has shown, can be avoided.
As already mentioned, in the exemplary embodiment for actuating a flush-mounted device, not shown, z. B. to trigger the water flush for a toilet system by means of a concealed cistern, a pusher 16 is provided. The pusher 16 is guided in a guide 22 in the inspection frame 10 and rests on the outside of the wall tiles 14 with a rosette 23 made of rustproof material. In this way, the separate mounting of the pusher 16 in the wall is saved.
