Fig. 2 ist der Grundriss zu Fig. 1.
Beating device for beating sacks when filling bulk goods
The subject of the invention according to the main patent is a striking device for striking more than! kg; g weighing sacks when filling bulk goods. with a sleeping plate hitting the side of the sack. which is arranged obliquely, and is arranged opposite the bag hanging device in such a way. that the whole flapping movement acts on the sack pushed out of the center of gravity.
In the previous versions, the striking device consists of a striking plate. whose axis of rotation is higher than the center of gravity of the sack. A thrust organ attacks in the area of the striking plate. which inevitably oscillates around this axis of rotation. However, striking devices are also known which have a rocking lever which can be swung out around its lower end and whose shock element engages approximately in the upper third of the sack. In the case of the striking devices with a swing lever that could be swiveled out around its lower end, however, complaints were made that the sack material was heavily stressed at the point of attachment to the sack neck and the impactor glided along the sack so that it had to be designed as a roller so that the sacks would not wear out so quickly.
The striking device according to the invention is characterized in that the striking plate is arranged resiliently opposite its guide.
The following advantages result from the inventive idea:
The impact plate is no longer subject to inevitable changes in angle, it can instead adapt itself to the inclination of the sack to be impacted. In a special embodiment of the invention, as a result of the resiliently attached impact plate for the oscillating support members. which carry the resilient elements, the axis of rotation are provided in the immediate vicinity of the base plate. No space is then required beyond the upper end of the striking plate for structural elements of the striking device.
The striking plate according to this embodiment of the invention can execute secondary rotary or striking movements on the sack, which are thereby superimposed on the primary striking movement. that the impact plate next to the actual hub. which is determined by the impact organ, executes additional angular oscillations around the center of gravity of the striking plate. In a further embodiment of the invention, the z.
B. against the floor of a building elastically supported housing of the impact device with its additional mass with the moving parts of the impact device largely a cantilever, so that the building is loaded with only small vibrations compared with the previously known impact devices. In addition, the motor can be supported on a base frame or on the building and thus largely protected from vibrations. Simple means for adjusting the rest position of the striking plate can also be provided.
The striking device can be used for striking sacks for various types of bulk goods. So that, on the one hand, the impact device can work as efficiently as possible and, on the other hand, the respective bulk material has adequate impact work, in a further embodiment of the invention control means, e.g. B. Timers are provided that allow the beat time to be kept longer or shorter. The control means then stop the motor, which may be designed as a stop motor, after the stroke time that is considered to be optimal has elapsed. The control of the striking time is particularly advantageous when the striking device z. B. works together with a bagging carousel.
Two preferred exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing:
Fig. 1 shows an elevation of the first preferred embodiment.
FIG. 2 is the floor plan of FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 is a detail section along the line III-III in FIG. 1.
FIG. 4 is a detail section of the second embodiment in a position corresponding to that of FIG. 3.
On a base plate 1 (Fig. 1 and o), a housing 24 is attached and with material. weighted concrete, for example. Pins 3, 4 are attached eccentrically to a shaft piece 5 and are rotatably arranged on the housing 24 in bearings 25. A rod 6 is supported by its bearing 7 on the shaft piece 5S. It is attached at its other end to a rubber bushing 10 which has metal sleeves 27, 28 on a shaft piece 8 (FIGS. 1 to 3). The shaft piece 8 is attached to the handlebar 11 with rubber bushes 30.
The rubber bushes 30 have metal sleeves 31 and 32. A striking plate 9 is attached to the shaft piece 8 (FIG. 3) by its carrier 34 by means of screws 35, washers 36 and spacer tubes 37. Rubber bushings 40 connect the lower end of the handlebars 11 to brackets 42 and form pivot points 43. The brackets 42 are connected to the base plate 1. The base plate 1 is connected via vibration metal elements 44 to a base frame 45, which in turn is connected to the housing 46. A bracket 49 fastened to the base frame 45 carries the motor 51. A V-belt pulley 52 with V-belt 53 is on the motor 51. The pin 3 has a V-belt pulley 54. A sack 12 is attached to the bell-shaped pocket.
The function is as follows:
The motor 51 drives the pin 3 with the shaft piece c 5 by means of the V-belt pulleys 52, 54 and the V-belt 53. When the shaft piece 5 rotates, the bearing 7 of the rod 6 moves eccentrically. The rod 6 transmits the pushing movement via the rubber bushing 10 to the shaft piece S. The shaft piece 8 is guided by the link 11 swinging around the pivot point 43 and moves back and forth essentially horizontally. The angular movements of the handlebars 11 about the pivot points 43 are absorbed by the rubber bushings 40. The angular movement of the rod 6 relative to the shaft piece 8 or the striking plate 9 caused by the vertical component of the movement of the shaft piece 5 is taken up by the rubber bushing 10. The shaft piece S performs the same angular movements as the striking plate 9.
Angular changes between the shaft piece 8 and the links 11 occur for three reasons: On the one hand, due to the angular movement of the links 11 around the pivot points 43. On the other hand, due to the adjustment of the inclination of the stop plate to the inclination of the sack. The striking plate 9 also performs secondary striking movements. These changes in angle of the shaft piece 8 or its relative rotation with respect to the links 11 are absorbed by the rubber bushings 30. The rest position of the striking plate 9 can be adjusted with the screws 35 loosened. By tightening the screws 35, the inner metal sleeves 31 with the rubber bushings J0 are pressed in the axial direction against the spacer tubes 37 via the washers 36.
The axially displaceable spacer tubes 37 thereby come to a stop on the supports 34 of the striking plate 9.
The carriers 34 are pressed against the inner metal cylinder 27 of the rubber bushing 10 by the spacer tubes 37 and thus clamped. The rubber bushings 30 hold the striking plate 9 firmly in the rest position once set when the screws 35 are tightened. The vibrating metal elements 44 significantly prevent the transmission of vibrations from the impact device to the building 46. By weighing down the housing 24, the rashes of the base plates 1 are reduced, which are caused by the reaction forces of the moving parts such. B. the impact plate 9 are generated.
The smoothness of the striking device in relation to the building 46 is thereby improved.
The second embodiment (FIG. 4) differs from the first in that rubber bushings 57 are also attached to the shaft piece 8 and are connected to carriers 60 of the striking plate 9. In this way, even greater adaptability to the position of the sack 12 can be achieved for the striking plate 9.
Instead of the link 11 elastic supports. z. B. in the form of sea tube rods are used which are clamped at their lower end in the brackets 42 and at the upper end of the shaft piece 8.
This forms an ideal fulcrum around which the shaft piece 8 swings.
