Einrichtung zum Zubereiten von Zutaten enthaltenden Speisen Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung zum Zubereiten von Zutaten enthaltenden Speisen.
Vorwiegend zum Gebrauch im Restaurant sind be reits Einrichtungen z. B. portable Tischgrill oder als mobile Speisenzubereitungseinrichtungen sogenannte Flambierwagen bekannt, um unter den Augen und nach dem Wunsch der Gäste besondere Spezialitäten herzu stellen und gleichzeitig zu servieren.
Die Einrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch eine schwenkbare, umlaufende und beheizbare Mischglocke mit einem darin angeordneten Abstreifzuführorgan.
Die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung, insbesondere die fahrbare Ausbildung in Form eines Servierwagens, bezweckt hauptsächlich, fernöstliche Speisen, z. B. chi nesische Nudeln oder indische Reisgerichte mit bis zu 50 möglichen Zutaten bzw. Einlagen vor den Augen und genau nach den Wünschen der Gäste zuzubereiten bzw. mittels vorgekochter sowie sonst vorbereiteter Hauptspeisen, Zutaten und Einlagen zu mischen.
Bei dieser Bedienung der Gäste kann man wesent lich besser und genauer den Preis nach den nach An gabe beigegebenen Zutaten und Einlagen im voraus für den Gast oder Gästegruppen bestimmen.
Durch eine mögliche Beheizung bzw. Erwärmung der Mischglocke ist auch die Gewähr dabei gegeben, die so hergestellte Spezialität in der richtigen Tempe ratur und gut durchgemischt zu servieren.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Er findungsgegenstandes an Hand einer dasselbe darstel lenden Zeichnung näher erläutert und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine schematische Seitenansicht einer fahr baren Einrichtung, Fig. 2 eine schematische Seitenansicht der Einrich tung in grösserem Massstab ohne Servierwagen.
In Fig. 1 ist zu sehen die von Hand schwenkbare Mischglocke 1, das eine Schwenklager 2 mit dem Stän der 3, der Antriebsmotor 4 mit dem Zweiganggetriebe 5, das Handrad 6 zum vom Umlauf der Mischglocke un abhängigen Verstellen, Fixieren bzw. Drehen des nicht gezeichneten Abstreifzuführorganes, der Gasbrenner 7, der Gasverbindungsschlauch 8 mit der Gasflasche 9, der aufladbare Akku 10 mit Schalter 11 und Zulei tung 12, sowie der Servierwagen 13 und die zum Aus leeren der fertigen Speise nach unten gekippte,

In Fig. 2 ist zu sehen die Mischglocke 1, das eine Schwenklager 2, der Ständer 3, der Antriebsmotor 4 mit dem Zweiganggetriebe 5, das Handrad 6 zum Ver stellen und Drehen des Abstreifzuführorganes 14, der Gasbrenner 7, der Gasverbindungsschlauch 8, das mit schwenkbare Gasrohr 15, die Arretierung 16 für das Abstreifzuführorgan 14 mit seiner Befestigungsschrau be 17, zwei von den Befestigungsschrauben 18 und 18a für das Halten der Mischglocke 1 mittels der beiden Scheiben 19 und 19a, der Anschlag 20 für das Hoch kippen der Mischglocke in Arbeitsstellung, sowie die Tischplatte 21.
Sowohl die Mischglocke 1, als auch das Abstreif- zuführorgan 14, das beim Mischen laufend das Speise gut gegen die Mitte fördert und entsprechend lenkt, um eine gleichmässige gemischte Speise zu erhalten, ist zum Reinigen mittels der 4 Rändelschrauben 18 und 18a (davon nur 2 sichtbar) bzw. der Rändelschraube 17 leicht abnehmbar.
