Washing and spinning combination with steam and foam condensing device and a drying device The invention relates to a washing and spinning combination with steam and foam condensing device and a drying device.
In washing combinations it is known to connect the water collecting tank and washing tank with a channel. The connecting channel is used to direct the foam or steam that is created in the washing container during the cooking process and is passed into the centrifugal container to condense.
The disadvantage of this arrangement is that the Schleu can only be designed as a condensing device with difficulty and requires complex modifications. In addition, the laundry cannot be dried with this known arrangement.
An improvement in washing combinations is achieved according to the invention if two connecting channels are arranged between the water collection container and the washing container, one of which is designed as a condenser for steam and foam removal and the other as an air heater.
Due to the arrangement according to the invention, it is sufficient that the washing combination can be used at the same time as a laundry drying device, wherein the condensing device can be used for the drying cycle and for the washing cycle at the same time. The arrangement also has the advantage that the fan can transport the foam out of the washing container during the wash cycle.
Further advantageous details are set out in the drawing tion of an embodiment.
7 designates the washing combination housing in which the washing container 1 and the water passage container 2 of the centrifuge are arranged. The two loading containers 1 and 2 are verbun with two channels 3 and 4, the channel 4 being designed as an air heater and the channel 3 as a condensing device. The air heating duct 4 can be connected to the water collecting container 2 directly or, as in the exemplary embodiment, indirectly.
In the indirect connection, the fan 5 is connected between the air heater duct 4 and the water collecting container 2, the opening 10 in the water collecting container 2 serving as a suction opening for the fan 5 arranged outside the container. In the case of the direct connection, the air heater duct 4 is connected to the opening 10, the blower 5 having to be arranged inside the water collecting container 2. The disadvantage of this design is that the fan has to be removed from the inside of the drum during the spinning process.
The opening 10 in the water collecting container is to be arranged in such a way that the hot air in the drying circuit is evenly mixed with the cold air flowing into the water collecting container. It has been found to be useful to arrange the opening 10 in the upper part of the water collection container 2, which results in a favorable mixing ratio. In addition, there is no risk of the condensate being sucked in by the fan 5. Inside the air heater channel 4, the heating coil 8 and the check valve 9 is introduced.
The check valve 9 prevents lye and foam from entering the air duct 4 during the washing process. In the channel 3, which is designed as a condensing device, cooling coils are introduced through which coolant flows during the washing or drying process. The cooling liquid enters through the two openings 6 in the direction of arrow A and exits in the direction of arrow B. The condensate generated during the washing and drying process is fed into the water collector 2, where it can be pumped out by a drain pump. Through this connection, the water collection container 2 is used as a collecting container for condensate ver.
This ensures that the drain pump does not have to be operated continuously, but only as required.
