Description

  

      Trockeneinrichtung,    insbesondere für Geschirrwaschmaschinen    Es sind Geschirrwaschautomaten bekannt, bei  welchen nach dem Waschvorgang mittels einer ein  gebauten     Heizung    ein     Trocknungsvorgang    erzielt  wird. Die     Trocknungsdauer    nimmt bei solchen Ma  schinen jedoch eine ansehnliche Zeit in Anspruch,  da sich die Feuchtigkeit des Waschraumes nur sehr  langsam verflüchtigt.  



  Mit der Trockeneinrichtung gemäss vorliegender  Erfindung kann eine wesentlich raschere Trocknung  dadurch erreicht werden, dass eine an beiden En  den mit dem das Trockengut aufnehmenden Behälter  verbundene Kammer mindestens eine, wenigstens an  genähert in der Achsrichtung der letzteren wirkende       Injektor-Düse    enthält.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispiels  weise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes  schematisch dargestellt.  



  In einer Seitenwand des Waschbehälters 1 ist ein  Rohrstück 2 mittels einem oberen Anschlussrohr 3  und einem unteren Anschlussrohr 4 angeschlossen.  Senkrecht zur Achse des Rohrstückes 3 und in der  Achse des eine Kammer begrenzenden Rohrstückes  2 ist eine     Wassernebeldüse    5 bekannter Bauart ein  gesetzt. Diese     Injektordüse    5 bewirkt in der Kammer  2 einen Sog nach unten. Der Dampf kondensiert sich  an den fein durch die Düse austretenden Wasser  tröpfchen und fliesst gemeinsam mit dem Injek  tionswasser durch den Stutzen 4 dem Behälter zu.  Selbstverständlich ist während dieser Funktion die  Ablaufpumpe des Waschbehälters in Betrieb, so dass  das zufliessende Wasser laufend abgepumpt wird.

      Durch die Automatik der Maschine kann mittels  eines automatischen     Ventiles    der Zufluss zur Düse 5  geregelt werden.  



  Durch die Anordnung der     Injektordüse    5 wird  in der Kammer 2 und den Anschlusstutzen 3, 4 eine  Umwandlung des     Luft-Dampfgemisches    bzw. der  Luft allein im Sinne der eingezeichneten Pfeile be  wirkt. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass auf diese Weise eine  sehr rasche Trocknung erreicht werden kann, indem  der     Dampf    aus dem das Geschirr enthaltenden Be  hälter abgezogen und kondensiert wird. Die wäh  rend des Wasch- und     Heisspülvorganges    im Geschirr  aufgespeicherte Wärme genügt durchaus, um diese  rasche Trocknung zu erzielen.  



  Die Düse 5 hat somit die doppelte Funktion, das       Luft-Dampfgemisch    aus dem Behälter 1 abzuziehen  und den Dampf zu kondensieren.

  In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically.



  In a side wall of the washing container 1, a pipe section 2 is connected by means of an upper connection pipe 3 and a lower connection pipe 4. At right angles to the axis of the pipe section 3 and in the axis of the pipe section 2 delimiting a chamber, a water mist nozzle 5 of known type is set. This injector nozzle 5 creates a downward suction in the chamber 2. The steam condenses on the fine droplets of water emerging through the nozzle and flows together with the injection water through the nozzle 4 to the container. Of course, the drain pump of the washing container is in operation during this function so that the incoming water is continuously pumped out.

      Due to the automatic system of the machine, the flow to the nozzle 5 can be regulated by means of an automatic valve.



  Due to the arrangement of the injector nozzle 5, a conversion of the air-vapor mixture or the air alone in the sense of the arrows shown be acts in the chamber 2 and the connecting pieces 3, 4. It has been shown that very rapid drying can be achieved in this way, in that the steam is drawn off and condensed from the container containing the dishes. The heat stored in the dishes during the washing and hot rinsing process is sufficient to achieve this rapid drying.



  The nozzle 5 thus has the double function of drawing off the air-steam mixture from the container 1 and of condensing the steam.

PATENTANSPRUCH Trockeneinrichtung, insbesondere für Geschirr waschmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine an beiden Enden mit dem das Trockengut aufneh menden Behälter verbundene Kammer mindestens eine, wenigstens angenähert in der Achsrichtung der letzteren wirkende Injektor-Düse enthält. UNTERANSPRUCH Trockeneinrichtung nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer rohrförmig ist und an ihrem einen Ende eine axial angeordnete lnjektordüse enthält.
