Mancherlei verschiedene solcher Situationen, z.
Hierbei kann eine bevorzugte Ausführungsweise darin bestehen, dass die Mastkappe über zwei Abspann drähte mit der Spannwelle je :einer von zwei unabhän gig voneinander betätigbaren Abspannvorrichtungen verbunden ist. Hierdurch erhält man die vorteilhafte Möglichkeit, durch unterschiedliches Spannen der bei- ,den Abspanndrähte den zwischen der Mastkappe und dem Fixpunkt ausgespannten Draht jederzeit nachträg lich in seiner Richtung, beispielsweise zur Herstellung ;
Fig. 2 zeigt die rohrförmige Mastkappe 4 in grö sserem Massstab.
Die mit 22 bezeichnete Spannwelle der Abspannvorrichtung 9 weist zwei relativ hohe Anlaufbunde 23 auf, welche beider seits der Öse 21a des ;
I>gegen</I> axiale Verschiebung fixiert.
Device for tensioning a wire between a mast and a fixed point The invention relates to a device for tensioning a wire between a mast and its fixed point.
The tensioning of a wire between a mast, e.g. B. one in the ground: embedded post, and one by some fixed object, such.
B. another pole, a tree, shed or other part of the building, formed fixed point, is usually a very tedious, cumbersome and time-consuming work, especially when the wire serving as a supporting element is to take up a relatively large weight with a larger span.
This disadvantage is particularly significant when several wires are taut despite the large span, i.e. H.
with a relatively large clamping force. must and the clamping devices required for this should be simple and cheap and if, moreover, the unclamping of the wire or wires is of an improvisational nature and should only be carried out temporarily over and over again.
The stretching of wires between a mast, e.g. B. a pile embedded in the ground, and another fixed point, in particular another pile, can be used for many different purposes.
For example, one used especially for regt and fruit crops and @ in patent specification no.
405 812 described bird deterrent device, in which on a suspension rope arranged above the culture and temporarily movable from its rest position by a motor in a rhythm determined by control means, e.g. B.
Foils made of plastic are attached, the one with the deterrents. provided rope stretched between two wagons,
These two wagons are movably mounted on one of two parallel posts stretched out in parallel between two steel wires set into the ground and between,
They are stretched out by the anti-terror rope and are driven back and forth periodically by the pole-changing motor in the rhythm determined by the electrical control means.
Here, however, the tensioning of the steel wires is a very laborious, cumbersome and time-consuming job, because they have to be carried out standing on the ladder and it is difficult to tie the wires to the mast under sufficient tension, and there is also the risk that the tied wire slips off the post.
With the well-known commercially available wire tensioners, however, the lagging behind when the wires are unclamped cannot be eliminated because the wire tensioner itself has to be tied to the mast, and apart from this tedious and difficult work, slipping on the mast also. easily occurs.
In addition, with wire tensioners of the known type it is difficult to unfasten the wires: because the wire tensioner is inevitably tilted somehow, especially at the beginning of the work when the wire is still sagging.
In addition, the usual wire tensioner, even if its largest version is selected, has the disadvantage that the diameter of its tensioning shaft is still too small with regard to the wire thickness of preferably 3 mm in question, so that, apart from the considerable wire wear caused by it , the winding of the wire on the tensioning shaft is quite difficult or not flawless. Finally, when using a wire tensioner, it would also be disadvantageous that the travel path of the carriage moving back and forth on the wire would be reduced by the length of the wire tensioner.
But even with the use of the known tensioning screws, the above-mentioned deficiencies cannot be eliminated because the tensioning path that can be achieved with them would be far too short and the laborious and cumbersome tying on the mast would also be necessary, with slipping on the mast could easily occur here too. In addition, the carriage travel would also be shortened by the length of the clamping screw here.
Although the well-known wire tensioners and tensioning screws are to be considered because of their relatively low cost in the Hin view of the rather improvised and secondary work of unclamping the wires, they would, for the reasons given above, none of the requirements to be made here away enough. However, this also applies in other situations in which it is a matter of tensioning one or more wires between a mast and: another fixed point as quickly, conveniently and safely as possible with the simplest possible, inexpensive clamping devices.
Many different such situations, e.g. B. in agriculture, on crops or farms of various kinds or in the construction industry, occur in practice or are practically conceivable.
For example, systems for protecting vine crops against bird damage are known in which a net, preferably made of nylon, is placed on top of the vine plants, but the vine plants grow through the mesh of the net, which has the disadvantage, among other things, that the plants grow get entangled with the net, so that taking the net from the culture or picking the vines is considerably more difficult.
By placing such protective nets on above the vine plants and somewhat distanced from them, this disadvantage could be eliminated in a satisfactory manner, whereby of course the vine culture would have to be covered on its lateral edges by correspondingly smaller strip-shaped net sections to avoid a lateral one To prevent the birds from slipping under the large net resting on the wires with certainty.
With such a protective system, however, a relatively large number of wires between the required masts would have to be stretched sufficiently taut despite the considerable span, a job which, as already mentioned, is quite cumbersome and time-consuming.
Another already known situation that comes under consideration here is e.g. B., in the fact that in cultures, especially vines, several; for example three or four wires made of steel or nylon at intervals vertically one above the other .in. Direction of a plant resp.
The row of vines can be stretched out, so that the individual plants can be wire to wire later! alternately pulling through one and the other side of the wire and supporting it. Here, too, a considerable number of wires must be stretched out.
moreover, z. For example, in the case of the previously mentioned bird deterrent systems with the wagons driving back and forth in practice, it has been shown in practice that the steel wires intended for the wagons; in winter, when the system is out of operation for a long period of time, loosen relatively strongly, which probably especially on the. quite high load, these preferably 3 mm thick wires are due to snow resting on them or their icing. However, this requires every spring or
Summer time after tensioning the wires, which is also a rather tedious and time-consuming job because of the impossibility of being able to use the known wire tensioners or tensioning screws.
Often there is also the task of adjusting a stretched wire in its direction. For example, in the case of the Vogel schreek system already mentioned, with a carriage that can be moved back and forth on two steel wires, it is quite cumbersome and difficult to align the two wires parallel to one another with sufficient accuracy, especially when the crop to be protected is inclined on an unevenly incline Property, as is often the case with vines.
Here, however, there is no possibility of subsequently adjusting the wires that have already been stretched exactly parallel to one another.
The purpose of the invention is to remedy the deficiencies mentioned.
The device proposed here for unclamping a wire between a mast and a fixed point is characterized according to the invention by a mast cap, a shaft mounted in this and serving as a clamping organ and a clamping lever which can be positively connected to the latter and which serves as a backstop the mast cap supports itself from the stop part.
A preferred embodiment of this device can consist in the fact that the mast cap consists of a tube with a firmly attached inside the tube near one end of the tube, serving as the top of the plate and that the tensioning shaft between the plate and the tube end located closer to it in the tube is mounted twice at least approximately perpendicular to its axis.
Furthermore, a preferred embodiment of the device can consist in that the tensioning shaft has two lugs arranged on both sides of the mast cap, at least one of which is used to attach the tensioning lever and the other to accommodate the stop part provided as a backstop.
A particularly simple and therefore quite cheap embodiment of the device can be that the tensioning shaft consists of a tube which: at least: one of its tube ends protruding from the mast cap on both sides with two diametrically opposite wall bores serving to accommodate the tensioning lever is provided, and: that the stop part serving as a backstop can be inserted into at least two diametrically opposed wall bores of the shaft tube.
A further embodiment of the device can consist in that: the mast cap has at least one guy wire which is used to support the mast with at least one guy wire attached to a fixed point, a shaft which serves as a clamping element and a clamping lever that can be positively connected to this and as Backstop-reducing stop part is connected to the standing anchoring device.
A preferred embodiment can consist in that the mast cap is connected to the tensioning shaft via two guy wires: one of two guy devices that can be operated independently of one another. This gives the advantageous possibility, by different tensioning of the two bracing wires, the wire stretched between the mast cap and the fixed point at any time subsequently Lich in its direction, for example for production;
to adjust the parallelism with another stretched wire.
A preferred embodiment of the device can consist in that a bracket is rotatably mounted on the ends of the tensioning shaft protruding from the mast cap on both sides and this is connected to the tensioning shaft of the tensioning device via the ends of the guy wire, which is looped over the bracket web.
Here, to adjust the direction of the tensioned wire, the device can be designed so that the bracket is connected to the tensioning shaft of one of the two tensioning devices by two tensioning wires guided over its web in a loop-like manner.
Furthermore, a preferred embodiment of the device can consist in that the anchoring fixed point is formed by the eyelet of a screw anchor and the tensioning shaft of the anchoring device, axially fixed, is besieged in the eyelet. and @that the stop part that serves as a backlash lock for this shaft is supported on the guy wire itself.
The design can be such that the tensioning shaft of the tensioning device is provided with a stop collar on both sides of the eyelet.
A further preferred embodiment of the device can consist in that the upper end of a tube serving as a mast itself serves as a mast cap and the tensioning shaft is mounted in it.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the device according to the invention is illustrated schematically in a consistently spatial representation. They show: Fig. 1 a mast with a mast cap, tensioned wire and two bracing wires in the installation position, Fig. 2 the mast cap of Fig. 1 on a larger scale, Fig. 3 a tensioning lever,
4 shows the stop part serving as a backstop for the expansion shafts of FIGS. 1 and 5 and FIG. 5 shows one of the two tensioning devices of FIG. 1, on a larger scale.
In Fig. 1, a mast 1, which may consist of a wooden pole, embedded in the ground, for example, a vine or fruit culture. On the mast 1 is one end of a z. B. made of steel wire tes 2 attached, as will be described later in more detail. The wire 2 is attached at its other end to a fixed point 3 which, for.
B. can be formed by another mast or embedded wood pile. On the mast 1, a mast cap 4 is placed, which consists of a tube. In the mast cap 4 a clamping shaft 5 is rotatably superimposed ge. On this tension shaft 5, the end of the Drah th 2 is wound. A V-shaped bracket 6 is rotatably mounted with its two legs on the clamping shaft 5 on both sides of the cap tube 4.
The bracket 6 is connected by two loops over: its web guided guy wires 7 with the clamping shaft 22 each from a clamping device 9.
Fig. 2 shows the tubular mast cap 4 on a larger scale. A circular plate 10 is near the upper end of the tube, but adorned distan, welded into the cap tube 4.
This plate 10, which could also be formed as a rectangular web from a flat iron, so that it would not completely fill the clear circular cross-section of the cap tube 4, serves as a cap end corner with which:
the mast cap 4 is supported on the Malst 1. The clamping shaft 5 is rotatably mounted in two diametrically opposite wall bores of the cap tube 4 above the cap cover, protrudes from it on both sides and is essentially through a hexagon head screw 11 with a hexagon nut 12 screwed on educated.
A sleeve 13 consisting of a piece of pipe is pushed onto the shaft of the head screw 11, which also protrudes from the mast cap 4 on the other side and distances the screw head and the nut 12 so that the sleeve 13 passes between the screw head and the nut 12 Tightening the latter can be firmly clamped. In this way, the tensioning shaft 5 is formed as a unit by the head screw 11, the nut 12 and the sleeve 13, whereby it is supported twice in the mast cap tube 4 by means of the sleeve 13.
Both the shank of the head screw 11 and the sleeve 13 pushed onto it are provided with bores lying at the same level, which together form a through opening 14 running transversely through the tensioning shaft 5, approximately in the center plane of the cap tube 4 which the end of the wire tes 2 can be pulled through before winding. At the level of this through opening 14, a through opening 16 is arranged in the jacket of the cap tube 4, which has a larger diameter than the shaft opening 14 and through which the wire 2 to be tensioned is passed.
Fig. 3 shows a clamping lever 17, which is formed from a hexagonal tube piece 17a and a flat iron 17b welded to the side of this on an end face. The tension lever 17 can be used to rotate the tension shaft 5, i. H. to unclamp the wire 2, optionally both on the head of the screw 11 and on the nut 12 are placed. Thus two identical clamping levers 17 can be used when the wire 2 is unclamped.
The head screw 11 is inserted into the cap tube 4 in such a way that the wire 2 opens when it is wound in the screwing direction of rotation of the nut 12 onto the tensioning shaft 5.
The purpose of this measure will be explained in more detail later.
Fig. 4 shows a stop member 18 serving as a return speme for the clamping shaft 5 of FIGS. 1 and 2, which consists of a hexagonal tube piece 18a and a flat iron at least approximately at right angles which is welded to this side on an end face. The stop part 18 can also be placed either on the head of the screw 11 or on the nut 12 as a backstop.
When the wire 2 is sufficiently tensioned by being wound onto the tensioning shaft 5 with the aid of the tensioning lever 17 placed on it on one side of it, the stop part 18 on the other side of the tensioning shaft 5 is then placed on the hexagon of the nut 12 or the screw 11 placed so that the angle piece 18b can be supported under the tension of the stretched wire 2 on the upper edge of the mast cap tube 4 with the least possible reverse rotation of the expansion shaft 2, such as:
this is only indicated in FIG. 2. The tensioning lever 17 can now be removed, since the tensioning shaft 5 is securely held in place by the stop part 18 placed on it and supported on the mast cap 4, ie. H. is prevented from returning.
The fact that the head screw 11 is inserted into the cap tube in such a way that the wire 2 runs onto the tensioning shaft 5 in the screwing direction of the nut 12 when it is wound ensures that the nut 12 does not loosen under the tension of the tightly tensioned wire 2 can. On the contrary, with this arrangement of the head screw 11, the train of the stretched wire 2 acts on the stop member 4 serving as a return lock on the nut 12 straight in the screwing-on rotation of the nut.
It is also advantageous here that, if the clamping lever 17 is placed on the nut 12 instead of the hexagon head of the screw 11, the clamping force exerted by the operator also acts in the sense of the screwing direction of the nut 12, so that a loosening of the nut 12 is completely excluded.
Taking these aspects into account, when the wire 2 runs up onto the tensioning shaft 5, as indicated in FIG. 2 by an arrow S, the head screw 11 is pushed into the mast cap tube 4 as shown in FIG. 2 is shown, i.e. H. from right to left, seen from a location opposite the wire 2 behind the mast 1 of the operator.
In this direction of insertion of the head screw 11, it is also quite possible to unload the wire 2 at the same time with two clamping levers, i.e. H. one on the right on the screw head and one on the left on the nut 12 clamping lever to use.
As can be clearly seen from Fig. 2, the V-shaped bracket 6 is rotatably mounted between the nut 12 and the mast cap 4 on the one hand, and between the head of the screw 11 and the mast cap 4 on the other hand, each with a bracket leg, but the The sleeve 13 pushed onto the screw shank forms the actual bearing surface for the bracket 6 with its ends protruding from the mast cap 4.
In the wall of the mast cap tube 4. There is a passage opening 19 opposite the wire passage opening 16, but deeper than this, ie. H. directly above the upper surface of the plate 10 forming the top of the cap, through which all rain or snow water that collects above the plate 10 in the interior of the mast cap tube 4 in the case of the mast 1, which is usually slightly inclined backwards:
can expire completely. As a result, the mast cap 4 also offers good protection for the mast 1, which usually consists of a wooden post, against moisture and thereby increases the service life of these posts.
At the same time, this through opening 19 is used for et waigen pulling through the free end of the auszuspan nenden wire 2 to z. B. to be able to cut the wire to the correct length more conveniently.
The ring-shaped eyelet 20 welded on the outside of the upper end of the mast cap tube 4 serves only to guide a section of an endless pull rope, with the aid of which the latter are set in motion when the device is used in bird deterrent systems with carts moving back and forth.
This is because it often happens that parts of the pull cord, which is driven by the pole-reversible motor and also goes back and forth, run close to the upper end of the mast 1.
FIG. 5 shows one of the two bracing devices 9 shown in FIG. 1 for bracing the mast 1.
In this anchoring device 9, the anchoring fixed point is formed by the annular nose 21a of a conventional screw anchor 21, which can be screwed firmly into the ground at a corresponding distance from the mast 1 thanks to its front, shovel-like threaded projection 21b (see Fig. 1).
The designated by 22 tensioning shaft of the tensioning device 9 has two relatively high stop collars 23, which both sides of the eyelet 21a of;
Screw anchor 21 are arranged and thereby give the tensioning shaft 22 in the eye 21a the necessary hold and also secure it against .axial displacement in the eye 21a. The tensioning shaft 22 is seen on both sides and outside of the stop collars 23 each with a transverse through opening 24 through which one end of the guy wire 7, which is looped over the web of the bracket 6, can be pulled.
The expansion shaft 22 is assembled very similarly to the expansion shaft 5 already described. Like that, it essentially consists of a hexagon head screw 25 with a screwed nut 26.
On the shaft of the head screw 25 are pushed one behind the other in the sequence used below: a sleeve 27 consisting of a pipe section, a washer 23 serving as a running collar, a spacer sleeve 28 consisting of a pipe section, a second washer 23 serving as a stop collar and a second sleeve 27 consisting of a piece of pipe.
These five parts pushed onto the shaft of the head screw 25 are fixed against axial displacement by the screwed-on nut 26 between the latter and the head 25a of the screw 25. The two transversely running through openings 24 are each arranged at the same level and therefore aligned transverse bores .im the shaft of the head screw 25 and in the two as a winding drum for each one of the two ends of the guy wire 7 serving sleeves 27 ge forms.
The middle spacer sleeve 28, through which the two washers 23 are spaced according to or the thickness of the eyelet 21a of the screw anchor 21, at the same time forms the actual bearing surface of the tensioning shaft 22 in the eyelet 21a of the screw anchor 21 with its outer surface.
The tensioning shaft 22 is therefore excellently supported in the eye 21 of the screw anchor 21 by means of the spacer sleeve 28 as a radial bearing and by means of the two washers 23 as axial bearings.
Both the two sleeves 27 and the two washers 23 are identical to one another. Likewise, the hexagon head screw 25 with nut 26 of the hexagon head screw 11 with nut 12 for the clamping shaft mounted in the mast cap 4 can be the same, which greatly simplifies the production of the device, and not only with regard to the manufacture of the two clamping shafts 5 and 22, but also with regard to the manufacture of the stop parts 18 and clamping levers 17 belonging to these and serving as a backstop.
Because it is evident that in the previously described embodiment of the two expansion shafts 5 and 22, the tensioning lever 17 and stop parts 18 can optionally be used for both expansion shafts.
As in the case of the mast cap tensioning shaft 5, on the tensioning shaft 22 of the tensioning device 9, the stop part 18 serving as a backstop, then tensioning the tensioning wire 7 is placed on the hexagon nut 26 with the aid of the tensioning lever 17 placed on the screw head 25a,
but here the elbow 18b of the stop member 18 (see Fig. 4) is supported on Ab @ tensioning wire 9 itself. Appropriately, on both the courage ter 26 and the screw head 25a each a stop member 18 is placed, which two stop parts 18 can be supported on each end of the guy wire 7 arranged in a loop-like manner.
The support rotation device of the stop part 18 is always in accordance with the direction of rotation of the tensioning shaft developed by the wire tension.
What was stated above about the installation direction of the screw 11 for the mast cap clamping shaft 5 also applies quite correspondingly to the installation of the screw 25 of the clamping shaft 22 in the eye 21a of the screw anchor 21.
The second of the two tensioning devices 9 shown in FIG. 1 is completely identical in design and operation to the one described above, which of course also contributes to the simplification and cheaper production.
By different tension of the two From tensioning wires 7 (see Fig. 1) by means of the two completely independently operable right and left side behind the mast 1 arranged guy devices 9, it is possible to adjust the stretched wire 2 in its direction. For example, the required parallelism of the wire 2 to another tensioned wire can be achieved quickly and without effort.
A major advantage of the device described Einrich for stretching a wire between a mast and a fixed point is that the mast cap sits absolutely firmly on top of the mast end, so that any sliding down the mast is completely closed and the mast cap itself to one from absolute fixed point, which makes the work of unclamping considerably easier.
Due to the fact that the bracket 6 is mounted on the tensioning shaft 5, the occurrence of a possible torque pair in the mast cap 4, caused by the tensile force of the tensioned wire 2 on the one hand and the tensile force of the guy wires 7 on the other, is completely excluded.
Rather, act here in the mast cap 4 and thus also in the mast 1 force components in essence only in the direction of the mast axis downwards, which can only be beneficial.
The two edges of the web 6a of the bracket 6 are drawn slightly outwards, which facilitates the passage of the spar wires 7 guided over the bracket web 6a in the manner of a loop and at the same time protects these wires (see FIG. 2).
If an adjustment option for the tensioned wire 2 is dispensed with, then a single tensioning device 9 can be used without the mast cap 4 or its bracket 6 having to be changed.
The parts of the device described above are preferably galvanized in order to reduce the risk of rust. It is emphasized that the device is suitable for tensioning all types of wires. Instead of steel, the wires to be tensioned can also be made of nylon. The mast cap 4 can be placed on any type of mast 1. Although wooden piles that are left in the ground are preferably used as masts, the masts can also be made of iron or
Steel, either solid or in the form of tubes, exist. The device can also be used when the mast is provided with a sufficiently large and heavy base plate and is only set up on the floor surface, with one or two bracing devices also being able to be used here.
For completely improvised purposes, further simplified versions of the device can be implemented. For example, the tensioning shaft mounted in the mast cap 4 can only consist of a piece of round food, which is provided on at least one of its pipe ends protruding on both sides from the mast cap with two diametrically opposite wall bores through which, for. B. a round iron serving as a clamping lever is inserted.
This corrugated tube can inside the mast cap tube 4, apart from two wall bores aligned with one another, for pulling the wire to be stretched through, provided with two additional wall bores aligned with one another through which z.
B. serving as a backstop angled ge curved round iron is inserted, whose free leg is supported as a stop .auf the upper edge of the tube forming the mast cap and thus prevents the expansion shaft from running back.
Vorzugswelse are in this embodiment at least two pairs of cross-arranged pipe wall bores for plugging the backstop serving as a backstop, bent stop part at right angles in the shaft tube to use the backstop in several rotational positions of the shaft can.
It is also possible to provide -the like wall bores for inserting the angled stop part outside the mast cap tube on at least one of the end portions of the shaft tube protruding on both sides from the mast cap tube, the stop part also being able to support itself on the upper edge of the mast cap tube.
If the device shown in the drawing is to be used in the above-mentioned bird deterrent system with a rope stretched out between periodically to and fro wagons and provided with deterrent means to unleash the contact wires serving as supporting elements for the two wagons, then a the wire to be stretched sleeve-like pushed on, made of plastic, for example, polyethylene,
Existing pipe section can be inserted into the through opening 16 of the mast cap 4 (see FIG. 2), this sleeve being able to be supported on the tensioning shaft 5. This ensures a certain buffering effect when the carriage running on the stretched wire towards the mast runs up and also facilitates the introduction of the wire iin, the mast cap.
In addition to the exemplary embodiment of the device described above with reference to the drawing, other design variants are possible.
For example, it is possible, with the help of the A direction, several wires, which are arranged like floors above each other in the # same level, between a mast and a fixed point: be this now, another mast, z. B. a wooden post embedded in the ground, a tree or part of a building to stretch out.
This task arises, for example, in vine crops or other crops in which the individual vines, plants or perennials are supported or guided by several wires arranged vertically one above the other at intervals. So z.
B., as already mentioned at the beginning, in vine cultures the vines alternately on one side or the other one of three or four spaced apart wires in the plane of the row of vines, stretched between these wires.
Here, a tubular mast with the previously described tensioning device can be used in an advantageous manner, in which additional expansion shafts, which are mounted at intervals on the mast itself, are arranged below the expansion shaft mounted in or mast cap.
Here, these additional expansion shafts can protrude from the mast on both sides, a tensioning lever being placed on one shaft end and a stop part serving as a backstop for a positive connection with the expansion shaft on the other shaft end.
The stop part placed on the expansion shaft can support itself on the mast, whereby the stop part, which is essentially designed as a right-angled elbow, as described above, consists of a part that can be positively connected to the expansion shaft, for example a hexagonal tube, and one on this be assembled on the side of one end of welded flat iron bent at right angles,
.so that the correspondingly long free leg of this angled flat iron can be supported on the mast at least in the area of the vertical plane of the stretched wire when the stop part is placed on the tensioning shaft.
The device can, for example, also be designed in such a way that the upper mast end of the mast consisting of a tube itself serves as a mast cap. In this embodiment, the tensioning shaft used to unclamp the wire is stored in the upper end of the mast itself in a corresponding manner, as described above for the attachable mast cap, where the device corresponds to the design of the tensioning shaft, the tensioning lever and stop parts accordingly the previously described embodiment can be formed.
