Herd mit Schwadenschutzblech Die Erfindung betrifft einen Herd mit Schwaden schutzblech, einer Heizröhre und einer oberhalb der Heizröhrentüre angeordneten, mit dieser in mindestens annähernd gleicher Ebene liegenden, alle Bedienungs elemente für Schalt- und Regulierorgane der Heiz- stellen des Herdes zusammenfassenden Frontplatte.
Es sind derartige Herde mit dem Schutz der Bedie nungselemente dienenden Schwadenschutzblechen be kannt, die nur bei geöffneter Backofentür zum Einsatz kommen. So ist unter anderem auch eine Anordnung bekannt geworden, bei der ein über dem Grillheizkörper angeordnetes Reflektorblech aus dem Ofenraum heraus gezogen werden kann, wobei die Vorderkante des Ble- ches als Anschlag für die um einen Spalt geöffnete Tür dient und dabei den Spalt nach oben abdeckt.
Die genannten Anordnungen sollen eine übermäs- sige Erwärmung und Verunreinigung der Frontabdek- kung und besonders der empfindlichen Bedienungs elemente durch ausströmende heisse Dämpfe beim Gril len welches ausschliesslich bei geöffneter Bachofentür erfolgt, nach Möglichkeit verhindern.
Es hat sich nun aber gezeigt, dass nach längerem Betrieb derartiger Herde auch bei stark rauchendem Backen und Braten das bei geschlossenen Türen erfolgt, die Schalterabdeckung und die Bedienungselemente durch austretende Dämpfe beansprucht und angegritfen wer den. Dies hat seine Ursache darin, dass die Abdich tung der Backofentür mit der Zeit nachlässt. Ferner lässt es sich auch nicht vermeiden dass die Backofen tür besonders beim Braten wiederholt geöffnet wird.
Um diesem Uebel abzuhelfen, sind Anordnungen von Schwadenschutzblechen, die auch unter der letzt genannten Betriebsweise einen wirksamen Schutz der Frontabdeckung und der empfindlichen Bedienungs elemente ermöglichen, geschaffen worden. Bei einer bekannten Anordnung ist zu diesem Zweck ein Schwaden schutzblech zwischen Frontplatte und Backofentür des Herdes angeschraubt. Ein Nachteil der bekannten Anordnung besteht da rin, dass der Herd bei der Reinigung im Bereich der Schalterfront der Frontplatte sehr schlecht zugänglich ist.
Vor allem aber wird ein derartiges Schwadenschutz- blech als unbequem und störend im Kochbetrieb emp funden, da es an sich nicht benötigt wird. Der Haus frau ist ein Lösen der Verschraubung für die Abnahme des Schwadenschutzbleches nicht zuzumuten, zumal dies mit feuchten oder fettigen Händen erhebliche Schwierig keiten bietet.
Zweck der Erfindung ist es, die vorstehend genannten Nachteile zu beseitigen und einen Herd mit Schwaden schutzblech für vielseitigen Einsatz in allen Betriebsarten mit Schutzwirkung zu schaffen, wobei der Hausfrau die Arbeit insofern erleichtert werden soll, als es für die Vornahme von Arbeiten, bei denen es nur stören würde, leicht abnehmbar und nach Bedarf ebenso leicht und schnell wieder einsetzbar sein soll.
Die Erfindung besteht darin dass das sowohl bei geschlossener als auch bei geöffneter Heizröhrentüre zwischen dieser und der Frontplatte einsetzbare Schwa- denschutzblech federnd gehalten ist.
Bei einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann das Schwadenschutzblech an seinen beiden Enden rechtwink lig abgebogen sein und Schenkel bilden, die seitlich an der Frontplatte oder an den Seitenwänden des Herdes gehaltert und jeweils mit einer Bohrung oder einer Aus prägung versehen sind, wobei sie beim Einsetzen des Schutzbleches in halbkugelförmige Erhöhungen oder Vertiefungen der Frontplatte bzw. des Herdes einrasten. Hierbei können die Erhöhungen jeweils aus einem in die Frontplatte oder in den Herd fest eingesetzten nicht emaillierten Stahlbolzen bestehen und die Schenkel federnd ausgebildet sein.
Schliesslich lässt sich das Schwadenschutzblech auch aus zwei spitzwinklig abgebogenen, federnden Blech schenkel herstellen, welche auf die untere Leiste eines die Frontplatte einformenden Rahmens aufschiebbar sind. Anhand der Zeichnung wird die Erfindung näher er läutert. In der Fig. 1 bis 4 sind insgesamt drei Ausfüh rungsbeispiele der Erfindung dargestellt.
Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen für das erste Ausfüh rungsbeispiel eine Vorder- bzw. eine Seitenansicht des Herdes, die Fig. 3 und 4 Einzelheiten im Bereich A der Fig. 1 bzw. Bereich B der Fig. 2.
Das Schwadenschutzblech 6 ist an seinen beiden Enden rechtwinklig abgebogen und bildet seitlich an der Frontplatte 5 gehalterte Schenkel 7, welche eine Bohrung oder eine Ausprägung 8 aufweisen, die beim Einsetzen des Schutzbleches in eine halbkugelförmige Erhöhung 9 oder Vertiefung der Frontplatte 5 einrasten.
Fig. 5 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel, das mit Vorteil in allen Fällen zur Anwendung kommen kann, in denen eine Halterung seitlich an der Front platte 5 nicht möglich ist. Es unterscheidet sich von dem erstgenannten Ausführungsbeispiel durch nach hinten verlängerte Schenkel 7a des Schutzbleches 6a, die an den Seitenwänden des Herdes 1 durch Rasteinrichtun gen gehaltert sind.
Das Schwadenschutzblech 12, nach Fig. 6, besteht aus zwei spitzwinklig abgebogenen Blechschenkeln 13, mit denen es auf eine untere Leiste 11 des die Front platte 5 einfassenden Rahmens aufschiebbar ist.
Sowohl bei geschlossener als auch geöffneter Bach- und Bratofentür wird das zwischen dieser und der Front platte 5 einsetzbare Schwadenschutzblech 6, 6a, 12 nach dem Einsetzen durch die eigene Federung gehalten. Es ist leicht einsetzbar und wieder abnehmbar, verhindert eine Verunreinigung des Herdes 1, insbesondere der Bedienungselemente 3 und ist bequem zu reinigen.
Die vorerwähnte Erhöhung 9 ist beispielsweise aus einem in die Frontplatte 5 fest eingesetzten, nichtemail lierten Stahlbolzen gebildet. Der die Erhöhung 9 bildende Stahlbolzen kann auch federnd in die Front platte eingesetzt sein.

It has now been shown, however, that after prolonged operation of such stoves, even with heavily smoking baking and roasting, this takes place with the doors closed, the switch cover and the operating elements are stressed and attacked by escaping vapors. The reason for this is that the sealing of the oven door deteriorates over time. Furthermore, it cannot be avoided that the oven door is opened repeatedly, especially when roasting.
To remedy this evil, arrangements of steam guards, which also allow effective protection of the front cover and the sensitive operating elements under the last-mentioned mode of operation, have been created. In a known arrangement, a steam guard plate is screwed between the front panel and the oven door of the stove for this purpose. A disadvantage of the known arrangement is that the stove is very difficult to access when cleaning in the area of the switch front of the front panel.
Above all, however, such a vapor protection plate is found to be uncomfortable and disruptive in the cooking operation, since it is not required per se. The housewife cannot be expected to loosen the screw connection to remove the steam guard, especially since this presents considerable difficulties with damp or greasy hands.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and to create a stove with fume protection plate for versatile use in all modes of operation with protective effect, the housewife's work to be made easier, as it is for performing work in which it would only bother, should be easily removable and just as easily and quickly re-usable if required.
The invention consists in the fact that the steam protection plate which can be inserted between this and the front panel both when the heating tube door is closed and when it is open is held in a resilient manner.
In one embodiment of the invention, the steam guard can be bent at both ends of the right angle lig and form legs that are supported on the side of the front panel or on the side walls of the stove and each provided with a hole or an imprint, whereby they are when the guard is inserted Snap into hemispherical elevations or depressions on the front panel or cooker. The steam guard 6 is bent at right angles at its two ends and forms legs 7 which are held on the side of the front panel 5 and which have a bore or an embossing 8 which, when the guard is inserted, snap into a hemispherical elevation 9 or depression in the front panel 5.
Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment that can be used with advantage in all cases in which a bracket on the side of the front plate 5 is not possible. It differs from the first-mentioned embodiment by the rearwardly extended legs 7a of the protective plate 6a, which are supported on the side walls of the stove 1 by Rasteinrichtun conditions.
The steam guard 12, according to FIG. 6, consists of two sheet metal legs 13 bent at an acute angle, with which it can be pushed onto a lower bar 11 of the frame surrounding the front plate 5.
