Method and device for the pneumatic removal of the upper or lower winding from discharge heads
The invention relates to a method and a device for the pneumatic removal of the upper or lower winding of discharge heads, e.g. B.
Spinning heads, weft heads or the like. For further processing of such unwinding cops, for example in the dishwasher, in the painter's chair or the like, it is necessary to have the thread end lying in the upper or lower winding, ie at the bobbin tip or at the bobbin base, ready so that it can be removed from the thread gripping organs Processing machine, so the winding machine, the loom or the like, can be detected. In order to be able to lay this thread beginning ready, it is therefore necessary to remove the upper or lower winding in which the thread end is located.
In the German Auslegeschrift 1 200 180 a device for laying the beginning of the thread of discharge heads is already described, in which a suction tube provided with gripping hooks and a clamping device for removing the upper turn is arranged axially movable in front of the discharge head. The upper turn is then grasped by the gripping hooks during the relative movement between the discharge coping and the suction tube and pulled off mechanically, the exposed thread end is drawn into the suction tube and clamped there. Such a mechanical device for removing the upper or lower winding from discharge heads has the disadvantage that it can only be used to a limited extent for different sleeve dimensions.
In addition, the movement of the gripping members must be carried out very carefully so that the coil winding is not damaged during mechanical pulling off.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, various devices for the pneumatic removal of the upper or lower winding of discharge heads have also become known, as are described, for example, in German patent specification 917 418. These pneumatic devices, which work both with suction air and with blown air, have the disadvantage, however, that the upper or lower winding is not removed with absolute certainty from all of the textile bobbins presented. The pneumatic removal of the upper or lower winding then encounters difficulties when the thread gets caught with neighboring threads or thread layers or is wrapped with fly dust.
It is also possible that the sleeve has damage at the point of the upper or lower winding, behind which the thread can get caught. In all such cases, safe removal of the upper or lower winding by pneumatic means is not guaranteed.
The object of the invention is to provide the method and the device for pneumatic removal n d Obeu-odT Uruberwndwng vo. n AblauPkopsem to improve so that at least approximately the same safety for the removal of the winding is achieved as with the mechanical pulling devices. In this case, the advantages of the pneumatic and mechanical devices are combined, while the disadvantages which have previously been inherent in the two devices are eliminated.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the upper or lower winding to be removed is briefly exposed to the action of an air stream several times, the exposed thread end is clamped between the individual windings and mechanically removed by a relative movement between the cop and the clamping point. Since a thread end is exposed during the pneumatic removal of the upper or lower winding to make the thread, it is possible with the aid of the method according to the invention to also remove upper or lower windings in which the thread has got caught. These entanglements are mechanically eliminated by the relative movement between Kops and Klemms, tele.
During the next action interval of the air flow, the exposed thread end is then removed pneumatically.
However, since experience has shown that the thread is held in place in several places by airborne dust or the like, this process should be repeated several times.
Since a safe removal of the upper or. Underwinding has been achieved, it is achieved with the aid of the invention to combine the advantages of the pneumatic and mechanical removal of the obzr or underwinding and to avoid their individual disadvantages.
Although the invention can be carried out with both a blowing and a suction air flow, it will generally suffice with the cops and yarns currently in use to use a suction air flow. In this case, the method can be carried out in a particularly advantageous manner so that the cop with the upper or lower winding to be removed is briefly inserted and pulled out several times in a suction tube mouth, the sucked thread end being clamped in the suction tube mouth every time the cop is pulled out. This embodiment of the method can also be implemented in such a way that the suction tube mouth is guided over the end of the cop.
A device for carrying out the method according to the invention is characterized by a device used to generate a relative movement between the cop and the clamping device, this device being coupled to the clamping device during the rela tive movement such that the clamping device is closed.
Such a device for carrying out the method according to the invention can be advantageously designed with the use of a suction tube to remove the upper or lower winding and a known arrangement of a clamping device in the suction tube mouth that to generate the relative movement between the cop and An ejector which acts on the cop and which is coupled to the locking mechanism of the clamping device is used. In this case it can be particularly advantageous if the clamping device is also designed as a suction tube closure.
Based on the schematic embodiment shown in the figure, the invention will be explained in more detail in the removal of the underwinding of a spinning cop.
The spinning cop 1 with the rear winding la and the lower winding lb is fed to the device, for example, by a transport bag 2 known per se with a drive known per se, not shown in detail. Due to its weight, the cop falls into the funnel-shaped suction tube mouth 3, to which the suction tube 31 is connected, after the foot flap has been removed, as is shown, for example, in German patent specification 919 995. An ejector 4 holds the valve flap 5, which is used to close the intake manifold opening, by means of its arm Sa in the position shown in solid lines.
If the ejector 4, which is controlled by a rod 31 from a curve (not shown), moves into the dash-dotted position 4 ', the valve flap 5 is first guided into the dash-dotted position 5', thereby closing the intake manifold opening. The safe closing of the flap is caused by the negative pressure in the suction pipe. As long as the valve flap 5 was open, the suction air flow could act on the underwinding 1b and expose the beginning of the thread F. It is assumed that this thread beginning F had caught at a point in the underwinding 1b.
When the valve flap 5 is now moved into the closed position 5 ′, the thread end F is clamped in accordance with the dash-dotted line F ′ at the clamping point 32 of the intake manifold opening 3, which is designed as a sealing surface. When the ejector 4 moves further into the dot-dashed position 4 ', the ejector pushes the cop out of the mouth of the suction pipe. The distance between the clamping point 32 and the underwinding lb is thus greater and the thread is thereby mechanically withdrawn.
The ejector may prevent entire turns from sliding off, but tests have shown that the thread can be easily pulled off by the shifting length, as it either slides under the lever or the cop rotates a little. The ejector now returns to the end position shown in solid lines and opens the valve flap 5 over its arm 5a so that the loosened thread can be sucked off further.
This work cycle is carried out several times in order to remove the underwinding lb with certainty even if the thread F is stuck in several places. During the last work cycle, after the cop has been lifted, scissors 6 are closed in a known manner, so that both the thread end F and the thread end that may protrude under the cop winding, which was created at the beginning of the winding process, are cut off.
In order to largely avoid damage to the head, it is advantageous to provide the suction tube mouth with elastic supports 7,7 ', these elastic supports advantageously not forming a closed ring, but rather consisting of several individual supports arranged at a distance from one another so that when the Kopses the suction air flow is not interrupted by these elastic pads 7,7 '.
In addition, the slot in the mouth of the suction pipe through which the ejector 4 protrudes can be sealed by elastic strips 8. The opening slot between the elastic strips is closed on both sides of the bumper 4 by the negative pressure of the suction pipe.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated, cal matic embodiment. For example, the cop can be suspended above the suction pipe mouth 3, the suspension of the cop being designed so that it takes over the functions of the ejector 4, i.e. H. inserts the cop several times into the mouth of the suction tube and pulls it out and closes the valve flap 5 each time it is pulled out.
It is also possible to use the invention in connection with a transport device in which the cop is guided in an inclined or horizontal position.
