Description

       

  Einrichtung     zur    Verschiebung von Pflanzenbehältern in Gewächshäusern    Die Erfidung bezieht sich auf eine     Einrichtung     zur ständigen' langsamen Verschiebung von Pflanzen  behältern in Gewächshäusern.  



  Es sind Einrichtungen dieser Art bekannt, bei denen  die     Pflanzenbehälter    auf     Plattformgondeln        stehen,    wel  che von Rädern im     Kreise    umgetrieben werden und so  nacheinander in die Nähe von fest .angeordneten     Be-          wässerungs-    und Bestäubungseinrichtungen gelangen,  ohne dass eine Pflanze dabei bei der Belichtung durch  feste Lichtquellen (Fenster,     Bestrahlungseinrichtung)    im  Schatten der anderen steht. Zur Unterbringung solcher  Einrichtungen     ist    aber die     Aufführung    spezieller Ge  bäude erforderlich.  



  Die Erfindung löst :demgegenüber die     Aufgabe,    eine  Einrichtung     zur    ständigen langsamen Verschiebung von       Pflanzenbehältern    in den in Gärtnereien stets vorhan  denen, üblichen langgestreckten niedrigen Gewächs  häusern     unterzubringen.    Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe  werden :auch bei der Erfindung :die bekannten Platt  formgondeln benutzt, die von Rädern     im    Kreise um  getrieben werden und als Träger der Pflanzenbehälter  dienen.  



  Bei der Einrichtung der Erfindung sind jedoch die  Drehwellen der Räder parallel zur Längsrichtung des       Gewächshauses,    angeordnet     und:    die Plattformgondeln  um drehwellenparallele Achsen drehbar,an den Rädern  aufgehängt.  



  Es können mehrere     solcher    Einrichtungen in     ;einem     Gewächshaus ,angeordnet sein. Zwischen ihnen sind  dann     zweckmässig    Bedienungswege und Rollbahnen an  geordnet, :aus denen     Transportwagen        zum    Transport,       Aufsetzen    und Abnehmen der Pflanzenbehälter     laufen.     Als Transportwagen können mit Vorteil Gabelstapler  Verwendung finden.  



  Die Zeichnung zeigt beispielsweise schematisch und  im     Schnitt    eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform einer Ge  wächshauseinrichtung gemäss der Erfindung. In der  Zeichnung ist:    Fig. 1 ein Querschnitt durch ein Gewächshaus und  Fig. 2 ein Querschnitt durch ein Rad.    In ;den Frontseiten des Gewächshauses 2 und im  Abstand von einigen Metern zwischendurch sind auf  Böcken mehrere Drehwellen 3 gelagert. Sie werden,  vorzugsweise durch einen Elektromotor mit Vorgelege,  langsam gedreht. Auf den Drehwellen 3 sitzen, gleich  falls im Abstand von etwa 2 m, Räder 4. Die Speichen  5 der Räder 4 sind durch     Stangen    6     verbunden.    An den  Stangen 6 hängen mit Haken 7 Plattformgondeln 8, auf  .die ;die Pflanzengefässe (Töpfe, Pikierkästen) 9 gestellt  sind.  



  Wenn sich :die Räder 4 .drehen, so kommen ersicht  lich :alle Plattformen 8     im    Laufe der Zeit in die gleiche  Lage gegenüber den stationär     angeordneten    und     des-          halb    zentral bedienbaren Lichtquellen 10 bzw. Fenstern  11, den Beregnungsanlagen 12 und :den Schädlings  bekämpfungsanlagen 13. Neben :den Bedienungswegen  14     können    Rollbahnen 15 für die Pflanzenbehälter  .angeordnet sein.  



  Man kann     Faber    auch mit einem     :Gabelstapler    par  allel     zu    den Wellen 3 fahren, bei angehaltenem Rad 4  mit :dem seitlich verschwenkten Gabler die gewünschte  Plattformgondel 8     :untergreifen,    sie anheben und ihre  Haken 7 von ;der Stange 6 nehmen. Beim Einsetzen der       Plattformgondeln    verfährt man umgekehrt.

  In the device of the invention, however, the rotating shafts of the wheels are arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse, and: the platform gondolas are rotatable about axes parallel to the rotating shafts, suspended from the wheels.



  Several such devices can be arranged in a greenhouse. Between them are then appropriate operating ways and runways to arranged: from which trolleys run for transporting, placing and removing the plant container. Forklift trucks can advantageously be used as transport trolleys.



  The drawing shows, for example, schematically and in section a preferred embodiment of a greenhouse facility according to the invention. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a cross section through a greenhouse and FIG. 2 shows a cross section through a wheel. In the front sides of the greenhouse 2 and at a distance of a few meters in between several rotating shafts 3 are supported on trestles. They are rotated slowly, preferably by an electric motor with a reduction gear. Wheels 4 are seated on the rotating shafts 3, even if at a distance of about 2 m. The spokes 5 of the wheels 4 are connected by rods 6. On the rods 6 hang with hooks 7 platform gondolas 8 on .the; the plant vessels (pots, piquing boxes) 9 are placed.



  If: the wheels 4 turn, it can be seen that all platforms 8 over time are in the same position in relation to the stationary and therefore centrally operated light sources 10 or windows 11, the sprinkler systems 12 and: the pest control systems 13. In addition to the operating paths 14, roller tracks 15 for the plant containers can be arranged.

PATENTANSPRUCH Einrichtung zur ständigen langsamen Verschiebung von Pflanzenbehältern in Gewächshäusern, bei der :die Pflanzenbehälter auf Plattformgondeln stehen, welche von Rädern im Kreise umgetrieben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zur Längsrichtung des Ge wächshauses (2) Drehwellen (3) von langsam umlaufen den Rädern @(4) angeordnet und die Plattformgondeln (8) um drehwellenparallele Achsen @(6) :drehbar an den Rädern (4) aufgehängt sind.
