Method for producing a pile in building ground and concrete pile for carrying out the method The invention relates to a method for producing a pile in building ground.
Prefabricated concrete piles are already known which are driven into the ground. With such full piles, however, it is not possible to check their condition after they have been driven into the ground. Concrete piles are also known, the earth material being displaced by a steel pipe, and after the desired depth has been reached, this is withdrawn, as is the case with hydraulic lifting devices or the like, with simultaneous concreting.
For this, however, complicated special machines are required and a considerable effort is required. At greater depths, the retraction of the pipe is also problematic because the friction of the soil - depending on the construction ground - is relatively large.
These disadvantages are to be eliminated by the method according to the invention and: the pile is to be carried out by conventional rams. The method according to the invention is characterized in that a prefabricated hollow concrete pile provided with a loosely attached point or several concrete piles lying coaxially one on top of the other are driven into the subsoil,
then a limited amount of fresh concrete is poured into the central pile opening and this is compacted by a punch at the pile tip, where the fresh concrete and the pile tip are displaced from the pile opening and a concrete foot is formed under the pile, then the punch is pulled out and the pile The cavity is completely filled with concrete.
The concrete pile according to the invention is characterized in that: it has a metallic central tube and a concrete shell around it, and means are provided at the upper end of the pile in order to be able to connect it to a wide pile.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. 1 shows a ramming device including a concrete pile before driving in, FIG. 2 shows a finished pile with several concrete piles lying on top of one another, FIG. 3 shows the front part of a pile with an attached point, FIG. 4 shows a cross section through the head part of a pile, FIG .5 a longitudinal section through the junction of two piles;
Fig. 6 is a longitudinal section through an execution variant of a connection point of two piles.
The pile coming to use in this method is implemented as a prefabricated concrete pile 1 and has a cavity 2 in its center. For this purpose, a concrete jacket 4 is placed around a sheet steel pipe 3 of about 0.4 mm thickness. The cross-section of this concrete shell is square, with the corners being chamfered. It must be ensured that a high-quality concrete with a strength of 400 to 450 kg / cm2 is achieved, as the pile is exposed to a great deal of stress during pile driving.
The concrete cross-section should be at least twice, preferably three times, the cavity cross-section. To dampen the blows of the ram 5, a head 6 placed on the concrete post is provided, which is preferably provided with several layers of wood and / or rubber with steel plates placed in between.
The pile is provided at the bottom with a tip 18, which consists preferably of an existing sheet metal cone as an outer sleeve, which is filled out with hardened concrete. A cylindrical extension 20 of this point protrudes loosely into the pile opening 2.
The length of such a pile is chosen to be no more than 4 to 7 m for reasons of transport. If a greater pile depth is required, several such piles must be placed one on top of the other in a coaxial arrangement and connected to one another at the joints.
This connection can be carried out according to FIGS. 4 and 5, in that the flat irons 8, which are concreted in at the corners, are connected to one another by a weld 10 at the end-side separating joint. A lead foil 12 approximately 2 mm thick is placed between the two end faces of the concrete piles in order to compensate for any unevenness and to obtain the best possible pressure transfer from one pile to the other.
Another embodiment for connecting two piles lying one above the other is that several bushes 14 are concreted in the head of one pile and on the other hand in the foot of a pile that can be inserted into the bushes, rods 16 - or vice versa - are concreted at exactly matching points, so that when a second post is placed, the rods 16 engage in the bushes 14 and thereby center the two posts relative to one another.
Here, too, a lead foil or the like is preferably inserted between the end faces.
As soon as the desired pile depth has been reached by one or more superimposed concrete piles and there is a stable base, fresh concrete is poured into the central pile opening 2,
so that it collects above the pole tip 18. The fresh concrete 22 is then compacted with the aid of a punch 24 lowered from above, so that this fresh concrete presses the pile tip downward out of the pile opening.
By refilling with more fresh concrete and further compacting it, this gets under the pile and then forms a widened concrete foot 26, shown in FIG. 2, of approximately the shape of an onion. The punch 24 is then pulled out of the opening 2 and this is filled with high-quality concrete.
As a result, a concrete pile can be produced using normal, standard ramming frames 30 and rams. The ramming structure can also be made relatively light, which saves installation costs. It is also possible to reach great pile depths, for example 20 and more meters, if no solid subsoil is found beforehand.
By forming a concrete foot under the piles, a high load-bearing capacity is achieved if there is no completely solid foundation. Another benefit is that through. the central cavity, visual control of the pile is possible during the entire pile driving work.
