Fig. 1 zeigt den Bunker im lotrechten Querschnitt,
Bunker with a circular cross-section
The present invention relates to a bunker with a circular cross-section, with a base with a central discharge opening covered by an installation and with a discharge element rotating between the base and the lower edge of the installation, in particular for moist material that tends to stick together, such as plastic masses or sludge . In order to prevent the bunker material from flowing out of the bunker interior through the central outlet opening in an uncontrolled manner, the central discharge opening in the known bunkers of this type is covered by a cone which has already been arranged to rotate.
In the case of bunker goods that solidify into a solid mass in the bunker, it is not possible to empty the bunker by means of the discharge element, because the material in the area of the cone solidifies due to the weight of the column of goods above it and tends to form bridges. The goods do not come into the working area of the discharge organ. The reason for this is that a solidified column of material with a large cross-section forms in the bunker, which is supported by the installation surface provided in the lower part of the bunker, so that the material cannot sink into the working area of the discharge organ. This is also not made possible by a bunker, the walls of which represent a cone that extends downwards.
The aim of the invention is to create a bunker in which, despite the need to cover the discharge opening with internals, it is possible for the goods to slide down safely.
The bunker according to the invention is characterized in that the bunker wall widens conically downwards and the installation covering the discharge opening is formed by a central pipe penetrating the bunker.
The preferably smooth central tube can penetrate the entire height of the bunker; the central tube then has no supporting effect on the column of goods. Rather, the material column becomes a hollow cylinder which, due to the conicity of the outer wall, detaches itself from it, albeit slightly, and can therefore always sink into the working area of the discharge organ, since the adhesive forces between the bunker wall and the material are eliminated. It often happens that the material to be bunkered contains a relatively large amount of moisture, which tends to run out of the discharge opening without taking the solids with it. This is particularly disadvantageous if the filled bunker is put out of operation for a certain time. As the moisture escapes, the material in the bunker continues to solidify in such a way that discharge difficulties occur again.
In order to prevent this, a height-adjustable insert tube is to be provided at the lower end of the central tube, which in the lowered position closes the slot between the lower edge of the central tube and the floor and has recesses for the discharge element to pass through.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below with reference to the schematic drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the bunker in vertical cross section,
FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
The bunker wall 1 represents a cone that widens downwards and is closed by a bottom 2 which has a central discharge opening 3 in the middle, to which the transfer funnel 4 is connected. A curved discharge arm 5, which is attached to an intermediate piece 6 which extends through the discharge opening 3 of the base 2 on one side and which is connected to the drive pulley 7 arranged below the base 2, brushes over the base 2. To drive the drive pulley 7, a toothed ring 8 connected to it is used, in which the pinion of a drive motor, not shown, engages. The drive pulley is rotatably mounted on the fixed frame 9.
The discharge opening 3 is covered by a central tube 10 which penetrates the entire height of the bunker 1 and which ends above the discharge element 5. The central tube 10 can have circular or polygonal cross-section and, as shown in dash-dotted lines, expand upwards. The central tube 10 is designed to be accessible by a ladder 11 being arranged in its hollow interior. The vertical ladder 11 is supported on a pedestal 12 which is fastened to the central tube 10 and which is designed as a grating or provided with inspection holes so that it is possible to observe the flow of material safely.
In order to avoid unintentional outflow of the bunker material, in particular liquid, in the event of operational interruptions and the discharge system is at a standstill, a height-adjustable insert tube 13 is provided at the lower end of the central tube 10, which closes the slot between the lower edge of the central tube 10 and the base 2 in the lowered position. For this purpose, a recess 14 is provided in the insert tube 13 for the discharge element 5 to pass through. Two guide pieces 15 are connected to the insert tube 13, through which vertical drivers 16 connected to the intermediate piece 6 are passed.
With the upper end of the insert tube 13, a bearing 18 is connected by means of the arms 17, which is rotatably mounted about a lifting and lowering device 19, which is advantageously operated hydraulically.
When the bunker is in operation, the insert pipe 13 is pulled up by actuating the lifting and lowering device 19 so that the material can be guided to the discharge opening 3 without hindrance. When the bunker is shut down or the discharge element 5 is at a standstill, the insert tube 13 is lowered and thus prevents the material from escaping through the discharge opening 3. As a result of the guides 15 and drivers 16, the insert tube 13 takes part in the rotary movement of the discharge element 5. By means of the hydraulics of the lifting device 19, it is possible to lower the insert tube 13 as soon as the discharge element no longer rotates and to lift it as soon as the discharge element 5 is set in motion.
The drive for the discharge element 5 can be electrically and / or hydraulically coupled to the device 19 for lifting and lowering the insert tube 13 in such a way that when the drive for the discharge element 5 is switched off, the device 19 lowers and when it is switched on, it raises the insert tube 13 causes.
The central tube 10 can optionally be trimmed by means of three or four thin, radially arranged struts 20.
