     Verpackung    mit einer   verschliessbaren    Entnahmeöffnung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung mit einer verschliessbaren Entnahmeöffnung.



   Die Erfindung bezweckt, eine Verpackung dieser Art zu schaffen, welche einfach, z. B. aus Karton, herstellbar ist und ein unverlierbares Verschlussorgan für die Entnahmeöffnung hat, welches in Offenstellung auch als Schüttrinne für das der Verpackung zu entnehmende Gut (z. B. Pulver, Granulat, Flocken, Pillen, Tabletten) dienen kann.



   Bei der erfindungsgemässen Verpackung ist die Entnahmeöffnung mittels einer schwenkbaren Klappe verschliessbar, welche zwei zueinander rechtwinklige, ebene Teile aufweist, deren erster in geschlossener und offener Stellung der Klappe in der Ebene einer ersten Wand liegt und deren zweiter Teil in geschlossener Stellung an einer zweiten Wand, in welcher die Entnahmeöffnung gebildet ist, anliegt und in offener Stellung einen Winkel mit dieser Wand einschliesst.



   In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen je eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Verpakkungsschachtel mit Entnahmeöffnung und Verschlussklappe, welche in Fig. 1 und 3 in Offenstellung, in Fig. 2 in Schliesslage dargestellt ist.



   Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Verpackungsschachtel hat eine Entnahmeöffnung 1, die an einer Ecke einer Wand 2 gebildet ist. Die Entnahmeöffnung ist mittels einer schwenkbaren Klappe 3 verschliessbar. Die Klappe 3 hat zwei einen rechten Winkel einschliessende, ebene Teile 4 und 5. Die Wand 6 ist eine doppelte Wand, zwischen deren (nicht dargestellte) Wandteile der Teil 4 der Klappe 3 hineingreift. Der Teil 5 liegt in geschlossener Stellung der Klappe 3 an der Wand 2 an und schliesst in der dargestellten offenen Stellung der Klappe 3 einen Winkel mit dieser Wand 2 ein. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, bilden die Teile 4 und 5 in geöffneter Stellung der Klappe 3 (bei geeigneter räumlicher Lage der Verpakkung) eine   Schüttrinne    für das Gut und erleichtern somit dessen Entnahme aus der Verpackungsschachtel.

   Die Klappe 3 ist durch Reibung des Teiles 4 zwischen den Wandteilen der doppelten Wand 6 sowohl in geschlossener Stellung als auch in offener Stellung selbsthemmend gehalten.



   Nach Fig. 2 hat der dem Teil 4 in Fig. 1 entsprechende Teil 7 der Klappe 3a einen Vorsprung 8, dem ein Anschlag zugeordnet ist. Dieser Anschlag ist durch eine Öse 9 gebildet, welche durch beide Teile der doppelten Wand 6 hindurchgeht. An Stelle der Öse kann auch ein an beiden Enden mit einem Kopf versehener Kunststoffstift oder eine andere Verbindung der beiden Wandteile der Wand vorgesehen sein, beispielsweise kann eine Klebeverbindung oder ein an einem der beiden Wandteile gebildeter und durch einen Schlitz des anderen Wandteiles hindurchgesteckter Lappen als Anschlag Verwendung finden. Auch kann ein Teil der Wand 2 als Anschlag dienen. Für den gleichen Zweck kann im Teil 7 an Stelle des Vorsprungs 8 ein kreisbogenförmiger Schlitz gebildet werden, durch welchen ein mit der Wand 6 verbundenes Organ hindurchgreift.



   Der kreisbogenförmige Rand des Teiles 4 bzw. 7 kann gezähnt oder mit mehreren Aussparungen versehen sein, in welche eine Öse oder ein Kunststoffstift oder ein Lappen oder ein Teil der Wand 2 in   Schliesslage    und in wenigstens einer vorbestimmten Öffnungsstellung der Klappe 3 bzw. 3a einrastet.



   Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 ist die der Wand 2 in Fig. 1 und 2 entsprechende Wand 10, 11 im Bereiche des Teiles 5 der Klappe 3b eine einfache und ausserhalb dieses Bereiches eine doppelte Wand. Dabei ist der Teil 5 beim erstmaligen Öffnen der Klappe 3b durch Trennen einer Perforation vom äusseren Wandteil 10 zu lösen. Der innere Wandteil der doppelten Wand ist mit 11 bezeichnet. In der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Offenstellung der Klappe 3b ist diese Perforation getrennt. Die Perforationsränder sind mit 12 bezeichnet.



  Die Klappe 3b hat einen zum Öffnen zu erfassenden Lappen 12. Ein solcher Lappen kann natürlich auch bei  den Ausführungsformen nach Fig. 1 und 2 vorgesehen werden.

The invention relates to a packaging with a closable removal opening.



   The invention aims to provide a package of this type which is simple, e.g. B. made of cardboard and has a captive closure member for the removal opening, which in the open position can also serve as a chute for the goods to be removed from the packaging (e.g. powder, granules, flakes, pills, tablets).



   In the packaging according to the invention, the removal opening can be closed by means of a pivotable flap which has two flat parts at right angles to one another, the first of which lies in the plane of a first wall in the closed and open position of the flap and the second part of which in the closed position on a second wall, in which the removal opening is formed, rests and in the open position forms an angle with this wall.



   Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. FIGS. 1 to 3 each show a perspective view of a packaging box with a removal opening and closure flap, which is shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 in the open position and in FIG. 2 in the closed position.



   The packaging box shown in FIG. 1 has a removal opening 1 which is formed at a corner of a wall 2. The removal opening can be closed by means of a pivotable flap 3. The flap 3 has two flat parts 4 and 5 enclosing a right angle. The wall 6 is a double wall, between whose wall parts (not shown) the part 4 of the flap 3 engages. In the closed position of the flap 3, the part 5 rests against the wall 2 and in the illustrated open position of the flap 3 forms an angle with this wall 2. As can be seen from FIG. 1, when the flap 3 is in the open position (with a suitable spatial position of the packaging), the parts 4 and 5 form a chute for the goods and thus facilitate their removal from the packaging box.

   The flap 3 is held in a self-locking manner by friction of the part 4 between the wall parts of the double wall 6, both in the closed position and in the open position.



   According to FIG. 2, the part 7 of the flap 3a corresponding to part 4 in FIG. 1 has a projection 8 to which a stop is assigned. This stop is formed by an eyelet 9 which passes through both parts of the double wall 6. Instead of the eyelet, a plastic pin with a head at both ends or another connection between the two wall parts of the wall can be provided, for example an adhesive connection or a tab formed on one of the two wall parts and inserted through a slot in the other wall part as a stop Find use. Part of the wall 2 can also serve as a stop. For the same purpose, instead of the projection 8, a circular arc-shaped slot can be formed in part 7, through which an organ connected to the wall 6 extends.



   The circular edge of the part 4 or 7 can be toothed or provided with several recesses into which an eyelet or a plastic pin or a rag or part of the wall 2 engages in the closed position and in at least one predetermined open position of the flap 3 or 3a.



   In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the wall 10, 11 corresponding to the wall 2 in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a single wall in the region of the part 5 of the flap 3b and a double wall outside this region. When opening the flap 3b for the first time, the part 5 can be detached from the outer wall part 10 by separating a perforation. The inner wall part of the double wall is denoted by 11. In the open position of the flap 3b shown in FIG. 3, this perforation is separated. The perforation edges are denoted by 12.



  The flap 3b has a flap 12 to be grasped for opening. Such a flap can of course also be provided in the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 2.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Packaging with a closable removal opening, characterized in that the removal opening can be closed by means of a pivotable flap (3, 3a, 3b) which has two flat parts (4 or 7 and 5) at right angles to one another, the first of which (4 or 7 ) is in the closed and open position of the flap in the plane of a first wall (6) and the second part (5) in the closed position rests against a second wall (2 or 11) in which the removal opening (1) is formed and in the open position forms an angle with this wall.

SUBCLAIMS 1. Packing according to claim, characterized in that the first wall (6) is a double wall, between the two wall parts of the first part (4 or 7) of the flap (3, 3a or 3b) engages.

2. Packaging according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the flap (3, 3a or 3b) with its first part (4 or 7) guided between the two wall parts of the first wall (6) and against a friction inhibition of this part to the Wall parts is movable.

6. Packaging according to patent claim, characterized in that the first part of the flap has a circular arc-shaped slot through which an organ connected to the first wall extends.

7. Packaging according to claim, characterized by a locking device formed on one of the walls and the first part of the flap, the parts of which snap into at least one position of the flap.

8. Packing according to the dependent claims 1 and 7, characterized in that the locking device is formed by at least one notch on the edge of the flap and a connection associated with the notch between the wall parts of the first wall.

9. Packaging according to patent claim, characterized in that the second wall (10, 11) partially has a double wall and the second part (5) of the flap (3b) is a first opening of the flap by separating a perforation (12) from the outer wall part (10) the second wall is part to be solved.
