Description
Appareil pour le moulage d'une clef d'un dispositif verseur
La présente invention a pour objet un appareil pour le moulage d'une clef d'un dispositif verseur. Cet appa- reil est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une matrice tubulaire d'une seule pièce et une tige de noyau s'engageant dans l'intérieur de ladite matrice pour former une cavité de moulage entre la tige et la surface intérieure de laditematrice.
Le dessin annexe représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'appareil objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe d'un dispositif verseur qui est fixé à un récipient et dont la clef qui en constitue l'une des parties est obtenue au moyen de l'appareil faisant l'objet de l'invention. Ce dispositif est montré avec ses parties séparées l'une de l'autre.
La fig. 2 est une coupe de l'appareil de moulage.
La fig. 3 est une coupe à angle droit par rapport à celle de la fig. 2.
Le dispositif verseur représenté à la fig. 1 comprend un corps tubulaire indique d'une façon générale par 2, fixé à un récipient 6. Une clef tubulaire 8 destinée à tre disposée dans le corps 2 présente un orifice verseur 10 qui s'ouvre à l'extérieur du corps 2 quand la clef est tirée vers l'extérieur pour vider le récipient 6.
L'appareil permettant de fabriquer la clef 10 du dispositif verseur en une seule opération de moulage, sans laisser de saillies ou de fentes, est représenté aux fig. 2 et 3 et comprend une plaque de moulage 30 dans laquelle sont fixées deux matrices 32 d'une seule pièce. Ces dernières sont alésées à la forme voulue de la partie tubu- laire de la clef et chacune reçoit une tige de noyau 34 fixée à un bloc 36. La poignée du dispositif verseur est formée par une cavité ménagée dans une plaque de moulage 38 fendue.
L'appareil est représenté au dessin dans la position de moulage et la matière plastique pénètre dans les deux cavités de matrice par les passages 40 d'un manchon 42.
Après moulage, le moule est ouvert par éloignement des plaques de fermeture 44 de la matrice 32. Deux goupilles 46, dont une seule est représentée à la fig. 2, sont portées par la plaque 44 et forment un angle avec la direction de déplacement des plaques 44 ; une de ces goupilles passe par un trou 48, dans chacune des plaques 38. Un déplacement horizontal des plaques 44 provoque une pression vers l'extérieur qui s'exerce sur les deux moitiés de la plaque fendue 38, ce qui provoque la séparation des deux moitiés et libère l'extrémité extérieure du moulage. Dans la'disposition représentée au dessin, un déplacement vers l'extérieur des deux moitiés de la plaque 38 est empché par les blocs 50 fixés à la plaque 44.
Lorsque ces plaques 44 se, déplacent vers l'extérieur, et grâce à un faible jeu entre chaque goupille 46 et le trou 48, les blocs 50 peuvent tre dégagés des deux moitiés de la plaque 38 avant qu'une poussée vers l'extérieur soit exercée sur eux par les goupilles 46 s'en- gageant dans les trous 48.
L'opération suivante est l'enlèvement des tiges de noyau 44 de l'intérieur de la matrice 32 ; ceci est exécuté au moyen d'un dispositif éjecteur comprenant une pla- que circulaire 52 portant deux goupilles 54 qui traversent le bloc 36 et sont fixées à la plaque de moulage 30.
Un mouvement vers l'intérieur de la plaque 52 provoque un déplacement relatif entre les plaques 30 et 36, de sorte que les tiges 34 soient retirées de l'intérieur des matrices 32. Ceci fait, de l'air est soufflé dans les matrices 32 par un passage 56 et cet air agit contre l'intérieur des moulages formés dans les matrices, en provoquant leur éjection des extrémités qui ont été ouvertes par l'enlèvement des plaques 38.
REVENDICATION
Appareil pour le moulage d'une clef d'un dispositif verseur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une matrice tubulaire, d'une seule pièce et une tige de noyau s'enga- geant dans l'intérieur de ladite matrice pour former une cavité de moulage entre la tige et la surface intérieure de ladite matrice.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding a key of a pouring device. This apparatus is characterized in that it comprises a one-piece tubular die and a core rod engaging the interior of said die to form a mold cavity between the rod and the interior surface of said die. .
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the apparatus which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a pouring device which is fixed to a container and of which the key which constitutes one of its parts is obtained by means of the apparatus forming the subject of the invention. This device is shown with its parts separated from each other.
Fig. 2 is a section through the molding apparatus.
Fig. 3 is a section at right angles to that of FIG. 2.
The pouring device shown in FIG. 1 comprises a tubular body generally indicated by 2, fixed to a receptacle 6. A tubular key 8 intended to be placed in the body 2 has a pouring orifice 10 which opens outside the body 2 when the key is pulled out to empty the container 6.
The apparatus for manufacturing the key 10 of the pouring device in a single molding operation, without leaving any protrusions or slits, is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and comprises a molding plate 30 in which are fixed two dies 32 of one piece. These are bored to the desired shape of the tubular portion of the key and each receives a core rod 34 attached to a block 36. The handle of the pouring device is formed by a recess in a slotted mold plate 38.
The apparatus is shown in the drawing in the molding position and the plastic material enters the two die cavities through the passages 40 of a sleeve 42.
After molding, the mold is opened by moving the closure plates 44 away from the die 32. Two pins 46, only one of which is shown in FIG. 2, are carried by the plate 44 and form an angle with the direction of movement of the plates 44; one of these pins passes through a hole 48, in each of the plates 38. A horizontal displacement of the plates 44 causes an outward pressure which is exerted on the two halves of the split plate 38, which causes the separation of the two. halves and releases the outer end of the molding. In the arrangement shown in the drawing, outward displacement of the two halves of the plate 38 is prevented by the blocks 50 attached to the plate 44.
When these plates 44 move outwards, and thanks to a small clearance between each pin 46 and the hole 48, the blocks 50 can be disengaged from the two halves of the plate 38 before an outward thrust is taken. exerted on them by the pins 46 engaging in the holes 48.
The next operation is the removal of the core rods 44 from the interior of the die 32; this is done by means of an ejector device comprising a circular plate 52 carrying two pins 54 which pass through the block 36 and are fixed to the molding plate 30.
Inward movement of plate 52 causes relative movement between plates 30 and 36, so that rods 34 are withdrawn from inside dies 32. This done, air is blown into dies 32. through a passage 56 and this air acts against the interior of the moldings formed in the dies, causing them to eject from the ends which have been opened by the removal of the plates 38.

Apparatus for molding a key of a pouring device, characterized in that it comprises a tubular die, in one piece and a core rod engaging in the interior of said die to form a mold cavity between the rod and the interior surface of said die.
