Distributeur d'articles en paquets La présente invention a pour objet un distribu teur d'articles en paquets, notamment de paquets de cigarettes, comportant un couloir destiné à recevoir une rangée de paquets, et un dispositif à ressort pour pousser les paquets du fond du couloir vers une ou verture de décharge à l'avant de celui-ci.
Ce distributeur est caractérisé en ce qu'il com porte une rampe inclinée vers l'avant du couloir et montée dans la partie de la base du couloir adjacente à l'ouverture de décharge, pour soulever le premier paquet de la rangée d'une faible hauteur par rapport à la hauteur du paquet lorsque celui-ci glisse sur la dite rampe sous l'effet de la poussée du dispositif à ressort, et une traverse s'étendant approximativement à mi-hauteur du couloir et en avant par rapport à l'ouverture de décharge de telle manière que le pre mier paquet soit retenu par cette traverse dans une position inclinée vers l'avant.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du distributeur faisant l'objet de la présente invention.

La forme d'exécution représentée se rapporte à un distributeur de paquets de cigarettes 1, du type comportant un couloir formé dans une boîte 60 en métal ou en matière plastique, destiné à recevoir une rangée de paquets 1 poussés par un ressort 5 vers l'ouverture. de décharge 4 située à l'avant de ce cou loir, et un mécanisme pour soulever le premier paquet de la rangée en vue de le faire sortir par l'ouver ture 4. La boîte 60 présente un fond 61, des parois laté rales 62 et une base 63.
Le couloir pour les paquets de cigarettes 1 comporte un fond 61', les deux pa rois latérales 62 de la boîte 60 et une base 63', le fond 61' et la base 63' étant parallèles au fond 61 et respectivement à la base 63 de la boîte 60.
Le mécanisme pour soulever le premier paquet de la rangée comporte une rampe inclinée 64 à l'ex trémité avant de la base 63', sur laquelle vient glisser le premier paquet sous l'effet de la poussée du dispo sitif à ressort 5. Un rebord 65 à l'extrémité supérieure de la rampe 64 retient le premier paquet sur cette rampe.
Une traverse ou barrette 66 constituée par une tige cylindrique présentant aux extrémités deux tou rillons 67 est disposée approximativement à mi-hau teur de l'ouverture de décharge 4 et en avant de cette ouverture pour que le paquet soit retenu dans une position inclinée vers l'avant, comme représenté à la fig. 1. A cet effet, les parois latérales 62 présentent des prolongements 68 constituant des flasques laté raux dans chacun desquels est ménagée une fente 69 communiquant avec une série d'encoches 70, formant une crémaillère pour régler la barrette 66 dans diffé- rentes positions suivant la grandeur des paquets 1.
Les fentes 69 des flasques 68 s'étendent jusqu'à pro ximité de l'extrémité supérieure de la rampe 64 de sorte que la barrette 66 peut être amenée au fond des fentes 69 pour dégager l'ouverture de décharge 4 et permettre la recharge du couloir.
Au lieu d'avoir des encoches 70, on pourrait per cer des trous à différentes hauteurs.
La barrette 66 pourrait être à ressort comme les barrettes utilisées pour retenir les bracelets de mon tres aux anses du boîtier, c'est-à-dire en deux parties télescopantes avec interposition d'un ressort. Une telle barrette faciliterait la mise en place dans les enco ches 70.
Le ressort 5 prend appui, d'une part, contre la paroi du fond 61' et, d'autre part, contre une plaque d'appui 71 en contact avec le dernier paquet de la rangée. Un lien 72, par exemple, un câble ou un cor don est accroché à une extrémité en 73 à la plaque d'appui 71 et passe au fond du couloir, traverse la paroi 61' pour s'étendre dans l'espace libre ménagé entre les parois 61', 61 et 63', 63. Ces encoches 77 sont disposées de manière à pouvoir bloquer l'élément 74 dans une position déterminée en s'accrochant dans les bords latéraux de l'ouverture 75 dont la partie inférieure a à cet effet une largeur égale à la distance transver sale séparant deux encoches 77 opposées.
