Abstract
The disc is locked in place in a parallelepipedic carrier having an opening door along one edge of the carrier. The door is pivoted from one corner of the carrier and extends along the full length of one edge. - The inside wall of the carrier has projecting studs which firmly locate the edges of the disc, and the edges of the carrier have a wedge shaped liner to retain the disc edge. When the door is opened it pushes against a lever mechanism which is forced against the edge of the disc and pushes the disc out of the carrier as the door is opened. The lever is subject to spring force to close the door once the disc is withdrawn.

Dans le brevet No 898.529 déposé le 22 décembre
1983, on a décrit et mis sous protection un dispositif
de positionnement d'un disque dans un logement caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens qui coopèrent
avec la périphérie du disque de manière à maintenir le disque à tout moment à l'écart des parois du logement
et d'en assurer le blocage dans une position d'immobilité.
Dans de tels dispositifs il est prévu que
les moyens de blocage comportant au moins une patte fixe et une patte mobile coopérent avec la périphérie du disque pour maintenir ce dernier immobile à l'écart des parois du logement dans lequel il est rangé.
Ces moyens sont très simples et très efficaces.
L'invention se rapporte à des modifications et des améliorations dans le but d'appliquer ces caractéristiques à des logements de rangement individuels car ceux présentés jusqu'ici sur le marché sont difficiles
à manipuler et ne remplissent leur rôle que très imparfaitement. En effet, le disque étant maintenu par son centre, sa surface peut relativement facilement venir
en contact avec la paroi du logement et donc être endommagée.
Un mode de réalisation est décrit aux figures annexées dans lesquelles la figure 1 est une vue en élévation du boîtier en position fermée, la figure 2
est une vue en coupe latérale selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1 et la figure 3 est une vue en élévation du boîtier en position ouverte, le disque étant déverrouillé.
Ainsi qu'il est représenté aux figures, le boîtier 1 a une forme de parallélépipède et comprend un logement 2 et une porte d'ouverture pivotante 3 située
le long d'un côté permettant l'insertion et/ou le
retrait d'un disque 10.
Dans le fond du logement 2 du boîtier sont positionnées au moins deux pièces fixes 4, 5 en forme de diabolo destinées à coopérer avec la périphérie du disque. Un profil 6 s'adaptant à la périphérie du
disque peut être également prévu.
A l'intérieur du logement 2 se trouve également un levier 20, soit en métal soit en plastique pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe 22 et soumis à l'influence d'un ressort 24. L'une des extrémités 20a du levier 20 comprend une gorge 26 en forme de V destinée à coopérer avec la périphérie du disque 10 et avec les deux pièces
4 et 5 de façon à maintenir le disque immobile par sa périphérie.
Le ressort 24, le levier 20 et son axe de pivotement 22 sont dimensionnés de telle sorte qu'ils assurent un blocage efficace du disque tout en autorisant un retrait manuel aisé de ce dernier par l'utilisateur.
On peut également prévoir que le mouvement de pivotement de la porte 3 commande, par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle, un léger pivotement du levier 20 de façon
à permettre une extraction encore plus facile du disque.
Bien entendu, d'autres modifications peuvent être apportées par l'homme de l'art au dispositif qui vient d'être décrit uniquement à titre d'exemple non limitatif sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif suivant le brevet principal
de positionnement d'un disque dans un logement comprenant des moyens qui coopèrent avec la périphérie du disque de manière à maintenir le disque à tout moment
à l'écart des parois du logement et d'en assurer le blocage dans une position d'immobilité, caractérisé
par l'application de ces moyens à un logement (2)
prévu dans un boîtier de rangement individuel (1).

As shown in the figures, the housing 1 has the shape of a parallelepiped and includes a housing 2 and a pivoting opening door 3 located
along one side allowing insertion and / or
removing a disc 10.
At the bottom of the housing 2 of the housing are positioned at least two fixed parts 4, 5 in the form of a diabolo intended to cooperate with the periphery of the disc. A profile 6 adapting to the periphery of the
disk can also be provided.
Inside the housing 2 there is also a lever 20, either made of metal or of plastic which can pivot around an axis 22 and subjected to the influence of a spring 24. One of the ends 20a of the lever 20 comprises a V-shaped groove 26 intended to cooperate with the periphery of the disc 10 and with the two parts
4 and 5 so as to keep the disc stationary by its periphery.
The spring 24, the lever 20 and its pivot axis 22 are dimensioned so that they ensure effective locking of the disc while allowing easy manual removal of the latter by the user.
It is also possible to provide that the pivoting movement of the door 3 controls, by means of a connecting rod, a slight pivoting of the lever 20 so
to allow even easier extraction of the disc.
Of course, other modifications can be made by those skilled in the art to the device which has just been described only by way of nonlimiting example without departing from the scope of the invention.

away from the walls of the housing and secure it in a stationary position, characterized
