Kassierstand für Selbstbedienungsgeschäfte Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kassierstand für Selbst bedienungsgeschäfte, der zum Aufstellen längs wenig stens eines Einbahndurchganges für die zahlende Käuferschaft bestimmt ist und benachbart zum Seiten rand längs dieses Weges ein in dessen Einbahnrichtung transportierendes Warenförderband aufweist, an dessen Abgabeende eine Einpackstelle angeordnet ist.
In bisher gebräuchlichen Kassenständen dieser Art hat sich die meist alleinige Bedienungsperson normaler weise bei jedem zahlenden Käufer mit folgenden Ar beiten zu befassen: Stückweises Ergreifen der vom Käu fer herangebrachten Waren, Sichten und Eintippen des einzelnen Warenpreises an der Registrierkasse, Ablegen der Ware auf das Förderband, Bewirken und Sichten der Summierung der getippten Beträge, Entgegennahme und Sichten der Käuferzahlung, Errechnen, Entnahme und Aushändigen des eventuellen Rückgeldes und even tueller Rabattmarken oder Bewirken einer automati schen Rückgeld- und Rahattmarken-Auslieferung, und oft auch noch Einpacken der Waren,
sofern der Käufer dies wünscht und kein besonderes Hilfspersonal hierfür zur Verfügung steht. Die Durchführung einer derartigen Vielzahl von zwar rasch aufeinanderfolgenden Funk tionen durch eine einzige Person stellt einerseits hohe qualitative Ansprüche an diese und verzögert ander seits den Durchgang der zahlenden Käuferschaft und verursacht rasche Übermüdung der Kassierin.
Die vorliegende Erfindung sucht diese Nachteile da durch zu vermeiden und eine hinsichtlich der Qualifika tion des erforderlichen Bedienungspersonals abgestufte Arbeitsteilung vorzusehen, dass neben dem Eingang des Durchganges und vor dem Aufnahmeende des Förder bandes eine Registrierstelle mit einem Gerät zum Ein tippen und Summieren der Einkaufsbeträge und mit einer Sitzgelegenheit vorgesehen ist, deren Vorderseite dem Förderband und Durchgang zugekehrt ist, und dass neben dem Förderband gegenüber dem Durchgang eine Wechselstelle mit einem Einsatz für Notengeld und einem Münzentnahme- und -sortiergerät sowie einer Sitzgelegenheit angeordnet ist,
deren Vorderseite der Registrierstelle zugekehrt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan des ist anschliessend anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen vertikalen Längsschnitt durch einen Kassierstand, und Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht auf diesen Kassierstand. Der veranschaulichte Kassierstand weist ein läng- liches Boxengehäuse 1 auf, welches mit den beiden Längswänden 2 an je einem in Pfeilrichtung verlaufen den Einbahndurchgang 3 für die zahlende Käuferschaft angeordnet wird und an seinen beiden Stirnwänden 4 und 5 nach innen zugänglich ist.
Im Gehäuse 1 ist je seitlich neben dem Eingang des einen bzw. andern Durchganges 3 eine Registrierstelle 6 mit einem Dreh stuhl 7 für eine Bedienungsperson und ungefähr in der Gehäusemitte eine Wechselstelle 8 mit einem Drehstuhl 9 für eine Wechselerin vorgesehen.
Neben den Sitzen 7 bilden die Längswände 2 je zur Erweiterung des Ein- gangs des Durchgangs 3 gegen die Stirnwand 4 hin einen leicht abgebogenen Wandteil 10, welcher oben einen tiefen Ausschnitt 11 aufweist, um der Bedienungsperson das stückweise Ergreifen der vom Käufer herangebrach ten: Waren zu erleichtern.
Vor den beiden Registrier stellen 6 erstreckt sich längs den beiden Seitenwänden 2 je .ein schmaler Warentisch 12 mit einem Förderband 13, mit dem die darauf gelegten Waren gegen das andere Tischende transportiert werden können. Nach dem För derband ist der Warentisch 12 auf der Gehäuseinnen seite gegen sein Ende hin zunehmend verbreitert und bildet eine Einpackstelle 14, die für den Käufer vom Durchgang 3 als auch von der hinteren Stirnwand 5 her zugänglich ist.
Die Registrierstellen 6 sind je gehäuseeinwärts neben den Tischen 12 mit einem Regis1rierwerk 15 und einer Kassenschublade 16 ausgerüstet, die auf bzw. an einem der Warentische 12 verbindenden Wechslertisch 17 an geordnet sind.
Der Sitzplatz ist normalerweise mit dem Rücken der Stirnwand 4 und mit der Vorderseite dem Tisch 12 und der benachbarten Seitenwand 2 zugekehrt, so dass sich das Tastenfeld des Registrierwerks 15 und die Schublade 16 seitlich vom Sitzplatz 7 befindet und links- bzw. rechtshändig durch die Tipperin benützt wer den kann.
Das Registrierwerk 15 steht auf einer am Wechslertisch 17 schwenkbar und arretierbar ange brachten Standplatte 1T, welche so stark zurückgeneigt ist, dass das Tastenfeld des Registrierwerks in der Ge brauchslage nur noch schwach geneigt ist, z. B. etwa 20 von vorne nach hinten ansteigend.
Die Standplatte 17' ist mitsamt dem Registrierwerk 15 mittels eines an der Unterseite des Wechslertisches 17 angeordneten Stellhebels 15' in horizontale Lage hochschwenkbar und darin arretierbar, was sich insbesondere für die Reinigung oder Revision des Registrierwerks als vor- teilhaft erweist.
Die Wechselstelle 8 auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Wechslertisches 17 ist mit einem aus diesem her- ausnehmbaren Einsatz 18 für Notengeld und mit einem darüberziehbaren Abschlussrolladen 19 ausgerüstet. Der Drehstuhl 9 ist auf einem erhöhten Boden 20 in quer zu den Längswänden 2 verlaufenden Schienen 21 fahr bar, da die Wechslerin nach beiden Durchgängen 3 hin bedient.
Der Sitzplatz 9 ist normalerweise mit dem Rücken der Stirnwand 5 und mit der Vorderseite dem Wechslertisch 17 zugekehrt. In der Mitte hinter dem Einsatz 18 ist auf dem Tisch 17 ein Münzentnahme- und -sortiergerät 22 und beidseitig daneben je eine Geld schale 23 mit Haltergabel 24 für Kassenzettel ange ordnet. Von ihrem erhöhten Sitz 9 hat die Wechslerin einen guten Überblick in das Ladeninnere und auf die Tipperinnen.
An der Stirnwand 5 sind Entnahmebehälter 25 für Verpackungssäcke verschiedener Grössen vorgesehen sowie aussenseitig wenigstens ein Haken 26 zum An hängen der Einkaufstasche oder dgl., wenn Waren in diese eingepackt werden.
Bei starkem Andrang zahlender Käufer sind zweck- mässig die beiden<U>Reg</U> istrierstellen 6, die Wechselstelle 8 und auch die beiden Einpackstellen 14 durch Per sonal betreut. Die Tipperin nimmt stückweise die vom Käufer herangebrachten Waren auf, tippt deren Preis in das Registrierwerk 15 ein, legt die Ware auf das wandernde Förderband 13 und summiert die Einzelbe träge, die wie die Summe für den Käufer, die Tipperin und die Wechslerin sichtbar am Registrierwerk ange zeigt werden.
Die Tipperin steckt den Kassenzettel und, falls schon sie vom Käufer die Zahlung entgegennimmt, erhaltenes Notengeld in den Halter 24 bzw. legt Klein geld in die Schale 23. Normalerweise nimmt die Wechs lerin die Zahlung vom Käufer direkt entgegen oder aber überprüft dieselbe, händigt erforderlichenfalls Rückgeld und Rabattmarken an den Käufer aus, übergibst ge münztes Geld dem Sortiergerät 22 und versorgt das Notengeld im Kasseneinsatz 18. Die Einpackerin ist an der Einpackstelle 14 dem Käufer beim Einpacken der Waren zur Hand.
Bei geringerem Andrang von Käufern kann der eine Durchgang 3 geschlossen oder auf die eine oder beide Einpackerinnen verzichtet werden. Bei schwacher Fre quenz genügt unter Umständen eine einzige Tipperin, die in diesem Fall die Zahlung des Käufers in ihre Kas senschublade 16 einkassiert und ihm ein eventuelles Rückgeld aushändigt.
Die Kassenschublade kann wie an der Wechselstelle 8 einen herausnehmbaren Einsatz für Notengeld enthalten, der sich in bekannter Weise durch einen Deckel dicht verschliessen lässt, um bei Personalablösung ausgewechselt und in einem Schrank fach des Wechslertisches versorgt werden zu können. Der Schubladeneinsatz ist entsprechend der quer zur Schieberichtung erfolgenden Benützung eingeteilt und eingesetzt.
